Here are my favorite seven slides from the video. 1) VoterGA is being blocked from reviewing Georgia’s original ballots because every county in Georgia has been told to deny VoterGA’s open records requests by the Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger. So much for transparency in our public elections! 2) Let’s discuss the scale of the 2020 election fraud. There are 159 counties in Georgia. VoterGA made open records requests from all of them, and found that 74 counties cannot even produce the complete ballot images — as required by law. That’s nearly half of Georgia’s counties that are running illegal elections.

Congressman Paul Gosar is raising questions about campaign finance issues that have been dogging Arizona Attorney General candidate Abe Hamadeh. At issue is whether or not Hamadeh disclosed the fact that his campaign coffers were largely empty before securing former President Donald Trump’s endorsement. Hamadeh had publicly bragged about his bloated cash-on-hand numbers without disclosing that the money was just for show and had already been returned.

Democrats want to rid America of both. In opening comments Wednesday for the Senate Judiciary Committee hearings on so-called “assault weapons,” Democrat Senator and gun-confiscation enthusiast Dick Durbin threatened that it is “time to name and shame” the makers of AR-15s, the rifle Democrats have demonized as “weapons of war.” Gun manufacturers aren’t the trigger-pullers behind mass shootings, but they are a much easier and more politically useful scapegoat to target than the criminally insane minds of the actual shooters. Democrats aren’t interested in ending gun violence anyway; if they were, they would be holding hearings on the shootings perpetrated by gang members in Democrat-run inner cities, by terrorists, and by the criminally insane. What they want to end is not gun violence but gun ownership. Sitting with posters of AR-15 advertisements placed prominently behind him, Durbin claimed hyperbolically that there have been “309 mass shootings” in the United States so far in 2022. “Why are these killing machines flying off the shelves after they were banned for a decade, until 2004?” he asked rhetorically. “Maybe it’s the ads that market the ‘assault weapons.’ Symbols of independence, freedom, or the promise that owning an AR-15-style-gun will make you more of a man. Or could it be the enticing prospect of toting around the same style of weapon that soldiers and Marines use to defend our country in combat?” Let’s break down this sneering statement, because it is very revealing of the Left’s perspective on guns and masculinity, both of which the Left would like to eradicate.

The media is reporting that the criminal investigation of Hunter Biden is at a “critical stage” with the grand jury considering an array of charges including various tax violations and possible foreign lobbying violations. I previously testified in Congress on possible criminal exposure for Hunter under the Foreign Agents Registration Act (FARA). There seems ample evidence for such charges but there remain some glaring questions in how the Biden Administration has handled the investigation of the Biden family. What is also striking is the initial response of pundits on cable channels like MSNBC that has long ignored or downplayed the allegations. The most glaring question raised by the report is, again, the refusal of Attorney General Merrick Garland to appoint a Special Counsel despite overwhelming justification for such an appointment. For over a year, I have been writing on the obvious need for a special counsel in an investigation that not only is embarrassing for the Biden family but implicates not just Hunter but his uncle and his father. Given this mounting evidence, the position of Attorney General Garland has gone from dubious to ridiculous in evading the issue of a special counsel appointment. He continues to refuse to acknowledge these conflicts with the President.

A recent congressional hearing was suddenly and dramatically interrupted — by the chairwoman conducting it. Her aim: Abort a Republican congressman’s attempt to present the very first photo of a person who is now 22 years old. The scene was the House Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations. The title of the hearing: “Roe Reversal: The Impacts of Taking Away the Constitutional Right to an Abortion.” Republican Rep. Gary Palmer of Alabama began to ask a question of Dr. Christina Francis, the CEO-elect of the American Association of Pro-Life Obstetricians and Gynecologists. “I want to show a poster,” Palmer said to Francis, as a staffer behind him began to hold up a photograph. “This is world-renown. It has gone—” A gavel slammed down ferociously at the front of the hearing room. “… on all types of magazines—” Palmer tried to continue. “The gentleman will suspend, and the staff will take down that picture,” declared Chairwoman Diana DeGette, a Democrat from Colorado. […] “I am not surprised at all that you would not want to show this photo of an in-utero surgery in which the child being operated on grasps the finger of the doctor doing the surgery.
