The bomb, which the FBI has described as viable and capable of inflicting serious injury, along with a similar one found at the headquarters of the Republican National Committee, would appear to be the most overt act of violence perpetrated on Jan. 6. Responding to the video discovered by this reporter, Rep. Barry Loudermilk, the Georgia Republican who chairs the House Oversight Committee subcommittee now conducting a separate inquiry into Jan. 6, asked, “How could a bomb-sniffing dog miss a pipe bomb at the DNC? We’ll add this to our long list of unanswered questions and continue getting to the truth.” The number of anomalies surrounding this still unsolved case continues to grow. The culprit is none other than the original Biden Doctrine, as practiced over the last three years.

The assumption that a new Palestinian government headed by Mustafa (or any other figure selected by Abbas) would be different than the one headed by Shtayyeh is deadly mistaken. The cabinet shake-up is an insignificant cosmetic change.
If the Shtayyeh government was already working on a plan to revamp the Palestinian Authority (as the US administration is demanding), why is he being asked to be replaced with another Abbas loyalist? This just shows that Abbas’s real objective is to play the Americans for fools by creating the impression that the new prime minister will be different than his predecessor.
Abbas is well aware that it is safer for him to live under Israeli security control than under the rule of Hamas, whose members killed dozens of his supporters during the 2007 Hamas coup against the Palestinian Authority.
Besides, Abbas knows that assuming control of the Gaza Strip in the post-war era would mean taking upon himself the almost impossible task of rebuilding the Gaza Strip and preventing Hamas and other terror groups from reasserting their power.
So, to appease the US administration, Abbas is once again playing the musical chairs game of the prime ministers. Abbas wants the Americans to believe that he is serious about revitalizing the Palestinian Authority and rebuilding the Gaza Strip. Abbas is hoping that his latest musical chair ploy will incentivize the international community to continue pouring millions of dollars into the coffers of the PA leadership.

Democratic election interference has been so […] I am not involved with the election nor have I advised President Trump in 2024. But Trump’s advisors are doubtless seeing the same things I have seen. It would be politically suicidal for President Trump, if upon attaining office, to let this blatant election interference go unpunished. He would be derelict in his duty not to prosecute criminally the deep-state actors going after him. He would be derelict in his duty if he did not declare total war on the administrative state that declared total war on him—and he would be derelict in his duty if he did not pursue a Lincoln-like posture against courts that tried to thwart him and his agenda in lawless demonstrations of raw politics. And yes, this is of course a potentially dangerous course of action—but letting the Democrats spend years waging relentless lawfare against the opposing party and its leader in a manner without precedent would be even more dangerous to what is left of American democracy.

A ‘controversial’ theatre production about race, identity and sexuality in twenty-first century America will put on two nights for black audiences to watch the play ‘free from the white gaze’. Slave Play, starring Kit Harington, who is best known for his role as Jon Snow in the HBO series Game of Thrones, is coming to the Noël Coward theatre in London’s West End from 29 June to 21 September.
