Lee: Biden Supreme Court commission opposes adding justices
The Presidential Commission on the Supreme Court released its first report Thursday, suggesting that an expansion of the court would be unlikely to achieve balance and instead recommending the rotation of justices. “There are also reasons to doubt that Court expansion necessarily would produce benefits in terms of diversity of efficiency,” the Commission said in the report. “There is no guarantee that a larger Court would be drawn from a more diverse group of individuals. And a larger court may be less efficient than the current complement of justices.” The report comes after some congressional Democrats earlier this year called for an expansion to the Supreme Court, arguing that Republicans had unfairly obtained a conservative majority after former President Donald Trump was able to fill three vacancies during his single term.

Durden: Biden Admin Reinstates Andrew McCabe’s Full Pension After 2018 Firing For Lying Under Oath
Andrew McCabe, the disgraced Russiagate FBI agent who lied four times to the DOJ and FBI, will receive his full pension more than three years after he was fired by the Justice Department, according to the New York Times. Under the terms of a settlement stemming from a lawsuit McCable filed in 2019 over his firing, he will also receive around $200,000 in missed pension payments. The DOJ has also agreed to expunge any mention of his firing from FBI personnel records, and that he would receive special cuff links given to senior executives, along with a plaque bearing his mounted badge and FBI credentials.
[…] McCabe’s lawyers will also receive over $500,000 in legal fees, courtesy of the US taxpayer. This, of course, is on top of more than $540,000he got from just one of several GoFundMe campaigns, as well as income from his 2019 book, “The Threat.”

More than 500 pages of internal documents from DC Metropolitan Police concerning the fatal shooting of Ashli Babbitt in the Capitol on Jan. 6 reveal witness accounts stating she was not holding a weapon at the time of her death and how “upset” the officer was after shooting her. “These previously secret records show there was no good reason to shoot and kill Ashli Babbitt,” stated Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, which obtained the documents through a May 2021 FOIA lawsuit. “The Biden-Garland Justice Department and the Pelosi Congress have much to answer for the over the mishandling and cover-up of this scandalous killing of an American citizen by the U.S. Capitol Police.”

The tony, bucolic town of Dublin, Ohio would be one of the last places in America expected to host a convention of white supremacist militiamen. Nestled along the Scioto River, the Columbus suburb’s biggest claim to fame is hosting the PGA’s annual Memorial Golf tournament every summer.
But in June 2020, days after the nation was roiled by Black Lives Matter looting and rioting, a man from Wisconsin named Stephen Robeson sponsored a “National Militia Conference” at a Dublin hotel. (Yes, that was the real name of the event.) According to BuzzFeed’s exceptional July 2021 investigative report on the FBI-led plot to kidnap Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer in 2020, Robeson “helped organize the national meeting, and he was enthusiastically pushing people he knew to attend.” The purpose of the conference was to recruit people who ultimately would stoke “political violence” against governors who refused to reopen their states after lockdowns supposedly necessitated by COVID. Some participants said Robeson, known as “Robey,” relentlessly pestered them until they agreed to show up; people came from as far as Maryland and Kansas City, BuzzFeed’s Ken Bensinger and Jessica Garrison reported. One member of the Three Percenters, an alleged militia group on the FBI’s naughty list, observed people taking photos from discreet locations in the hotel. “The feds are everywhere,” he thought to himself. And for once, it isn’t all bad news. 1) Two Washington D.C. officials have been held in contempt of court for their treatment of January 6 defendant and Proud Boy Chris Worrell. Judge Royce Lamberth found prison warden Wanda Patten and Washington D.C. Department of Corrections Director Quincy Booth in contempt of court. The judge also ordered a civil rights investigation into the treatment of Worrell and the other January 6 defendants. That means Merrick Garland would lead the case. Oh good. I hope he can take time away from chasing “domestic terrorists” at school board meetings. Worrell was unable to receive medical help for lymphoma, possibly COVID, a broken hand, and a broken tooth, the latter two supposedly received in jail, because necessary medical records were never forwarded to the proper parties. Worrell’s lawyer claims his client was not able to get recommended surgeries. “It’s clear to me that the civil rights of the defendant were violated by the DC Department of Corrections,” Judge Lamberth started during Worrell’s hearing. “I don’t know if it’s because he’s a January 6 defendant or not, but I find this matter should be referred to the attorney general of the United States for a civil rights investigation.” 2) The FBI quietly admitted in August that they . . .

The vaccines do not preclude infection or transmission. As a result, we are forcing people to choose between their livelihoods and a freedom-robbing vaccination mandate with no rationale. The fact that fully vaccinated individuals are getting infected and transmitting COVID-19. Unfortunately, some are also becoming seriously ill, being hospitalized, and dying. This is not, as President Biden repeatedly insists, a pandemic solely of the unvaccinated. 3. Vaccine injuries, including death, are occurring at far higher numbers than health authorities want to admit.

Because the United States is a very unique constitutional republic with limitations put upon the federal government; and just like we have seen with the OSHA workaround; it would be almost impossible for the feds to put a national vaccine passport process in place that would apply in all fifty states.
However, if they successfully execute the mandatory vaccine for all companies with 100 workers, their next predictable move will be to require all customers who enter those “virus protection zones” to also be vaccinated. It’s a logical sequence. The continuum is following exactly as one would suspect. Establish the fear, then start pushing the solution. If you know the players and know the Alinsky goals, then you can predict the sequence. If you want to enter any business venue or dwelling that falls under the federal vaccine mandate rules for the workers, you -as a customer- will have to be vaccinated.

Moran: Chicago Police Union to Defy Vaccine Mandate and Dare the City to Enforce It
The first major test of a vaccine mandate applied to municipal employees will take place this weekend in Chicago, where up to half of the city’s police force is set to defy the mandate by failing to report their vaccine status. Officers and other city employees who fail to report their vaccination status by Friday will “be placed in a non-disciplinary, no pay status,” according to the mayor’s office. “It’s safe to say that the city of Chicago will have a police force at 50% or less for this weekend coming up,” said Chicago Fraternal Order of Police President John Catanzara. He added, “I do not believe the city has the authority to mandate that to anybody — let alone that information about your medical history.” The union has filed suit against the city to halt enforcement of the mandate. A healthy 16-year-old boy in California reportedly died during a Zoom math class less than a month after receiving his second shot of Pfizer’s COIVD-19 injection, a VAERS entry shows. […] Per the report, the child’s second dose was administered on April 3, and the boy died on April 27. The entry also indicates that the child had not been diagnosed with any allergies, pre-existing conditions, illnesses, disabilities, or birth defects, and had not been taking any medications prior to his death. He apparently stayed in the hospital for eight days, and it’s unclear how he participated in the Zoom class, or if he was released prior.

The family of a girl who was allegedly raped in her school bathroom is pursuing civil action against Loudoun County Public Schools under the provisions of Title IX after the release of The Daily Wire’s blockbuster report, alleging that Loudoun County Public Schools covered up the sexual assault. As The Daily Wire exclusively reported, the victim’s father, Scott Smith, said that a boy allegedly wearing a skirt went into a girls’ bathroom at a local high school where he sexually assaulted Smith’s ninth-grade daughter. […] Bill Stanley of The Stanley Law Group, which is representing the family, stated: The conduct of Loudoun County Schools and the Loudoun School Board directly resulted in the brutal rape of the Smith’s daughter at Stone Bridge High. The entity sponsoring the recent conference, the China-United States Exchange Foundation (CUSEF), is part of Beijing’s “United Front” effort, which the U.S. government identifies as seeking to “to co-opt and neutralize sources of potential opposition to the policies and authority of its ruling Chinese Communist Party” and “influence foreign governments to take actions or adopt positions supportive of Beijing.” CUSEF’s website notes that it “sponsored” the Sino-American Youth Dialogue on Climate Change, carried out in collaboration with two schools: the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Tsinghua University.

As a matter of fact, it was so predictable that Amazon, Walmart, UPS, FedEx, Samsung, The Home Depot and Target all had taken actions years ago -long before COVID- because they knew this day would come. It was not accidental that those companies showed up at the White House to discuss the issue, because there’s now a full court press to hide it. There is one very specific regional issue driving the problem. Read on: The trucking issue with California LA ports, ie the Port of Los Angeles (POLA) and the Port of Long Beach (POLB), is that all semi tractors have to be current with new California emissions standards. As a consequence, that mean trucks cannot be older than 3 years if they are to pick up or deliver containers at those ports. This issue wipes out approximately half of the fleet trucks used to move containers in/out of the port. Operating the port 24/7 will not cure the issue, because all it does is pile up more containers that sit idle as they await a limited number of trucks to pick them up. THIS is the central issue. […] Ships from China and SE Asia being diverted from California into the Gulf of Mexico or East coast have to go through the Panama Canal. It takes twice as long and costs twice as much, if not more. Nester: GOP Congressman Questions Garland’s Ties to Woke Learning Company
A Republican congressman is questioning Attorney General Merrick Garland’s ties to a left-wing education company after the Justice Department directed law enforcement to investigate threats against school officials at public school board meetings. Rep. Doug Lamborn (R., Colo.) on Thursday asked Justice Department inspector general Michael Horowitz to investigate Garland’s connection to Panorama Education. Founded by Garland’s son-in-law, Panorama creates race- and gender-based surveys for students. Lamborn called Garland’s connection to the group “concerning,” given his recent attempts to meddle in school board meetings. “While working in authoritarian fashion to halt dissent at school board meetings across the country, a company cofounded by AG Garland’s son-in-law is making millions on curriculum that delves into Critical Race Theory and Gender Theory,” Lamborn told the Washington Free Beacon. “The family of the attorney general should not profit, while millions of American parents across the country are being silenced.”
