In January, Loyce Pace, the Biden Administration’s delegate to the WHO, submitted amendments to 13 articles of the International Health Regulations. The Biden regime’s proposal is scheduled for a vote during the 75th World Health Assembly, held at the the Palais des Nations in Geneva on May 22-28. The regulations, adopted by 194 member states in 2005, allow the WHO to declare a “Public Health Emergency of International Concern” if it believes that an infectious disease outbreak has occurred in a member state—but only with the consent of said member state. The Biden regime’s new amendments would give the WHO director-general control over the declaration of a public health emergency in a member state—even over the objection of that member state. The proposed amendments also empower WHO regional directors to declare a public health emergency in member states. Disconcertingly, the WHO under Article 9 would be able to rely on sources for information leading to a declaration of a public health emergency while “maintain[ing] the confidentiality of the source.” As the World Council for Health (WCH) points out, those sources “could include Big Pharma, WHO funders such as the Gates Foundation and the Gates-founded-and-funded GAVI Alliance, as well as others seeking to monopolize power.” To say nothing of China.

A trucker who flew into Phoenix’s Sky Harbor Airport with $39,500 in cash with the intention of buying a semi-truck – only to have police confiscate the money – not only has won an appeal in his case – he’s also being credited as the incentive for a new state law protecting citizens’ cash. The Institute for Justice, which has a record of fighting for consumers in such cash confiscation cases, said this week the Arizona Court of Appeals had ruled in favor of Jerry Johnson. […] “In August 2020, Jerry flew to Phoenix with the intention of returning home with a semi-truck from an Arizona auction house, but instead he returned to Charlotte without his money and without a truck. Even though he was never charged with a crime, an Arizona trial court ruled that Jerry failed to prove the cash was his and, therefore, could not contest the civil forfeiture of his money,” the IJ explained. […] In civil forfeiture cases, government agents simply confiscate cash or assets – usually cash. But they often don’t file any charges against the owners, who are forced to go to court to prove the “innocence” of their money to get it returned.

What you probably haven’t seen are details about any of the 10 Americans who were murdered in that store in Buffalo. You may not even know their names, much less who they were or who they loved. Most of them were Black, we know that. But beyond the way they look, not a lot has been reported about them because the coverage hasn’t been about them. Nor, in fact, has it really been about the gunman. He was an 18-year-old called Payton Gendron. Gendron was mentally ill. Everyone around him knew that, including his teachers and the local police. Less than a year ago, Gendron was committed to a mental hospital after threatening to murder his classmates at a school graduation ceremony. On Saturday, after he made good on his longstanding threat to open fire into a crowd, Gendron left a 180-page letter that he said would explain his motives. You’ve probably heard this document described as a racist manifesto. Well, that’s not quite right. It’s definitely racist, bitterly so. Gendron reduces people to their skin color. That’s the essence of racism, and it’s immoral. But what he wrote does not add up to a manifesto. It is not a blueprint for a new extremist political movement, much less the potential inspiration for a racist revolution. Anyone who claims that it is, is lying or hasn’t read it. Instead, Gendron’s letter is a rambling pastiche of slogans and internet memes, some of which flatly contradict one another. The document is not recognizably left-wing or right-wing. It’s not really political at all. The document is crazy. It’s the product of a diseased and organized mind. At one point, Gardner suggests that Fox News is part of some global conspiracy against him. He writes like the mental patient he is — disjointed, irrational, paranoid. Now, that’s true — not that it makes the atrocities he committed easier to bear.

Rigplizzo: Three Out Of Four Americans Say Country Is ‘On The Wrong Track’: Poll

The Government Accountability Institute (GAI), (full disclosure: of which I am president) just released an investigative report called “Commerce Cronyism: Inside Deals, Conflicts of Interest & Chinese Connections,” that takes a close look at this rarely scrutinized “backwater.” We found that, as in most backwaters, a lot of strange things happen there. The Commerce Department is the fourth most lobbied federal office, behind only the Treasury Department, Health & Human Services, and the White House itself. It is more lobbied than the bigger budgeted Department of Defense and Department of Transportation, despite managing a far smaller budget. This is no accident, because Commerce makes what can be life-and-death decisions for particular industries and businesses. […] As one aspect of its report, GAI investigated the personal financial benefits that accrued to the past several Secretaries of Commerce — how they benefited their own interests through department decisions. GAI also found that China has learned how to tap into the Commerce Department for its own benefit. The recently revealed purchase of multi-million-dollar properties by Black Lives Matter leaders, using unaccounted-for tax-exempt funds, tells us what we already should have known: Black Lives Matter is a gang of street criminals who think nothing of stealing money donated to help “marginalized and under-served” communities, and pocketing it for themselves. Because Black Lives Matter is a criminal organization responsible for violent mob actions in over 200 American cities in 2020, including the burning federal buildings and police stations, causing several billion dollars in property damage and sparking a national crime wave that resulted in 4,901 more homicides in 2020 than in the previous year, it is not surprising that they are no respecters of the causes they advocate, let alone the laws and regulations governing tax-exempt organizations. Yet throughout the mayhem and criminal violence orchestrated by Black Lives Matter, the I.R.S and its commissioner Charles Rettig watched from afar and did nothing to prevent taxpayer monies from being used to bail out those Black Lives Matter thugs who had been arrested for breaking the law, and returning them to the streets to commit still more crimes. […] From 2016 to December 2020, BLM was a fiscally sponsored project of Thousand Currents, a left-wing, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt foundation. A “fiscal sponsor” allows an organization that does not have its own IRS tax-exempt status to collect tax-deductible donations under its umbrella. The Vice Chairman of Thousand Currents – Susan Rosenberg – is a convicted terrorist who had been arrested with 740 pounds of dynamite, an arsenal of automatic weapons and plans to blow up government buildings. Rosenberg was a member of the May 19 Communist organization responsible for . . .{…] These money streams fund an operation that is not only lawless but is a willing appendage of the Democrat Party. When individuals click the “donate” button on the Black Lives Matter website, they are redirected to a subdomain called “Act Blue Charities” – a deceptive title if there ever was one. Act Blue describes itself as “a powerful online fundraising platform for Democratic candidates up and down the ballot, progressive organizations and non-profits.” If ever a network should have sounded alarms at the I.R.S. this was it. But progressives have become so comfortable breaking the law in the name of “social justice” it didn’t.

Lendrum: Tax Filings: Black Lives Matter has over $42 Million in Assets

According to the Associated Press, the 63-page Form 990 shows that Black Lives Matter Global Network Foundation, Inc. peaked with over $90 million in donations in 2020, amid race riots that destroyed cities all across the country, which were largely orchestrated and led by BLM. Of that $90 million, the organization invested at least $32 million in stocks.

Our hearts are heavy once again, but our resolve must never waver.” The 18-year-old suspect, who is white, reportedly told authorities he was targeting the black community. A 180-page manifesto confirms his racist beliefs. As social media users were quick to point out, the tragedy fits the left’s narrative perfectly, which is why the president is headed to New York so quickly and why he avoided Waukesha after the parade attack in November.

After a self-identified “white supremacist” allegedly shot up a New York grocery store, many news outlets and left-leaning Twitter users went wild trying to pin the crime on Fox News, Tucker Carlson, Ben Shapiro, Greg Gutfeld and other people on the right. But now it has been revealed that the suspect openly hated all the conservatives the media wants to blame as a motivation for the crime. On Saturday, a man police have identified as Payton Gendron, 18, of Conklin, New York, allegedly committed the murder of ten people and the wounding of three others inside a Tops Friendly Market in a predominantly black neighborhood of Buffalo, New York. […] Former Obama press secretary Joe Lockhart, for instance, jumped to his Twitter account to claim that Tucker Carlson and Fox News have “more blood” on their hands. […] In parts of the manifesto, he claimed he was an “authoritarian left-wing[er],” said he hated Christianity and also said he was interested in “green nationalism.” Others also pointed out that the manifesto — to which Big Tech is now blocking access — had absolutely no ties to conservative thinking or Republican Party policies.

Carl: Biden Administration Makes Skin Color A Litmus Test For Being A U.S. Diplomat

Now that is about to change in the name of wokeness and diversity bean-counting. The State Department has just announced that the assessment process will now judge the “whole candidate” instead, without requiring applicants to even pass the written exam. These “whole candidate” reviews have long been used to allow racial discrimination. […] Why now? This is just the latest step taken by the racially obsessed Biden administration to ensure that the State Department is less “pale, male, and Yale” and more “diverse.” The diversity uber alles mantra of the woke State Department threatens America’s power and interests.
