Mark Levin Constitutional Law expert in a series of tweets on 11/20/20, defended Sidney Powell:
- Sidney Powell’s a terrific lawyer working 24/7 under extremely tight time constraints to gather evidence from hostile, non-transparent parties. There are very serious questions about Dominion Voting Systems’ ties, security, and competence. I don’t have the answers.
- But prior to this election, many news groups did stories on the company’s problems, including PBS (in October), NBC, New York Times, USA Today, Canadian Broadcasting System, Huffington Post, among others.
- And numerous Democrat members of Congress raised questions about several of these companies. Canada will not use Dominion, even though it’s headquartered there, because it concluded the company’s not reliable. The history of this company is very concerning. sources and, to my understanding, is using IT and cyber security experts, as well as statistical experts, who are reviewing election activity and results and who are familiar with the Dominion system. She has no grand jury.
- Civil cases are not criminal cases. That said, once you get to court with enough information that raises serious issues and concerns based on sworn expert statements and/or witness testimony, a court will or should decide if the case can proceed.
- At that point, formal discovery can proceed and be enforced by a judge. The difficulty is whether the judge is willing to allow the case to go forward, given the loud voices in the culture and media to stop all of the Trump campaign’s lawsuits.
- This issue is bigger than even this election. What about the next election? What about the Senate election in Georgia on January 5? What about the public’s faith in elections? What about all the previous lawsuits by the Democrats that changed ejection laws in the states?
- Sidney Powell and the other lawyers are patriots. They deserve our thanks. And Dominion needs to be put to the test, even though much of the media now pretend otherwise.

The numbers. The numbers are going through the roof. So, all these mask mandates have had no effect on it. The incidence of the virus has gotten worse since we’ve done lockdowns. We should not comfort ourselves with masks. We should push hard to get the vaccine released. I think it’s ready to go for those who are willing to sign an informed consent and voluntarily take it. And I think millions of people would sign up, and we would very quickly get to a large enough number that people would be more satisfied with the safety… I would get it out there, I wouldn’t wait. Fauci’s talking about April. I think that’s a terrible idea. He’s going to keep us masked until the end of time, which does very little of anything to change the course of this.”

Glenn: U.S. pulls out of “open skies” treaty with Russia
The United States on Sunday officially pulled out of the Open Skies Treaty, a nearly 20-year-old international agreement allowing nations to conduct unarmed surveillance flights over each other’s territory to collect data on military forces. The move marked the end of a six-month notification process to Russia and other signatory nations. President Trump and other critics have said the treaty isn’t in the U.S. national interest and have accused Russia of barring U.S. reconnaissance flights over regions such as Kaliningrad, where nuclear weapons are suspected of being present. “Six months having elapsed [since the May 22 notification], the U.S. withdrawal took effect on Nov. 22, 2020, and the United States is no longer a state party to the Treaty on Open Skies,” State Department spokesman Cale Brown said Sunday in a statement. Rep. Mike McCaul of Texas, the ranking Republican on the House Foreign Affairs Committee, said the treaty was designed as a “tool for peace” that Russian President Vladimir Putin used as a “tool for war.”

Justice: White House Unveils Distribution Plan for Operation Warp Speed Vaccines
The White House unveiled its distribution plans Thursday for two coronavirus vaccines developed through Operation Warp Speed that proved effective in large-scale phase three clinical trials. The chart below shown at a White House coronavirus task force briefing outlines the administration’s logistical process to release the vaccines from Pfizer and Moderna prioritizing front-line health care workers first. The pharmaceutical giant Pfizer announced the week after the election that its coronavirus vaccine candidate proved 90 percent effective. The news was quickly followed by an announcement from biotechnological company Moderna that its vaccine candidate showed to be 94.5 percent effective.

NTD Television: Voting Data Analysis: Trump Got 10 Million More Votes Than in 2016
President Donald Trump’s 73 million votes record is around 10 million more than he got in his last bid for presidency, based on current data. The president made significant gains with all racial groups, performing particularly well among minority voters. According to the Edison Research exit poll from the 2016 general election, just 8 percent of black American voters chose Trump over Clinton. The same Edison Research exit poll this year shows that black Trump voters have grown to 12 percent—a 50 percent increase. For both black men and women, there are significant jumps. Nineteen percent of black men voted for Trump in 2020, versus 13 percent in 2016. Just 4 percent of black women chose Trump over Hillary Clinton in 2016, but that figure has more than doubled to 9 percent against Democratic nominee Joe Biden this year.

Latimer: Why the Status Quo Wants Trump Out
I confess to having been utterly naïve. I had wondered why on Earth the business community would prefer a frail and corrupt president Biden over a pro-business president Trump. Trump has a track record of economic growth and stands for lower regulations and taxes, fairer international trade, and a stronger military. Biden wants to increase taxes and regs and put in place a number of new initiatives like the Green New Deal that might bankrupt the economy. But Wall Street, the tech industry, and many more backed Biden, while even many GOP congressmen seemed lukewarm to Trump. The choice for Trump seemed so obvious, what was I missing? The difference is the status quo. A lot of people make lots of money the way things are now. They constitute a powerful force that seeks to get rid of inconvenient obstacles — especially a serial disruptor like President Trump. Let’s take Amgen, for example.

Solomon: FDA gives emergency approval to COVID-19 antibody serum used to treat Trump
The Food and Drug Administration on Saturday evening gave emergency approval for a COVID-19 antibody treatment used to treat President Trump. Regeron’s antibody serum was authorized for treating mild to moderate coronavirus in adults, as well as children 12 years or older who have a high risk of progressing to severe disease. Regeron applied for emergency FDA approval in October after Trump praised the treatment in a Twitter video.

(11/19/20) Trunsky: House Democrats Block Latest Republican Effort To Pass A Stimulus Bill
House Democrats blocked a Republican-led discharge petition, which would have allowed them to temporarily take control of the chamber and pass their preferred coronavirus relief bill. The petition, filed by Washington State Republican Rep. Jaime Herrera Beutler, was cosigned by 185 Republicans but fell short of the 218 votes necessary to pass. Its failure is the 40th time House Democrats have blocked some type of legislation from passing the chamber.

Arizona voters have some serious ‘splaining to do about the passage of Proposition 208, which raised education funds by boosting income tax rates by up to 98% for high income filers. How could this have happened? Arizona schools have already received over one billion dollars in new sustainable monies over recent years, with more coming. More importantly, Arizona public schools, without receiving much credit, have become a remarkable success story. Academic achievement gains for minority students are among the highest in the nation. Arizona charter schools excel in competitive rankings. But voters apparently weren’t focused on educational outcomes. Prop 208 was marketed as a way to get other people, “the rich”, to pay the freight. Even though it’s one of the oldest tricks in the tax-and-spend playbook, Arizonans fell for it while voters in 17 other states thought better. […] Migrants from California and other failing states seem to have brought their old voting habits with them, oblivious to the reasons Arizona offers an attractive, affordable quality of life. Saavedra: WATCH: NY Business Owners Kick Out Health Dept, Sheriffs: ‘Civil Disobedience Starts Now’
It became apparent on Friday night that some business owners in Buffalo, New York, have had enough of the arbitrary coronavirus-related restrictions handed down by Democratic Gov. Andrew Cuomo that are killing their establishments and hurting their employees. Gathered inside Athletes Unleashed gym in Orchard Park, a number of business owners refused to comply when a health department official and the Erie County Sheriff’s Department entered their facility. The business owners, who taped the interaction, told the health dept. official and the sheriffs to “go get a warrant” and leave their “private property.”
And, to cheers from the business owners, the authorities complied, leaving the gym and the front of the business, video shows.
