During an interview with Dr. Gina Loudon on Real America’s Voice, Epshteyn, a former Trump 2020 strategic advisor, predicted that the matter will land in the nation’s high court. Epshteyn said that “the interplay of the 10th Amendment” to the U.S. Constitution, the 12th Amendment and Article II, “would suggest that states do have a right to decertify. And from then, it’s an open question what happens next.”

You probably heard it reported a few weeks ago that Donald Trump has been telling confidants that he expects to be reinstated as president in August. I have no way of knowing if that story is accurate, nor does New York Times correspondent Maggie Haberman, who reported it, but we do know that Mike Lindell, the CEO of MyPillow, has boasted that he has evidence of election fraud that will force the Supreme Court to unanimously overturn the Nov. 3 election and put Trump back in power within six weeks. No doubt that is far-fetched, but it raises the fascinating theoretical question of what would happen if a presidential election were indeed proven to be stolen. What would be the recourse? Or would the nation just have to accept its illegitimate ruler the way they do in corrupt Third World countries? Mind you, this is hypothetical only, so Facebook and Twitter and any other Big Tech tyrants have no reason to censor or suppress this line of inquiry. It is what educators used to encourage in their students — critical thinking, looking at an issue from all sides and without preconditions in order to form a judgment. […] So, with your critical-thinking hat on, imagine how you would address the problem — hypothetical only — of what to do if it became obvious that the sitting president were not duly elected. Let’s say that evidence surfaced showing that China tampered with the election in order to oust Trump. What does the Supreme Court do?

Amongst the controversial picks to the newly-mooted 26-person body, dubbed the “One Health High Level Expert Panel,” is EcoHealth Alliance’s Senior Policy Advisor and Senior Scientist Catherine Machalaba. Run by the discredited Peter Daszak – who worked to quash the lab theory origin of COVID-19 and thusly aid the Chinese Communist Party – EcoHealth Alliance funneled hundreds of thousands of dollars from Anthony Fauci’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease (NIAID) to conduct collaborative research with the military-linked Wuhan Institute of Virology, also known as the “Wuhan lab.”

Lancaster: FDA Advisor Who Resigned Sounds Off On Agency’s Work In Last 6 Months
In early June, the FDA approved Aduhelm, a drug manufactured by Biogen for the treatment of Alzheimer’s. The FDA approved it under their Accelerated Approval pathway for its “anticipated clinical benefit” despite intense debate among researchers over whether or not it could actually benefit Alzheimer’s patients. Three members of the FDA’s independent advisory committee, which recommended that the FDA not approve the drug, resigned after the FDA ignored their advice. […] Narula said that it’s “pretty rare” for the FDA to approve a drug without the recommendation of its committee. She said that Kesselheim resigned because he felt that the FDA was not following the science and “significant concern” over side effects. One-third of patients had brain hemorrhages or bleeding, Narula added.

The film also analyzes how free speech is being restrained when those who question the prevailing narrative on the contentious issue are pushed out of the public conversation. Among those interviewed, one mother recounted how medical professionals frightened her into believing that her daughter would commit suicide if she was not placed on puberty blockers.

In January 2021, the general counsel of Coca-Cola sent a letter to the law firms that represent it. The letter demanded, among other things, that these firms “commit that at least 30% of each of billed associate and partner time will be from diverse attorneys, and of such amounts at least half will be from Black attorneys.” In response to this outrageous policy, the American Civil Rights Project (of which I am a board member) has sent a letter to the company on behalf of concerned Coca-Cola shareholders. The letter demands that the Coke either (1) publicly retract the discriminatory outside-counsel policies it announced in January or (2) provide access to the corporate records related to the decision of Coca-Cola’s officers and directors to adopt and retain those illegal policies.

Anderson: Dark Money Groups Fund Liberal Push To Pass Infrastructure Without Republicans
A trove of dark money is behind a liberal campaign to push President Joe Biden to abandon negotiations with Republicans and pass a sweeping infrastructure package filled with partisan priorities. Two liberal advocacy groups that spearheaded a June letter calling on Biden to sidestep Republicans and secure a “big, bold infrastructure bill” are backed heavily by dark money. One of the letter’s organizers, Invest in America Action, is part of an umbrella organization sponsored by the Hopewell Fund, a dark money behemoth that raked in $84.2 million in anonymous contributions for left-wing causes in 2019.
Real Recovery Now!—a coalition of progressive organizations designed to urge Biden to invest big in alternative energy—also organized the letter and has ties to dark money. Five of the campaign’s members have combined to receive $8.7 million from funds managed by Arabella Advisors, a Washington, D.C.-based consulting firm at the center of a massive dark money network.

But seemingly overnight, stories about India’s COVID surge disappeared from Western media. Why? I think it was because India was too good of a case study in how the virus can be defeated without experimental gene therapy vaccines. All it takes is a cheap, safe, widely used drug called Ivermectin. In the late 1960s, a Japanese microbiologist, Satoshi Ōmura, took a soil sample from a golf course near Tokyo, and the rest is, as they say, history. From this soil sample . . . […] In 2015, Ōmura and his partner William Campbell were awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine for their discovery of Ivermectin . . . Early in the pandemic, Wagstaff and a team of researchers at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia conducted cell culture experiments to see if Ivermectin might be a useful therapy in the war on COVID. Their findings blew away all expectations. Ivermectin halted the replication of the virus and completely eradicated it from the cell culture in under 48 hours. […] Why would this information be suppressed by our media outlets? Well, under the FDA’s rules, an emergency use authorization (EUA) like the ones given for the three main experimental gene therapy vaccines can only remain in force so long as there is not a superior alternative therapy available. When you consider that the absolute risk reduction from taking Ivermectin as a COVID prophylaxis is far superior to that of the products from Pfizer, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson, the justification for administering these experimental treatments disappears.

Meanwhile, workers earning below $60,000 and workers earning below $27,000 saw 4.5% and 23.6% decreases, respectively. Everyone knows the political left disdains men — at least, white heterosexual men who aren’t confused about their sex. But it also has a serious misogyny problem. For all the trumpeting of women’s rights, leftist policies frequently demean, disempower, or even endanger women. Women are expected to shoulder burdens not imposed on men, all to promote what’s touted as a greater public good. Besides, is there anything more dismissive and denigrating of women’s value and humanity than referring to them as “menstruators,” “birthing units,” or “uterus owners”? 1. Transgender Policies Erase Women – Much of the left’s misogyny arises from the sudden “transgender” contagion. Trans-accommodating policies have real victims, in addition to the ultimate victimization of the gender-dysphoric. Usually if not always, those other victims are women. When biological males compete on women’s and girls’ sports teams – as happens in Connecticut high school track competitions – female athletes find themselves “on the sidelines instead of the podium.” If these girls are deprived of not only the thrill of victory but also college scholarships, the trans lobby argues, it’s a price they should be willing to pay for the male athletes’ idea of justice.

It’s Father’s Day weekend. Here in Idaho, the women just finished an annual women’s-only bike ride that attracts participants from around the world. At one point, I contacted them on social media to ask if there was a particular reason that this event always falls on Father’s Day weekend. That seems an appropriate opportunity to celebrate fathers and not commit them to observe a female-only charitable event. There are fifty-two weekends in the year, so selecting this one feels intentional. The response I received was a matter of mere coincidence and availability — but my inclination is that this is just an extension of the pervasive culture that seeks to stifle a celebration of manhood. […] Though it’s often dismissed as a conservative talking point, there is a negative correlation between fathers and near every malady of modern society. […] One of the challenges of raising boys in the current environment is that popular culture holds differing views of what it means to be a good man or father. It’s been well covered elsewhere, but the fatherly representation in modern television and movies is often that of the bumbling idiot dad and the strong leading mother figure. This caricature of men is reinforced in the children’s programming, where the protagonist of every major Disney film of late is a strong female heroine who saves the world, despite the failing efforts of a flawed supporting male cast.

Fathers knew best: they were wise, authoritative, caring, loving, and essential. But in today’s popular imagination, all that is past tense. Why have fathers fallen so far out of favor? Will they ever make a comeback or is the era of the two-parent family, safe, stable neighborhoods, and two cars in every garage, a true has been? Should we even bother celebrating fathers at all anymore in our postmodern, hip, urban, feminized, totally woke culture? Many say we can just do without them. The numbers do not look all that good; indeed, they are appallingly bad and getting worse. The share of families headed by single parents in America now stands at 75 percent among African American families, 60 percent among Hispanic families, 38 percent among white families and 20 percent among Asian families. Fathers have exited. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, more than one-in-four children—nearly 20 million—live without a father in the home. […] What are we to do? America was built by fathers, faith, and freedom. Without fathers there can be no normed families, lasting marriages, extended family relations, grounded communities, robust civic life . . . That is why the Left in its most progressive and Marxist elements seeks to eradicate fatherhood from existence.
