[…] On Feb. 6, Ohio State University researchers published a stunning finding – stunning to anyone overwhelmed by mainstream media mRNA propaganda since 2021, anyway. Vaccinated Covid patients hospitalized with respiratory failure were more likely to die than the unjabbed. 70 percent died, compared to 37 percent. The gap persisted when the researchers matched patients by age and comorbidities. “Vaccination status of hospital-admitted COVID-19 patients may not be instructive in determining mortality risk,” they wrote. In their report, published in Frontiers in Immunology, a peer-reviewed journal, the Ohio State researchers also reported vaccinated patients tended to have higher IgG4 antibody levels during their third week of hospitalization. That finding is notable, since papers last year showed that mRNA jab recipients eventually develop higher levels of IgG4 antibodies – which promote immune systems tolerance of pathogens like viruses rather than a full-on attack.

As we demonstrate below, by the time Obama was elected, there simply were not enough civil rights offenses—even in a nation of more than 300,000,000—to justify CRD’s continued existence, at least not on the same grounds that justified its creation. The D.C. Bar’s case against Jeff Clark is part of a widespread and well-funded effort by Democrats to make it illegal to be a Republican lawyer. Trump-era Department of Justice official Jeffrey Clark won a big victory against Democrat lawfare on Monday when the D.C. Court of Appeals ruled he did not have to comply with a subpoena issued by the D.C. Bar’s Office of Disciplinary Counsel. The appeals court denied the D.C. Bar’s attempt to enforce its subpoena against Clark because it “infringes on Mr. Clark’s Fifth Amendment right not to be compelled to be a witness against himself.” The court did not release a full opinion but promised to do so in the future. The victory for Clark serves as a shocking blow to Democrats, who have tried to disbar more than 100 attorneys who agreed to work on election integrity cases following the 2020 presidential election. They’ve expanded that lawfare to attorneys across the nation who defend conservatives, including half of Republican attorneys general.

A court in California has ruled in favor of a school district’s decision to restrict “false and divisive” critical race theory lessons to students. A report from the Advocates for Faith and Freedom explained when the Temecula Valley Unified School District decided to limit the fake lessons, it was sued by the Temecula Valley Educators Association and a group of political activists. The plaintiffs complained about a school district resolution that limited the CRT curriculum, which essentially teaches that America is all racist and to get rid of it, more racism is needed, and requires teachers to tell parents of their students’ gender transition ideas. “This is a win for commonsense, parents, and the safety of students,” […] The group said Feb. 12 it had entered its “legislation era” with a “whole new department” focused on changing laws, which “is the only way to end this war” for “the safety and wellbeing of every child.”

Independent journalist Andy Ngo was the first to report that Lopez was a trans activist who had a history of violent acts leading to the night of the murder. […] The previous violent acts were erased from his record in exchange for the deal allowing Lopez to plead guilty to first-degree manslaughter and unlawful use of a weapon. Schachtel: Clickbait merchants on X advance a baseless Tucker Carlson assassination attempt narrative

Social media is ablaze with popular pundits and commentators declaring that a Russian man attempted to assassinate the famed journalist Tucker Carlson while he was in Moscow to interview Russian president Vladimir Putin. The video in question was first posted to a just-launched YouTube channel translated from Russian as “counterterrorism,” which features Russian military forces interrogating claimed Ukrainian security and intelligence officials. Notably, all of the videos on the channel were uploaded within the last day. In the above video, a Moscow-based man named Vasiliev claims he accepted four thousand dollars from Ukrainian intelligence services to plant a bomb on Tucker Carlson’s vehicle while it was parked at The Four Seasons in Moscow. He adds that the plot was foiled because he was “detained in the preparation stage” by Russian police.

California Democrat Rep. Eric Swalwell, known for using his campaign war chest as a “personal piggy bank,” according to watchdog group American Accountability Foundation, spent campaign funds at the Super Bowl and paid $50,000 to NFL teams for “event tickets,” records show.

Swalwell, a San Francisco 49ers superfan, attended the big game in Las Vegas with his wife on Feb. 11, where his beloved team lost to the Kansas City Chiefs. “Not the outcome we wanted,” Swalwell said in a social media post from the game. […] Swalwell may have used campaign money to pay a babysitter while he and his wife attended the Super Bowl. The campaign reimbursed Swalwell $540 on Feb. 12, a day after the game, for child care. Swalwell, who is perhaps best known for his relationship with a Chinese spy named Fang Fang, is Congress’s most prolific user of campaign money for babysitter expenses.

This time, it was the Italian foreign minister, Antonio Tajani, who prodded the conversation awake again. “If we want to be peacekeepers in the world, we need a European military,” Tajani told Italy’s La Stampa newspaper in early January. “This is a fundamental precondition to be able to have an effective European foreign policy.” The idea is bound up in complications from the get-go. There is no harmony on even the terminology—would this be is a European force, or one only open for European Union members? Would it be an army, or a fully-fledged military with all the capabilities that come with it?
