It is hard to believe, but this report refers to a two-month-old baby. “A 2-month-old male patient received bnt162b2 (PFIZER-BioNTech COVID-19 VACCINE) lot number: EL 739, via an unspecified route of administration on 02 Feb 2021 at single dose for COVID-19 immunisation”, thus stated in the report. “Patient administered vaccination, observed for 15 minutes left the clinic then returned one hour later on 02 Feb 2021, presenting as skin cold, clammy and with chest pain, cardiac arrest event then developed, patient stabilised and transferred for further medical treatment… The outcome of the events was unknown. This case was reported as serious with seriousness criteria-life threatening from HA. No follow-up attempts possible. No further information expected”. How did a 2-month-old baby receive the mRNA vaccine?

The process for authorization and recommendation from the regulatory agencies kicked off Wednesday with a meeting of the Food and Drug Administration’s committee of independent experts. The committee voted to recommend the Moderna vaccine for kids under 6, which is a two-dose vaccine, and the Pfizer vaccine for kids under 5, which is a three-dose vaccine. Both votes were unanimous.

As reported by the Associated Press, the figures come from a study by the pro-abortion Guttmacher Institute, which revealed at least 930,000 total abortions in the United States in 2020. In 2017, the total number of nationwide abortions was about 862,000, which was the lowest amount of abortions since the controversial ruling in Roe v. Wade, which legalized abortion in 1973.

Over the past two decades, far too many citizens of the United States have willingly surrendered their rights and freedoms and now they are on the cusp of being unrestorable. This erosion and voluntary forfeiture have empowered the ruling elites/radical left. Ominous societal conditions have been created that risk national dissolution or a civil war. Three events in the past twenty-one years have been the primary catalysts that have accelerated and exacerbated this seemingly irreversible outcome. The first: the reaction to the terrorist attack on September 11, 2001; the second: the election of Barack Obama; and the third: the lockdown and medical tyranny of the Chinese Coronavirus Pandemic. After the events of September 11, 2001, Congress, with no outcry from the populace and near unanimous agreement from both political parties, passed the Patriot Act and other legislation. These laws expanded the definition of terrorism and the government’s ability to define, at their whim, what “terrorism” is. Further, the government was granted near unlimited power to combat whatever was defined as “terrorism.” Within less than ten years that power was turned against the American people and new catch phrases began to be used by the ruling class: “white supremacy” and “domestic terrorism”. A new era was spawned which allowed the government to use its newly acquired powers to spy on and intimidate innocent Americans at home and abroad. Thus, the post-September 11, 2001 era began an accelerated erosion of these freedoms: . . . […] Barack Obama, the most malevolent president in American history, greatly accelerated the process of eroding American freedoms. Obama and his henchmen set out to deliberately fan the flames of race and identity politics in order to divide an essentially undivided citizenry. In 2010 only13% Americans were greatly concerned or worried about the state of race relations in the country (it skyrocketed to 42% by the end of Obama’s second term). Their goal was to foment racial animosity and riots with the objective of enhancing the power of the central government by further diminishing the rights of the people. […] The third event that hastened the loss of freedoms was the deliberate overreaction to the Chinese Coronavirus and the attendant lockdowns and medical tyranny. Like 9/11, a crisis created new opportunities to restrict freedom in the name of protecting the people from a so-called “existential” threat.

Public school students are taught how to become America’s “Red Guards.” Following the Parkland school shooting in Florida, teachers encouraged students to publicly advocate for gun control. Student negativity toward guns and our Second Amendment is not surprising. VDH: What the January 6 Committee Might Have Been
Congress should investigate fully the January 6 riot at the Capitol—and similar recent riots at iconic federal sites. But unfortunately, it never will. Why not? The current committee is not bipartisan. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) forbade Republican nominees traditionally selected by the House minority leader to serve on the committee. No speaker had ever before rejected the minority party’s nominees to a select House committee. Pelosi’s own cynical criteria for Republican participation were twofold: Any willing minority Republican members had to have voted to impeach Donald Trump while having no realistic chance of being reelected in 2022. Of some 210 Republican House members, that left just Representatives Liz Cheney (R-Wyo.) and Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.) who were willing and able to fit Pelosi’s profile. A real investigation would have ignited argumentation, cross-examination, and disagreements— the sort of give-and-take for which congressional committees are famous. In contrast, the January 6 show trial features no dissenting views. Its subtext was right out of the Soviet minister of Internal Affairs Lavrentiy Pavlovich Beria’s credo: “Show me the man and I’ll show you the crime”.

Deese: Supreme Court rules against HHS in hospital reimbursement case
The Supreme Court ruled on Wednesday in favor of a coalition of nonprofit hospitals seeking to restore billions of dollars that were cut by the government from annual Medicare reimbursements dating as far back as 2018. In a unanimous ruling authored by Justice Brett Kavanaugh, the high court found the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit erred in 2020 when it allowed the Department of Health and Human Services to reduce by $1.6 billion the yearly Medicare payments for outpatient drugs that aided in subsidizing hospitals that cater to poor and uninsured patients. The decision was narrowly tailored and did not extend so far as to undermine HHS authority, only stating how the agency acted unlawfully in accordance with its varying rates for hospitals under the 340B Drug Pricing Program, which covers more than 2,500 hospitals and 25,000 pharmacies, according to a 2019 report from Adam Fein, the CEO of the Drug Channels Institute.

Feinberg & Shir-Raz: Breaking: 58 Babies Who Received mRNA COVID-19 Vaccines Suffered Life-Threatening Adverse Events
An analysis of VAERS reports shows that contrary to the FDA’s briefing document claiming that the majority of adverse events in Pfizers’ clinical trial were non-serious – at least 58 cases of life-threatening side effects in infants under 3 years old who received mRNA vaccines were reported. For some, it is unclear if they survived. It is also unclear why the infants were vaccinated, and whether they were part of the clinical trials. However, in the upcoming FDA meeting on Wednesday, the FDA will not be able to argue it did not know. […] How did a 2-month-old baby receive the mRNA vaccine? These vaccines have not yet received EUA (Emergency Use Authorization) for approved use in children ages five and under by the FDA, or any other regulatory authority, and even if it will, the EUA will only include babies 6 months and older. Was this baby a participant in Pfizer-BioNTech’s clinical trials, testing efficacy and safety among babies? The answer is unclear. According to the person who wrote the report “Unsure if patient was enrolled in clinical trial”. However, the author of the report also states that the report was ”received from a contactable Other Health Care Professional by Pfizer from the Regulatory Agency”. This note implies that the infant might have actually participated in Pfizer’s trial. The regulatory agency report Safety Report Unique Identifier GB-MHRA-ADR 24687611 – indicates that the report came from Great Britain (the first 2 letters in the report ID stand for the country of origin, GB- Great Britain, and MHRA indicate that the source of reporting was its’ drug authority). Why did they not follow up on the 2-month-old baby’s condition, after going into cardiac arrest an hour after receiving an experimental vaccine? Why is there no further information? Is it because he died? Or was the baby removed form an experiment? Why would the author of the report not mention this?

Then, on Friday and Saturday, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s advisers will meet to review the data on both vaccines. The final step in the process is a recommendation from CDC Director Rochelle Walensky, after which shots can be administered in doctors’ offices, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies and other locations.

The entertainer’s doctors diagnosed him with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, a “rare neurological disorder” marked by facial palsy that is “caused by the varicella zoster virus” (which causes chickenpox in children and shingles in adults), according to the National Organization for Rare Disorders. Media outlets around the world rushed to assure Beliebers (the celebrity’s massive global fan base) that the somber singer’s condition could not possibly have anything to do at all with experimental COVID-19 jabs. […] The truth is no one knows, and anyone who makes a definitive declaration one way or the other is 1) lying; 2) ignorant; 3) politically motivated; 4) paid off, or some combination thereof. The government of Nicaraguan President Daniel Ortega has authorized Russian troops, planes, and ships to deploy to Nicaragua. In a decree published this week, Ortega announced he will allow Russian troops to carry out law enforcement duties, “humanitarian aid, rescue and search missions in emergencies or natural disasters.” The Nicaraguan government also authorized the presence of Russian troops for the “exchange of experiences and training.”

The critical point to remember is this sentence extracted from CNBC, “the numbers are not adjusted for inflation, which increased 1% for the month on the headline number and 0.6% excluding food and energy.” Everyone ignores this point, and every MSM economist pretends not to know it. Retail sales -as measured in units purchased- have been in a contracting position since June of 2021.

While federal changes to Title IX have not been finalized, the Department of Agriculture announced last month it would conform its understanding of Title IX to include “gender identity” and “sexual orientation.”

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is currently considering publishing regulations that will push for potentially irreversible medical and surgical interventions for people with gender dysphoria in the name of health care. In April, HHS Assistant Secretary Rachel L. Levine stated “gender affirming care is medical care” and included children and adolescents in that equation. Levine also reaffirmed a principle articulated by Hippocrates that physicians should do no harm. Can a physician provide interventions like potentially sterilizing hormones and surgeries for children and adolescents without doing harm? Research on adolescent brain development and decision-making indicates these two concepts are contradictory. Our society is encouraging adolescents to make crucial decisions with lifelong consequences as research continues to document the immaturity of the adolescent brain. It does not utilize the strategizing and planning center, the prefrontal cortex, in the same manner as adults. The American College of Pediatricians, of which I am a board member, just published a new position statement entitled “The Teenage Brain: Under Construction” with research showing that adolescents’ brains are not developed enough to make sound decisions, and this should inform potential medical and surgical interventions on minors with gender dysphoria because of their lifelong consequences. Neuroscientists studying decision-making have found adolescents are much more likely to rely upon emotions and peer pressure and less likely to consider future consequences. Researchers now talk about two systems for decision-making in the brain: a socioemotional system and a cognitive-control system.

Stanford Law School (SLS) students recently wrote a letter to the Supreme Court Justices Thomas, Kavanaugh, Barrett, and Gorsuch concerning the leaked draft of Justice Alito’s majority opinion on Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization. “Justices Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett: the legal community is not letting you shelter behind the excuse of applying the law. Justice Alito’s Dobbs opinion is a radical and inexcusable departure from precedent. It will harm millions of Americans,” the letter states. Currently over 200 students, chapters, and faculty from multiple universities signed the letter, with over 50 of the signees from Stanford alone. […] In 2020, SLS professor John H. Donohue co-authored a study that argued pro-abortion policies lowered crime rates. The study’s critics have reportedly found Donohue’s decades-long research as “lending indirect support to eugenics.” […] Progressive and leftist causes that extend beyond abortion also appear in the law school’s curriculum, research, and programming. Ralph Richard Banks is a law professor working on a “casebook” on racial justice and law. Banks explains in a university video that he wanted to give students a “resource” to move “the focus beyond Constitutional law.”

Campos: University of California system to launch ‘climate justice’ course
The 10-campus University of California system is set to debut a climate justice course that aims to address the “social, racial, and environmental injustices” of climate change. A fall 2022 pilot class is slated to be focused at UC Merced ahead of a planned expansion to all 10 campuses by spring of next year, the system reported. The curriculum is funded by a grant from the UC Office of the President and developed by Associate Professor and UC Presidential Chair Tracey Osborne, who founded the UC Center for Climate Justice over a year ago. […] The center, led by Osborne, includes six pillars of “climate justice”: just transition; social, racial and environmental justice; indigenous climate action; community resilience and adaptation; natural climate solutions; and climate education and engagement. Schneider: College Fix finds nearly 200 campus cancel culture incidents during 2021-22 school year
There have been 112 speakers, signs, statues and other targets completely canceled on campus during the last academic year, and another 74 attempted cancelations, according to The College Fix’s Campus Cancel Culture Database, which tracks such incidents. That amounts to a total of 186 campus cancel culture incidents from June 1, 2021 to May 31, 2022. Put another way, there have been almost four campus cancel incidents per week over the past school year. “For people who claim that cancel culture is a made up right-wing phenomenon, I invite them to scroll through page after page after page of our Campus Cancel Culture Database,” said Jennifer Kabbany, editor in chief of The College Fix. “You can’t go a week without something on campus being memory holed, erased, fired, renamed or what have you,” she said. “Thank God for the database, or America could easily lose track of how many things have been censored and purposely forgotten by this country’s colleges and universities.”

Then it flows in pipelines safely transporting the oil to refineries to be manufactured into usable oil derivatives that are the basis of more than 6,000 products for society, and into transportation fuels needed by the world’s heavy-weight and long-range infrastructures of aviation, merchant ships, cruise ships, and militaries. The lower image is just one lithium supply mine where entire mountains are eliminated. Each mine usually consists of thirty-five to forty humongous 797 Caterpillar haul trucks along with hundreds of other large equipment. Each 797 uses around half a million gallons of diesel a year. So, with an inventory of just thirty-five, the haul trucks alone are using 17.5 million gallons of fuel a year for just one lithium site.

I Spent More Time Charging It Than I Did Sleeping.” The title more or less speaks for itself — reporter Rachel Wolfe rented a brand-new Kia EV6, loaded her friend Mack into the car, and set off on a road trip from New Orleans to Chicago and back, a “2,000-mile trip in just under four days” so Mack could make it back in time for work. She thought it would be a fun adventure, but in reality their desperate search for E.V. charging stations along the way, coupled with the extreme length of time it took to actually charge the car, undercut the thrill of the open road.

Polantz: Judge rejects Steve Bannon’s motion to throw out contempt of Congress charges
A federal judge on Wednesday refused to throw out the charges against Steve Bannon for contempt of Congress, sending the former Donald Trump adviser to trial next month. Judge Carl Nichols of the DC District Court rejected Bannon’s motion to dismiss the case against him, including his arguments that the House select committee’s subpoenas were illegal and that he was protected by the secrecy of the presidency because he had been in contact with Trump at the end of his administration. The decision is likely to add firepower to the House’s January 6 investigation, which is holding public hearings this month on its findings, and it blesses the Justice Department’s decision to indict Bannon, who had left the Trump administration in 2017. […] Bannon’s is the first criminal proceeding to be greenlighted by a judge. Another Trump adviser, Peter Navarro, was more recently charged by the Justice Department with contempt of Congress related to its January 6 investigation. […] Bannon has pleaded not guilty and is headed to trial on July 18, though his attorney David Schoen said Wednesday that he may seek a delay. “The judge, as has been the case at every juncture in this matter, came in well prepared, showed his familiarity with the issues and entered his decision as he deemed appropriate. The streets of downtown Portland, Oregon, resemble an open-air drug market. Heroin, meth and fentanyl use is rampant and often visible on city streets. Portland police officers drive by homeless addicts buying and using. The signs of drug addiction are actually increasing throughout the state, according to law enforcement sources. Oregon ranks second-highest among U.S. states for substance abuse with nearly one in five adults addicted. In November 2020, voters overwhelmingly passed Measure 110. The Drug Addiction Treatment and Recovery Act secured 58% of the votes and decriminalized possession of small amounts of hard drugs such as heroin, meth, cocaine and fentanyl.
