Donald J. Trump shocked the world in 2016 by winning the White House and becoming the first president in U.S. history with no prior military or government experience. So desperate is the incessant cry to “get Trump!” that millions of otherwise pleasant and productive citizens have become naggingly less so. They ignore the shortcomings, failings and unpopularity of President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris and abide the casual misstatements of an administration that says the “border is secure,” inflation is “transitory,” “sanctions are intended to deter” Putin from invading Ukraine and they will “shut down the virus.” They’ve also done precious little to learn and understand what drives the 74 million fellow Americans who were Trump-Pence voters in 2020 and not in the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021.

Although President Joe Biden once proclaimed the pandemic over and his administration is currently urging the Supreme Court to eliminate Covid-19 immigration policies, it nevertheless seeks to impose a vaccination mandate on about one-fifth of the nation’s workforce. Executive Order 14042 requires federal contractors to ensure that any employee who works on a federal contract or who shares a workspace with such an employee be fully vaccinated against Covid-19. Two federal courts of appeals have recently put the mandate on ice, finding that — far from an everyday exercise of government power — the mandate significantly and improperly governs the lives and health decisions of much of the nation’s workforce. The 11th and Fifth Circuit Courts of Appeals both have issued injunctions against the contractor mandate, finding that it likely violates the separation of powers principles. These courts have relied on the fundamental principle that the Constitution vests lawmaking authority with Congress and not with federal agencies. This means that in order for an agency to exercise a power, that power must have been granted by Congress. […] The contractor mandate case is important — and concerning — because it is only the latest one in which the administration has insisted that the Covid-19 pandemic justifies enormous and transformative expansion of traditional agency authority.

A children’s hospital’s “gender program navigator” claimed in remarks last May that healthy women can donate their reproductive organs to biological men who identify as “transgender women.” The presentation on “Fertility in the LGBTQIA+ community” was unearthed this week and circulated on Twitter. The speaker, Alicyn Simpson, who is transgender, is a “community navigator” for a youth gender program at the University of Pittsburgh Children’s Hospital, according to Fox News. “One area that had not been looked at before in any serious way was, could the donors be live donors?” Simpson said while discussing a slide detailing a “uterine transplant.” Simpson noted that previous discussions about the topic involved “cadaver-based” donors. […] And, the UPMC Children’s website states that it provides irreversible “gender-affirming” care to people up to age 26, including hormone replacement therapy and mental health services.

Spencer: MIT’s New Video Game: Stop a White Woman From Harassing a Muslim

Leftists live in a massive fantasy world in which men can become champion female swimmers and women can become mediocre male ones, white supremacists are the biggest terror threat the nation faces, and Jan. 6 was an “insurrection.” The Leftist fantasy world also features vicious white racists constantly harassing innocent and noble “people of color.” Such incidents are in short supply in the real world, and so the Left has to shore up its narrative by inventing them wherever possible. To that end, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) has now developed a video game in which the fun never stops: players can stop “a white woman from the Midwest” from harassing a hijabed Muslim from Malaysia on an airplane. Want to become a fearless crusader against pandemic (indeed, systemic) white racism? “On the Plane” is the game for you. […] The game won’t allow you to imagine a scenario in which the hijab-wearing Muslim woman has xenophobic attitudes toward the Midwestern white woman. In the Left’s world, that would be inconceivable!

Christenson: ‘Long Live the Intifada’: University of Michigan Student Group Calls for Israel’s Destruction

An anti-Israel student group at the University of Michigan on Thursday marched through campus praising violent attacks in the Jewish state and calling for Israel’s destruction. Members of Students Allied for Freedom and Equality (SAFE) carried Palestinian flags through the quad while chanting, “Long live the intifada” and “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free,” a call for the destruction of Israel. The group was protesting Vice President Kamala Harris, who was visiting campus to discuss the Biden administration’s climate policy.

Whittaker: Norton LifeLock says thousands of customer accounts breached

Thousands of Norton LifeLock customers had their accounts compromised in recent weeks, potentially allowing criminal hackers access to customer password managers, the company revealed in a recent data breach notice. In a notice to customers, Gen Digital, the parent company of Norton LifeLock, said that the likely culprit was a credential stuffing attack — where previously exposed or breached credentials are used to break into accounts on different sites and services that share the same passwords — rather than a compromise of its systems. It’s why two-factor authentication, which Norton LifeLock offers, is recommended, as it blocks attackers from accessing someone’s account with just their password.

Wailzer: German court orders Holocaust survivor to be sent to psychiatric institution for forced COVID shots

STUTTGART, Germany (LifeSiteNews) – German authorities want to put a famous Jewish composer and Holocaust survivor into a psychiatric clinic and force her to take the COVID injection. Inna Zhvanetskaya, who lives in Stuttgart, Germany, was supposed to be taken to a psychiatric institution and forcefully injected with the COVID jabs on January 11, according to the news outlet Report24, which has been in personal contact with Zhvanetskaya. However, according to several reports, she has been transferred to a safe place by friendly activists who wanted to prevent her arrest.

Zirkle: Brazilian Election Protesters Reportedly Forced to Take Covid Vaccine in Prison

Around 1,800 arrests were made in Brasília following the incident. Over one thousand protesters remain in custody following the release of several hundred protesters, primarily women, children, and elderly who were previously held in a detention facility with lack of access to food and water. Detainees were held in makeshift jail located in the gymnasium of the Federal Police Academy. Many people held in the gymnasium shared videos from inside displaying the crowded inhumane conditions which they were subjected to.

Dillon: Mexican Cartels Kill Record 65,000 across First Half of AMLO’s Term

According to a report from Mexico’s Secretariat of National Defense (Sedena) leaked to the public by Guacamaya hacktivists, organized crime groups and cartels operating within Mexico have been directly responsible for 64,910 deaths across the country since Mexican President Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO) assumed the presidency in 2018, the highest number of organized crime-related deaths seen in Mexico since it began keeping track of cartel killings in 2007. In spite of López Obrador’s controversial implementation of a “hugs, not bullets” policy against cartel violence upon entering office, the Mexican executive’s peace-first approach has not discouraged Mexico’s violent streak in the slightest; the 64,910 homicides perpetrated during the first half of AMLO’s term is a 41.8 percent increase from the previous three-year period of former Mexican President Enrique Peña Nieto’s administration, which experienced 45,760 cartel-related deaths throughout the second half of the executive’s term.
