Democrat attorneys general are calling for an investigation into the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant in an effort to shut down the facility. The Missouri-based plant, which is the largest producer of small arms ammunition in the U.S., has become one of the latest targets of the anti-gunner crowd in their quest to keep as many Americans disarmed as possible. The Democrats’ request, which is ostensibly intended to curb the availability of “military-grade rounds” in the commercial market, is supposed to be a step towards decreasing the prevalence of gun violence. However, like their other schemes, a closer look shows that this is just another way to make it harder for responsible Americans to possess firearms.

Former Trump White House trade adviser Peter Navarro on Thursday was sentenced to four months in prison following his conviction in September on two counts of congressional contempt after he defied a subpoena from the former House select committee that probed the Jan. 6, 2021, U.S. Capitol riot. Both counts carry mandatory minimum sentences of one month in prison, but prosecutors said in a filing last week that the amount of time “is insufficient to account for, punish, and deter the Defendant’s criminal offense,” according to ABC News. Prosecutors asked federal Judge Amit Mehta to sentence Navarro, 74, to six months in prison for each charge, running concurrently, and fine him $200,000, which is $100,000 for each count, per CNN. The judge ultimately ordered Navarro to pay a $9,500 fine.

Via Behizy: The Georgia Senate Ethics Committee has passed a bill that would remove Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger from the Board of Elections and grant the board authority to investigate him for election law violations. The bill will be voted on by the full senate in the coming weeks and should pass both houses easily. The bill would also allow the BOE to investigate local election officials as well. More importantly, the Board would have the power to hire their own investigators as opposed to relying on the Secretary of State’s office to do so.

Rep. Barry Loudermilk, R-Ga., on Thursday evening gave a sweeping update on his House Administration oversight subcommittee’s efforts to obtain evidence, saying Democrats from the White House and Rep. Bennie Thompson, D-Miss., were not providing the cooperation needed to give Americans the facts and answers they are missing from the tragedy three years ago in the U.S. Capitol.

Meanwhile, the professional left and academia have decided to toss their lot in with the terrorists, along with engaging in targeted harassment of Jewish people and their businesses—the Left endorses Jewish genocide, like the Nazis before them. So, they can whine about a ceasefire, but Israel is still stacking these terrorists’ bodies like sandbags—the higher, the better. Hamas runs the Gaza Health Ministry, so you can’t trust the death toll estimates. Even if it did soar into the tens of thousands, Palestinians overwhelmingly support Hamas and the October 7 attacks. The entire sociopolitical foundation of the people here is pro-terrorist. So, excuse me while I don’t care about how the IDF is turning Gaza into a glass bowl. Still, there’s international pressure being placed on Israel to adopt some pauses. It’s worthless since Hamas can’t be trusted.

If you’re a U.S. citizen and don’t believe we live in a two-tiered society, try getting on an airplane at any U.S. airport without showing ID. Then watch an illegal board no questions asked. Joe Biden’s Transportation Security Administration, or TSA, is working with Customs and Border Protection to allow illegal aliens to fly without proper identification. This is in contrast to the treatment of U.S. citizens, who are required to show identification at airports before they are allowed to board a flight. The New York Post reported that while U.S. citizens are required to show a passport or a valid form of identification to travel by plane both domestically and internationally, signs at various airports claim that the TSA and CBP are collaborating to enable illegal immigrants to travel without any ID. […] I’m glad some are finally figuring things out. Because it doesn’t stop with ID requirements at airports. That’s just one example of the two-tiered society. It’s happening in all aspects of American life. Pay attention and you will see how one segment of society is allowed to skirt the laws and the other segment is held strictly to every letter of the law.

A weapon of war. On December 26, 1969, in Flint Michigan, roughly 300 college students – almost exclusively white – gathered in a run-down dance hall called the Giant Ballroom. The ballroom was located in the heart of one of Flint’s black neighborhoods, and also one of its most violent. A bullet hole in the front door marked the spot where, the night before, a disgruntled patron had fired a shotgun into the hall inadvertently killing a black customer who was there to celebrate Christmas, and was just in the wrong place at the wrong time.[1] The attendees were members or alumni of Students for a Democratic Society (SDS), the largest radical movement on university campuses during the 1960s. They had come to attend the last “National Council” meeting of SDS. The organization’s recently elected leaders, who called themselves the “Weathermen” were billing the event as a “National War Council.” The name was not rhetorical. Their intention was to transform SDS into an underground terrorist army whose mission was to be an “enemy within,” taking up arms against America, in behalf of the non-white peoples of the world whom America allegedly oppressed. They intended to play a key role in the struggle to defeat the global empire of U.S. imperialism, and replace it with a communist state. […] In the end, the stigma “white skin privilege” serves the same purpose for contemporary radicals seeking to re-imagine and transform America according to socialist designs as it did for the Weathermen, who embraced and popularized it. If America is a white supremacist nation, and has been since its inception, then by the very values of equality and tolerance that Americans cherish, America and its institutions are not worth respecting or defending. “White skin privilege” is a racist weapon to dismantle and destroy the nation we have known, loved and prospered in.

Fabian: After UAV attack, IDF hits Hezbollah airstrip said built by Iran to launch drones
The Israel Defense Forces said it carried out a series of strikes on Thursday against Hezbollah targets in southern Lebanon, including an airstrip, as the Lebanese terror group claimed it had targeted Israel’s Iron Dome air defense system. The airstrip in the Qalaat Jabbour mountain region, revealed by Defense Minister Yoav Gallant last year, had served Hezbollah’s aerial unit, according to the IDF. Israel accused Iran of building the runway, which is thought to be used by its proxy to launch drones.

Zand: ‘I was so burned, no one recognized me,’ says ‘Fauda’ actor Amedi of his Gaza injuries
As he prepared to be discharged from Sheba Medical Center on Thursday, Israeli actor and singer-songwriter Idan Amedi promised to return to entertaining his fans in Israel and around the world after recovering from serious injuries he sustained while fighting in the Gaza Strip.
“I am grateful for all the messages, love, and support I have received from thousands of people. My spirit is stronger than ever. I will return to acting and singing. If I can, I will even go back to fighting in the war,” he said. Amedi, perhaps best known for his role on the hit TV show “Fauda,” was seriously injured by an explosion on January 8 as he served in the Combat Engineering Corps reserves in Gaza. Six soldiers were killed and several others, including Amedi, were injured in the incident, which was apparently accidentally caused by troops.

Author’s Note: In light of the Supreme Court’s disastrous and unconstitutional decision to support the Biden regime’s border invasion in the Texas “razor wire” case, it seemed to be the right time to revisit this article from 2021 which explained to conservative voters how our “hand-picked” conservative judges betrayed us during the post-Trump years. It seems a hundred years have passed since President Trump picked Brett Kavanaugh and Neil Gorsuch and Amy Coney Barrett to serve on the Supreme Court and started what was supposed to be the Great Conservative Years of the Trump Era. Long after the Donald left office, there was going to be a “young gun” block of Textualists and Originalists making the liberals cry in decision after decision, and even rolling back Roe v. Wade eventually. Finally, we owned the courts. How wrong we were. It wasn’t Trump’s fault. He had done his part and turned over the process of selection to the conservative legal movement — and the Federalist Society in particular. Leonard Leo, and the other law nerds, were trusted to locate a reasonable facsimile of Antonin Scalia, or two, for the new president. This was exactly what Trump was always being blamed for not doing: relying on the experts.
