Sharp: US high court won’t block vaccines for Maine health workers
The U.S. Supreme Court declined Tuesday to block a vaccine requirement imposed on Maine health care workers, the latest defeat for opponents of vaccine mandates. It was the first time the Supreme Court weighed in on a statewide vaccine mandate. It previously rejected challenges of vaccine requirements for New York City teachers and Indiana University staff and students. Justice Stephen Breyer rejected the emergency appeal but left the door open to try again as the clock ticks on Maine’s mandate. The state will begin enforcing it Oct. 29.

Yes, that is exactly what is happening today as the institutionally corrupt FBI and DOJ attempt to throw a bag over Deripaska, in order to cover up their previous operations. That said, Oleg Deripaska is not stupid, he knows these players and knows exactly what game the corrupt U.S. officials are playing.   It was transparently obvious over the past few days that something was happening in the background.  The Fourth Branch of Government, intelligence apparatus, Dept of Justice, FBI, and media enablers -writ large- began conducting an information warfare operation. It is not coincidental: (1) the collective media apparatus brought Chris Steele out of hiding for an ABC interview with George Stephanopoulos, and a rehabilitation of his Dossier effort; then (2) the intelligence apparatus began scrubbing the Dossier from public downloads; then (3) the FBI apparatus notifies the media in advance and shows up to raid the home of a central participant in the Dossier story line.  There are no coincidences of this connective scale. This is a full-blown propaganda operation carried out by the DC-based Fourth Branch of Government. These moves indicate . . . .[…] The FBI told news outlets what they were doing in advance so the cameras could be present.  […]  The Russians (Deripaska) really did have leverage and blackmail… but it wasn’t over Donald Trump.  Factually, Oleg had blackmail on Comey, McCabe and the DOJ/FBI conspiracy crew. Professor Woodrow Wilson in 1887 counseled the country to “open for the public a bureau of skilled, economical administration” comprising the “hundreds who are wise” empowered to guide the thousands of American citizens who are “selfish, ignorant, timid, stubborn, or foolish.”

Davidson: OSHA Isn’t Tracking COVID-19 Vaccine Side Effects Because It Doesn’t Want To Undermine Biden’s Shot Campaign
The U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is not requiring companies to report any of their employees’ potentially damaging side effects from the COVID-19 vaccine because the regulatory agency doesn’t want to hamper the Biden administration’s vaccine campaign.
“DOL and OSHA, as well as other federal agencies, are working diligently to encourage COVID-19 vaccinations,” the OSHA website states. “As a result, OSHA will not enforce 29 CFR 1904’s recording requirements to require any employers to record worker side effects from COVID-19 vaccination…”Under OSHA’s current COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard for Healthcare, businesses are not required to report their workers’ adverse effects to the jab because “OSHA does not wish to have any appearance of discouraging workers from receiving COVID-19 vaccination, and also does not wish to disincentivize employers’ vaccination efforts.”

First, let’s address the intelligence of the unvaccinated. Vaccine hesitancy is multi-factorial and has little to do with level of education or intelligence. Carnegie Mellon University did a study assessing vaccine hesitancy across educational levels. According to the study, what’s the educational level with the most vaccine hesitancy? Ph.D. level! Those can’t all have been awarded to liberal arts majors. Clearly, scientists who can read the data and assess risk are among the least likely to take the mRNA vaccines.

It was the triumphant return of an innocent Chinese tech executive from wrongful imprisonment by the West. The truth is far different. Meng, a Chinese national, was on Canadian soil in 2018 when the Trump administration began extradition procedures against her as part of a fraud case against both her and her employer, Huawei, for potentially violating U.S. trade sanctions on Iran. In Canada, the imprisonment which she called “an abyss” amounted to wearing an ankle bracelet and enjoying an extended stay in the city of Vancouver, where she, Huawei’s CFO, was free to explore the city by day, while living in her own home there, taking classes in painting and lessons in English. […]  U.S. concerns with Huawei are that using equipment made by a Chinese company, with such close ties to China’s government, for critical infrastructure is an unacceptable security risk, but also that by slowing acceptance of Huawei’s technology it will maintain American leadership in 5G technology. Given the statements of the company’s colorful founder, Ren Zhengfei, it is not hard to see why the U.S. might be suspicious. “Surge forward, killing as you go, to blaze us a trail of blood,” he exhorted company employees a month after his daughter’s arrest in Canada, according to a transcript seen by The Wall Street Journal. The Chinese would later claim the translation of those fiery words was “overly literal.”

The Reserve deadline is Dec. 28. The Navy’s new guidance officially prescribes penalties and provides enforcement authorities for noncompliance within the service. […]    “An unvaccinated senior leader without a pending or approved exemption calls into question the Navy’s trust and confidence regarding their ability to ensure unit readiness or to maintain good order and discipline,” the guidance states. Simonson: Dem Budget Bill Would Slash Border Protection Budget by Half Billion Dollars
Senate Democrats are moving to slash the budget for Customs and Border Protection by half a billion dollars in the midst of an immigration crisis, putting more strain on an agency with nearly exhausted resources. The appropriations bill, released Monday by Sen. Chris Murphy (D., Conn.), allocates just $14.5 billion to CBP for the 2022 fiscal year, down from $15 billion the year before and $80 million less than what President Joe Biden requested in his budget. Immigration and Customs Enforcement would receive $7.9 billion, a cut of $40 million from the previous year and $58 million less than what Biden asked for.
Democrats also proposed reduced funding for family detention centers, while pumping more money toward constructing new migrant processing centers along the U.S.-Mexico border.

An investigation is underway after a sixth-grader from Chinook Trail Middle School sent a selfie to her mother with her mask taped to her face using blue painter’s tape. Stephanie Butler, the young girl’s mother, told Fox21 she posted the photo on Friday to make other parents aware of the strict mask policy and to see if other students were ‘being taped’. The disturbing photo has since made its rounds on social media. ‘It’s a type of restraint to me,’ Butler told the news station. She said that her daughter explained that her teacher gave her one warning to keep the mask over her nose or she would have to tape it to keep it up. […]  Meanwhile, the middle school’s Chief of Communications Allison Cortez told Fox21: ‘We’ve heard rumors that students did it on their own, we’ve heard rumors that teachers handed out the tape, we’ve heard rumors that teachers joked about it but the students got the tape.’There are so many versions of this story that is why we need to actually talk with every single student and find out what really happened.’

They want to make every aspect of human identity a choice, so that they can commodify that choice and sell people options: a designer uterus here, an artificial hormone there. The technical process which revolutionized work in the 18th and 19th centuries went on to revolutionize the home in the 20th century. Today a group of men and women disconnected from the fruit of their labor, and more worryingly from any sense of home, are confronted with the 21st-century revolution of the body.
