Bill Federer: U.S. CONSTITUTION–a Miracle Plan to prevent a Tyrant from Ruling by Mandates & Executive Orders and Weaponizing Law Enforcement Against Political Opponents!

The most common form of government in world history is power concentrated into the hands of one person. This person is called by different names in different countries: King, Khan, Caesar, Kaiser, Czar, Sultan, Maharaja, Emperor, Chairman Mao, Comrade Stalin, or El Presidente. Though the name changes, the function remains the same — one person rule. At the time of the American Revolution, the King of England was the most powerful king on the planet. The writers of the Constitution had one overriding concern — how to prevent power from re-concentrating.They designed Constitution to take the concentrated power of a king and separate it into three branches and pit the branches against each other in a three-way tug-of-war to check power; then separate power into Federal and State levels, then tie up this Federal Frankenstein with ten handcuffs–the First Ten Amendments. In a word, the U.S. Constitution is simply a way to prevent a President from ruling through mandates and executive orders — to prevent one-person rule. The founders sacrificed to brake away from a tyrant who had weaponized law enforcement against his political opponents, as they admitted in the Declaration of Independence:

Throughout the first decade of the American republic, competing claims regarding the proper interpretation of the Constitution and the application of its principles were confined primarily to the executive branch and Congress. The Supreme Court remained, for the most part, uninvolved in the resolution of constitutional questions concerning the scope of authority of the new government. The year 1801 marked the beginning of a dramatic turnabout in the role of the Court in national affairs. Thomas Jefferson, having promised to undertake a “revolution in the principles” of government, took office as the third president of the young nation. Although the legislative and executive branches of government came under the control of Jefferson’s Republican party in the election of 1800, the federal judiciary remained a bulwark of the rival Federalist party. At the head of this relatively untested third branch of government was Jefferson’s distant cousin and fellow Virginian, John Marshall. Marshall had been appointed Chief Justice of the United States by John Adams in February 1801 in one of his last acts as president. Adams, with the help of the lame-duck Federalist Congress, bolstered Marshall’s standing within the judiciary by creating several new federal court positions and filling them with party loyalists. Clear and irreconcilable differences in the political and constitutional philosophies of Jefferson and Marshall sparked heated debate over such monumental issues as the use of judicial review over acts of Congress and the development of the doctrine of “implied powers.” With the rise of judicial authority under Marshall’s leadership, the judiciary was inexorably drawn into the political fray. Political considerations were paramount in determining the tactics employed by both leaders in their efforts to define the proper role of the judiciary in a balanced government and the role of the national government itself within the federal system. Today, more than two centuries after the struggle over constitutional interpretation began with the landmark case of Marbury v. Madison, the debates between Jefferson and Marshall remain strikingly relevant.

Under the FBI collaboration operation, somebody at Facebook red-flagged these supposedly subversive private messages over the past 19 months and transmitted them in redacted form to the domestic terrorism operational unit at FBI headquarters in Washington, DC, without a subpoena. ‘It was done outside the legal process and without probable cause,’ alleged one of the sources, who spoke on condition of anonymity.

‘Facebook provides the FBI with private conversations which are protected by the First Amendment without any subpoena.’ These private messages then have been farmed out as ‘leads’ to FBI field offices around the country, which subsequently requested subpoenas from the partner US Attorney’s Office in their district to officially obtain the private conversations that Facebook already had shown them. […] Why did Supreme Court Justice Alito order Pennsylvania election officials to segregate and separately count ballots that arrived after election day? Alito ordered the late ballots be kept ‘in a secure, safe and sealed container separate from other voted ballots.’ If there is no evidence of fraud, what is the point of such an order? If there is no fraud, what is the basis of the legal challenges being filed by White House Counsel Giuliani? A former US Attorney who presided over high profile cases is not going to squander his reputation by filing legal challenges with no evidence. There is plenty of evidence. The only question is whether the Republican Party and the courts have the stomach for the devastating blow to America’s reputation of proving that the Democrats with the complicity of the media stole a presidential election.

Officially, the Chinese government says these remote stations, of which there are more than 50 around the world, are meant to help its citizens in other countries should they be a target of crime. Husebo: Poll: 71% of Workers Are Poorer Under Biden’s Inflation, up from February’s 58%

The poll, revealed by CNN on Tuesday, sampled individuals in July who have 401(k) plans. Half of those sampled said they had taken measures to “cope” with Biden’s soaring prices in the last six months. Sixty-two percent said they are “stressed” about their personal finances despite being employees. From year to date, consumer prices soared 8.3 percent in August, the Bureau of Labor Statistics revealed in September. In June, inflation reached a 40-year-high at 9.1 percent, just above August’s numbers. The price of food at home jumped 0.7 percent compared with the previous month. Over the past 12 months, grocery prices have gone up 13.5 percent.
