Jeffrey: Legacy of 7 Justices: More Than 62 Million Dead Babies
After President Richard Nixon appointed then-Appellate Court Judge Harry Blackmun to the U.S. Supreme Court in 1970, Blackmun somehow convinced members of the U.S. Senate that he embraced judicial restraint and felt a duty to protect “little persons.” When Blackmun’s nomination came up for a vote, Democratic Sen. John McClellan of Arkansas made the case for confirmation. “He does not believe it is either the duty or the prerogative of the Court to change the historical interpretations of the Constitution so as to be tantamount to amending that great document by edicts and decree,” said McClellan. “For these basic principles of judicial integrity, I commend him and respect him.” McClellan then quoted a statement Blackmun had made during the confirmation process about how important the Supreme Court was to “little persons.” “What comes through to me most clearly is the utter respect which the little person has for the Supreme Court of the United States, and I think that the little person feels this is the real bastion of freedom and protection of strength in this nation,” Blackmun had said, according to the Congressional Record. “It was a lesson that was taught to me in the last two weeks and one which I think I shall not forget,” said Blackmun. Three years later, Blackmun wrote the court’s opinion in Roe v. Wade. It declared there was a constitutional “right to privacy” that included the right to kill what could be called “little persons” — unborn babies — in the womb.

The Sidney Powell, Mike Flynn, and Patrick Byrne network are under review. As you review the article it is important to note few key elements: (1) The subpoena document’s were leaked to the Washington Post by someone inside the investigation; that speaks toward the larger motive of the DOJ/FBI effort itself. (2) The specific DOJ prosecutors are the same ones working hand-in-glove with the J6 committee.

Pullmann: How The FBI Raid On Project Veritas Helped Protect The New York Times
The FBI’s raids on Project Veritas had the effect of protecting not just the Biden family but also The New York Times. It’s yet another episode in a long history of the FBI and New York Times wildly abusing their power. Several observers have pointed out the terrible optics and even worse legal and cultural implications of the FBI’s raids earlier this month on three undercover journalists’ homes. Since the reporters’ organization, Project Veritas, is a political opponent of the American regime, the raids echo government behavior in unfree countries such as Russia, China, and Turkey. Yet there’s another, less remarked, aspect to this story. It’s the raids’ effect of protecting a longtime, top-tier deep state information operations partner, The New York Times. Project Veritas is a threat to The New York Times, not only in some of its undercover reporting about Times employees but also in its lawsuit against the Times for defamation. Curiously, then, The New York Times appeared to be aware of the raids about as soon as they commenced, as well as possibly obtaining private information about Project Veritas from the FBI operation.

Many of us had already heard about how the event was reminiscent of today’s COVID-19 con, but actually watching the segment drives home how striking the parallels between the two disease scares are. Exaggerations of the bugs’ severity, media propaganda and fear-mongering, an effort to vaccinate the whole nation, serious vaccine-coincident side-effects, and an apparent government cover-up of the latter were all elements of the ’76 fiasco just as they epitomize what’s occurring today. Neff: Only 12 Arizona Kids Died In 2020 From COVID Infections, So Why Were 29 More Deaths Counted
It is a frightening headline to read: Arizona’s pediatric COVID-19 death rate was 250 percent higher than the national average. So says the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) in its 2020 Arizona Child Fatality Review report. The problem, according to many medical experts, is that the underlying data on the number of deaths has been intentionally -and admittedly- tweaked to include nearly 30 children who were never infected with COVID-19. Those counts far outpace the 12 child deaths directly attributed to the virus, according to the ADHS report. The report shows that 838 children died in Arizona last year, with the top five causes of death being prematurity, congenital anomalies, motor vehicle crashes, poisonings, and firearm injuries. Without a doubt, every death of a child is a tragedy. Yet understanding how the state agency responsible for promoting public health chose to report 41 child COVID-19 deaths when 70 percent of those children were never infected is important at a time when vaccine mandates are under scrutiny.

Opioid and drug overdose deaths skyrocketed 200% in the U.S. from 2000 to 2014, and haven’t stopped increasing since. The country hit a record 63,600 deaths in 2016 and we crossed the 100,000 death threshold for the 12-month period following April 2020, with the majority of those deaths coming from synthetic opioids like fentanyl. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) cited synthetic opioids as the cause of death in 62,338 of those 100,000 deaths, adding that the category was “primarily fentanyl.”

This week, the United States Supreme Court will hear arguments in a blockbuster case, Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health, that could lead to the overturning of the infamous Roe V. Wade decision of 1973 that permitted abortion. Democrat Senator Jeanne Shaheen (D-NH), speaking at  a virtual event on Monday featuring New Hampshire’s entire House and Senate delegation, condemned any attempt to overturn Roe, threatening that to do so would cause a “revolution.” “This infringement on women’s rights, on our privacy, on the attempt to have state control of our personal health, really is what we would see in an authoritarian state,” she said pompously. “It’s not what we would expect in New Hampshire. Fox: Oxford High School shooting update: 3 students dead, suspect is 15-year-old sophomore
Three students have been killed and another 6 people have been injured in a shooting at Oxford High School in Michigan, near Detroit. Police say the suspect was a 15-year-old sophomore at the high school. The teen was taken into custody and is refusing to talk to investigators.
