Daily New Roundup

Ann Coulter political commentator and author said in a recent interview: It all comes down to Georgia. The future of western civilization comes down to this state.

Joe Allen contributor to The Federalist wrote: The mask is a religious symbol as much as a health precaution. Like saffron robes or a suffocating burka, it marks a true believer — or at least those willing to submit — and protects the wearer from divine wrath. To defy heaven’s mandate is to imperil yourself, your family, your community, and your social credit score. If you’re dumb enough to die with a naked face, the media will mock you as a science-denier for all eternity. When you consider the terrifying warnings pumped into our heads since springtime, often from trusted figures, can anyone be blamed for clinging to their masks and the new civil religion?

Ring: The Libertarian Path to Democrat One-Party Rule
One common argument ventured by Libertarians whenever they are accused of being spoilers is that the people who vote for them are often Democrats, or they are Republicans who weren’t going to support their party’s candidate this year anyway. So, if there had not been a Libertarian candidate, these people wouldn’t have voted at all. Given the success of the NeverTrump movement in convincing some Republicans to abandon Trump, the second half of this argument has some validity. But what about the rest of it? Can Libertarian candidates take votes away from Democrats? This question became especially acute in Georgia’s senate race, . . .

Smith: If the Elections are Stolen, the Biden Nightmare Begins
These Democrat hacks, malignant leftists, BLM grifters, Antifa spoiled brats, D.C. lifers, traitorous RINOs, Big Tech plutocrats, and MSM propagandists, all suffering a variety of conceits, are convinced they’re pulling off the biggest heist in their wretched existences. Maybe a new Leni Riefenstahl will be found in Biden’s press pool to immortalize the feat? But for Biden’s pirates, the worst elections fraud in American history may prove pyrrhic, though in the process of the thieves being waylaid, it could be ruinous to the republic. Elections fraud alone could certainly poison America’s well, perhaps forever.
Nemesis always chases hubris, but that’s the worry: Not that frail, corrupt Joe Biden and his legions dash themselves on the rocks thanks to bloated egos, greed, cynicism, and gross miscalculation, but in doing so take us with them. Should Biden’s handlers take hold of the levers of power in the executive branch, all bets are off. These assorted swamp creatures know they’ll have 48 months to cement their grip on the federal government and begin the Great Reset. They’ll rule by . . .

Trejo: Psychiatrist Warms That Americans are in a State of ‘Delusional Psychosis’ Due to COVID-19 Mass Hysteria
Americans have been broken by fear. A California psychiatrist is blowing the whistle about the state of “delusional psychosis” that millions of Americans have succumbed to after months and months of successful media-related propaganda about the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr. Mark McDonald says that America will be “lost” because of how weak-minded, manipulable, cowardly Americans are turning on each other to enforce “nonsensical” restrictions supposedly meant to stop the virus. “We don’t need a police force. We don’t need a secret Stasi to go after the neighbor that isn’t wearing his mask on a park bench. We have families who are willing to do that,” Dr. Mark McDonald stated during a summit on the virus last month. “We have office workers [who] will come by and mace you if you are not wearing a mask, and no one will come to your rescue. In fact, they’ll probably applaud it,” he added. […] “Fear has become a new virtue. Never before in the history of this country have we told people that fear is good,” or to “settle into” those fears and allow them “to control and constrain your life,” McDonald added.

The Rich Kids Who Want to Tear Down Capitalism
Lately, Sam Jacobs has been having a lot of conversations with his family’s lawyers. He’s trying to gain access to more of his $30 million trust fund. At 25, he’s hit the age when many heirs can blow their money on harebrained businesses or a stable of sports cars. He doesn’t want to do that, but by wealth management standards, his plan is just as bad. He wants to give it all away. “I want to build a world where someone like me, a young person who controls tens of millions of dollars, is impossible,” he said. A socialist since college, Mr. Jacobs sees his family’s “extreme, plutocratic wealth” as both a moral and economic failure. He wants to put his inheritance toward ending capitalism, and by that he means using his money to undo systems that accumulate money for those at the top, and that have played a large role in widening economic and racial inequality. […] “I was always taught that this is just the way the world is, that my family has wealth while others don’t, and that because of that, I need to give some of it away, but not necessarily question why it was there,” said Rachel Gelman, a 30-year-old in Oakland, Calif., who describes her politics as “anticapitalist, anti-imperialist and abolitionist.” Her family always gave generously to liberal causes and civil society groups. Ms. Gelman supports groups devoted to ending inequality, including the Movement for Black Lives, the National Day Laborer Organizing Network and Critical Resistance, a leading prison abolition group.
