Trejo: Forensic Audit of Dominion Voting Machine in Michigan Alleges System is Riddled With ‘Inherent Errors’ Designed ‘to Create Systemic Fraud’
The release of a forensic audit of Dominion Voting Systems software in Antrim County, Mich. has shown that it is “intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results.” A Michigan judge ordered the release of the audit to the public on Monday after initially complying with the state’s request to seal the information. The findings are damning for fraud deniers who have tried to prevent an investigation into hundreds of credible allegations of irregularities on election day. “We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results,” the forensic report reads. “The allowable election error rate established by the Federal Election Commission guidelines is of 1 in 250,000 ballots (.0008%). We observed an error rate of 68.05%. This demonstrated a significant and fatal error in security and election integrity,” it continues. The forensic audit . . . (The view point expressed below is born of 35 years of front-line litigation in the nation’s criminal courts. Specifically, 5 years as a USAF JAG Officer defending Courts-Martial, 6 years in a District Attorney’s Office in Rochester, NY and 25 years as a federal prosecutor in Raleigh, NC.) “No standing” might be more accurately transcribed as “No courage” “Standing” refers to the requirement that a would-be litigant must demonstrate before he or she is permitted to file a lawsuit. Properly used it is an entirely legitimate screening process intended to shield the courts from being inundated with meddlesome, essentially pointless litigation. A concrete example might be as follows: . . . […] Why is it Texas’ business if the battleground states allowed and subsequently aggressively defended their “right” to conduct their own elections any way they wished —lawful or not? The reason it is the business of the non-battleground states arises from the fact that we have a constitutional republic. It has been functioning for more than 200 years. The consent of the individual states making up our union was based on their reliance on the United States Constitution. Fundamental to the consent of the states is the presumption that each state is bound by and governed by the shared constitution. The constitution specifies that the state legislatures establish the rules by which elections are conducted. There is no provision in the constitution allowing the states to, in effect, essentially contract out their elections to corrupt urban political machines, or worse, completely partisan inter-state political entities. In common language, that may well prove to be a “deal breaker”. Why should Texas give ongoing consent to abide by federal elections dominated by lawless, corrupt urban political machines or worse?

Revolver: Statistical Model Indicates Trump Actually Won Majorities in Five Disputed States and 49.68 Percent of the Vote in a Sixth
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY We report a simple yet powerful statistical model of county-level voter behavior in the November 2020 presidential election using two main types of data: 1. County-specific voting data from the five previous presidential elections. 2. Selected demographic variables (race and education) plotting how different national voter groups voted differently in 2020 overall. These two types of predictors allow us to explain over 95% of the variation in county-level votes, and therefore allow us identify which counties (and consequently, states) look substantially anomalous in the 2020 election. The model provides substantial support for the allegation that the outcome of the election was affected by fraud in multiple states. Specifically, the model’s predictions match the reported results in all other states, i.e. states where no fraud has been alleged, but predicts Trump won majorities in five disputed states (AZ, GA, NV, PA and WI) and 49.68% of the vote in the sixth (MI). Perhaps the most striking aspect of the news about Swalwell is that Fang Fang, a suspected Chinese Ministry of State Security agent also known as “Christine,” first contacted him not while he was sitting on the House Intelligence Committee but when he was a councilmember in Dublin City, California. Fang followed and promoted his career as he was elected to the House of Representatives and assigned to a committee of great interest to China. China has hundreds — perhaps thousands — of agents in the U.S. identifying, grooming, supporting, influencing, compromising, and corrupting Americans in politics and other fields of importance to it. […] China’s New York consulate is also an espionage hub. James Olson, a former CIA counterintelligence chief, “conservatively” estimated that China, in the words of the New York Post, “has more than 100 intelligence officers operating in the city at any given time.” New York City, he said, is “under assault like never before.” Pompeo told the New York paper that those intel officers are operating out of the New York consulate and the Chinese mission to the United Nations.
