The Washington state legislature has passed a bill to create a statewide snitching infrastructure for residents to report their neighbors for “wrongspeak.” Senate Bill 5427, which passed both the Senate and the House and now awaits Gov. Jay Inslee’s signature, allows private individuals, including non-citizens and illegal aliens, to reports “bias incidents” to the state attorney general’s office. Each reporting incident comes with a potential reward payout of $2,000. The bill’s supporters say its purpose is to protect “victims of hate crimes” before said crimes even occur, but at what cost? In essence, SB 5427 creates a tattletale hotline designed to intimidate people in Washington from speaking their minds, especially when such speech might be politically incorrect. From what we can tell, SB 5427 is unconstitutional for at least the following five reasons: . . .

The counselor and vice-principal of East Central High School in St. Leon summoned the student, Cameron Blasek, over the matter, and threatened him with insubordination if he did not remove the flag from his truck, local outlet The 765 reported. Principal Thomas Black reportedly also told him the school had the right to request him to take down the flag. “I kind of just told them straight up from the get-go, I said, ‘It’s not gonna happen,’” Blasek recalled, FOX News reported. “I read them their own handbook and I read them all the guidelines and I read them Indiana State laws and everything that shows them that I’m perfectly legal and fine to fly that flag.”

The system functioned so well that most Americans never even thought about it. And it commanded such astonishing respect that virtually everyone obeyed its commands in even the most partisan contests. But today, sophisticated regime mandarins in Big Law, government, and non-profit activist organizations seek to pervert our legal system by hacking it. […] If the legal system exists to deter violence by providing an alternative forum for dispute resolution, access denial lawfare upends that purpose. Until recently, America had never witnessed a systematic effort to deny millions of people access to the legal system. Now, it’s commonplace. FBI Director Christopher Wray told senators on Monday that there are “very dangerous threats” coming from the U.S.-Mexico border, including a smuggling network with “ISIS ties.” Sen. Marco Rubio, R-Fla., asked Wray during a Senate Intelligence Committee hearing Monday regarding threats at the southern border, Fox News reported. Wray responded, saying, “From an FBI perspective, we are seeing a wide array of very dangerous threats that emanate from the border. And that includes everything from drug trafficking — the FBI alone seized enough fentanyl in the last two years to kill 270 million people — that’s just on the fentanyl side.”

It should be added that if no one is punished, the corollary would mean that no one is rewarded. Pure logic dictates it is not possible to have an afterlife in which people were rewarded but not punished. It would mean either everyone is rewarded — which would mean there is no justice — or only some are rewarded. But if only some are rewarded, that means those who are deprived of reward are thereby punished.

An illegal immigrant from Venezuela has been charged with manslaughter for a wrong-way accident in Missouri that killed a 12-year-old boy. Edina Bracho, 33, was allegedly speeding the wrong way in Hazelwood in December — doing 75 mph in a 40-mph zone — when her minivan collided with a Jeep carrying Travis Wolfe and his parents, Timothy and Stephanie, the St. Louis Post Dispatch reported. The 12-year-old was rushed to St. Louis Children’s Hospital, where he was placed on life support for three months before succumbing to his injuries last Wednesday. […] The case gained the attention of US Sen. Josh Hawley (R-Mo.), who blamed Travis’ death on US immigration policies.

The brutal killing of a Georgia nursing student has further laid bare the depravity of the anti-borders movement, and the complicity of those who attempt to whitewash illegal immigration. The past decade has seen a transgender mania within society, wherein certain individuals insist that they should be of the opposite gender, try to dress accordingly, engage in chemical and surgical alterations, and demand that everyone else go along with the charade. Their apparent lack of self-awareness is such that they do not realize how grotesque they sometimes may appear to others when they pretend to be the opposite gender.Some transgenders and their enablers threaten suicide if everyone does not participate in their delusion. This tactic of emotional blackmail has been recommended by at least one psychologist in Canada (the particular psychologist has a large number of supposedly transgender children under his supervision—some as young as two). Such suicides are, in fact, rare. Suicides or attempts to commit suicide by trans individuals are frequently a function of underlying mental illness, not societal rejection of their gender identity. Several minor celebrities transitioned and were glorified in the media.
