Rep. Byron Donalds (R-FL) criticized the Republican, reach across the aisle, bipartisan “infrastructure” bill: “I think the bigger thing to be shocked by is what’s happened in the Senate. Senate Republicans who’ve agreed to this deal think that they’re only going to get a bipartisan deal. And it’s simply not true either. Democrats are going to get what they want in the House.”

Sean Moran & Matthew Boyle contributors to Breitbart expose what is in the bipartisan infrastructure” bill: Sources familiar with the drafting of the text of this bill told Breitbart News it was being written in secret for months outside the normal legislative process, which is supposed to happen in relevant committees of jurisdiction. These sources made the unauthorized leak of the draft text to Breitbart News out of concern that the murky and secretive process behind this bill may have led to widespread corruption throughout its nearly three thousand pages.

Mike Gwin White House spokesman: “We’re going to use the August recess to build on (support for the president’s plan) by launching a massive push in every corner of the country, to make the case directly to all Americans on why this agenda is going to benefit them and their families through lower costs for everyday expenses, tax cuts, and greater economic opportunity.”

Rajan Laad contributor to American Thinker exposes the political establishment kabuki: The Republicans have devised a smart strategy to placate both the “club” and their voter base. They put on a performance on TV or during hearings that makes them appear to be passionate advocates for their voters. For the voting public, watching a clip of their representative or senator excoriating a “club” member is conflated with action being taken. Perhaps these Republicans have a tacit understanding with the “club.” They will put on a show for their voters but do exactly what the “club” desires, for which they will be handsomely rewarded. The trick is to offer the voter an illusion that they are different.

Hoft: HUGE: Dr. Shiva Discovers Existence of the Secretive Long Fuse Report — Exposes Twitter-Government Collusion — As Momentous Discovery as Pentagon Papers
Previously we reported on Dr. Shiva Ayyarurai was able to uncover Twitter’s “partner support portal.” Dr. Shiva discovered that Twitter built a special portal offered to certain governmental entities so that government officials can flag and delete content they dislike for any reason, as part of what they call their “Twitter Partner Status.” Dr. Shiva Ayyadurai, the man who invented email, ran for US Senate in Massachusetts as a Republican and made allegations of voter fraud on Twitter. These tweets were then deleted by the far-left tech giant. Later it was discovered that they were deleted at the direction of government employees of the Massachusetts Secretary of State’s office. […] In late July Dr. Shiva released another explosive report. Dr. Shivaon revealed how election officials and government actors work together to coordinate with social media platforms to silence speech in America. Dr. Shiva described this discovery in his latest amended legal complaint filed on July 22. 1. . . . 2. . . .

Hoft: Elections Expert Seth Keshel Releases National Fraud Numbers: Finds 8.1 Million Excess Votes in US Election, Affirms Trump Won PA, MI, WI, NV, AZ, GA and MN
Retired Army intelligence captain, elections data expert, and former baseball analyst Seth Keshel released his final national fraud numbers over the weekend. Seth Keshel examined the final vote counts in all 50 states compared to the estimated numbers based on changing state dynamics and trends to come up with his estimated voter fraud in each state. He published his results on his popular Telegram page. Keshel confirms President Trump won: PA, MI, WI, NV, AZ, GA and MN. And Keshel also believes cyber-flipping may have affected the results in NM, VA, NJ, and NH. According to Keshel’s investigation there were conservatively 8,144,000 excess Joe Biden votes recorded in the 2020 election.

Patterson: Show Me The Voter Suppression
In the recent Georgia debacle, the state’s CEOs successfully pushed MLB to punish the legislature by moving the All-Star game from Atlanta to Denver, after allegedly vote-suppressing legislation was passed. Senator Tim Scott asked six of the sanctimonious bullies what provisions they found offensive and why. None had a single answer. Likewise, President Biden’s speech on “Republican anti-voting laws“ featured plenty of hyperbole. The reforms are “odious” “vicious“, “unconscionable“ and “21st-century Jim Crow“. But he failed to provide any examples for his wild accusations of anti-voting effect other than claiming they would legalize the intimidation of voters and the tossing of legal ballots. In fairness, Biden should have his social media privileges suspended for spreading “misinformation”. Those are provable lies. The racist voter suppression effort we keep hearing about from the left-wing echo chamber has occurred during a remarkable surge in voting nationally. According to the Census Buteau, nationwide turnout in 2020 was over 68%, the highest in 28 years, with minority voters making a particularly strong showing.

Berrien: WATCH: Elder Attacks Newsom: ‘Slammed Down The Hopes And Dreams Of Californians’
On Sunday, in a stirring campaign speech, conservative radio talk show host Larry Elder, who is currently the leading GOP candidate to replace California Democratic governor Gavin Newsom if he is successfully recalled, ripped Newsom, saying he “slammed down the hopes and dreams of Californians.”
Speaking at Will Rogers State Beach in Pacific Palisades, Elder stated, “Where do I start about the job this man has done, Gavin Newsom, in the last two years?” “Let’s start with COVID,” . . .

Bedford: Masks And CRT Are Just The Start: It’s Time To Break The Public Schools (And Here’s How)
Defund the schools for real. Take the amount of money that every public school is spending, per pupil, and put it under the direct control of parents. […] As one satirical headline in The Babylon Bee put it last week, “To Defeat Delta Variant, Experts Recommend Doing All The Things That Didn’t Work The First Time.” […] Our schools — from preschool all the way to graduate programs — have gone seriously astray in a way that no single law can ever hope to fix. Masks, “critical race theory,” or whatever you want to call it, are basically just visible sores on our schools. They’re painful symptoms of a much deeper sickness. The truth is, it doesn’t matter if your children are attending a Christian school, a non-denominational one, or a public school. All of them are attending a religious school, it’s just a matter of what religion is being taught — and our public schools are teaching an evil one.

Bursch: OPINION: Supreme Court’s Donor Privacy Ruling Affirms Freedoms On Which Our Republic Was Founded
In our increasingly polarized cultural climate, the Supreme Court’s recent decision in Thomas More Law Center v. Bonta and Americans for Prosperity Foundation v. Bonta was a welcome relief. Having represented Thomas More Law Center in the case, I continue to be struck by the significance of the decision since the court issued it on July 1. By invalidating California’s blanket demand for confidential, charitable-donor information, the high court has protected the donor privacy and free association rights of all Americans. And while some commentators have framed the 6-3 decision as a partisan one, the briefs filed with the court supporting this decision—including briefs from the American Civil Liberties Union, the NAACP, the Human Rights Campaign, and PETA—tell a very different story.

Surber: Global cooling is the problem
Willie Wei-Hock Soon is a Malaysian astrophysicist and aerospace engineer employed as a part-time externally funded researcher at the Solar and Stellar Physics Division of the Harvard–Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics. He has taken a look at that big yellow thing in the sky, and he does not like what he sees.
The light from the sun is dimmer today than it was 40 years ago. It is a cyclical thing. But that does not diminish the threat to the Earth. Strange Sounds reported that Soon said, “what we predict is that the next 20-30 years will be cold. It will be cold, so it will be a very interesting thing for the IPCC to confront.”
The IPCC is the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, a UN bureaucracy that promotes the fully discredited Global Warming hoax. […] We are not doomed by the weather. But we are doomed by the socialists and fascist who have politicized weather in an effort to waste trillions of dollars on unnecessary technology designed to avoid producing carbon dioxide, which along with water is one of the two most essential ingredients to life on this planet. The third thing needed (and indeed, the most important) is the sun. You know, that big yellow thing in the sky that the IPCC ignores.

Everett: Schumer weaponizes August recess to advance Biden agenda
So while the Senate is scheduled to leave town later this week, Schumer is set to blow through the previously scheduled start to recess, and beyond. He’s betting it won’t take long for senators to get so tired, and miss enough events back home, to dramatically speed up the Senate’s endgame on the infrastructure bill it’s currently considering — not to mention a budget set to follow it that would end with an all-night vote-a-rama. In a 50-50 Senate where power is dispersed across both parties and the ideological spectrum, the simple act of setting the schedule is one of Schumer’s most valuable tools — and senators are keeping a close eye on how much of their five-week recess is about to be sacrificed to the infrastructure gods.

Tietz: Pro-White House Groups To Spend $100 Million During August Recess To Promote Biden’s Agenda
In the next six weeks, progressive organizations plan to host over 1,000 events and actions to hound congressional districts with televised and digital ads to stress the agenda’s popularity with the public and compel congressional members to vote accordingly, the AP reported. The Senate voted to advance the bipartisan infrastructure bill on Friday and introduced the bill during a late Sunday session. The two proposals, a $1.2 trillion bipartisan package focusing on traditional infrastructure, such as roads, bridges and transportation along with the proposed $3.5 trillion Democratic budget reconciliation bill that puts an emphasis on “human infrastructure” areas like child care are the focus of the campaign, the AP reported.

Berry: Black Leader: Left ‘Weaponizing’ Black Youth to ‘Undermine America’
The leader of a new black movement that celebrates the nuclear family, education, faith, and free enterprise asserts the left is “weaponizing” black children by keeping them in failing schools and grooming them in how to “undermine America.” TakeCharge President Kendall Qualls said in an article posted Wednesday on the movement’s website that the left’s opposition to school choice is part of a “strategy to ‘successfully weaponize’ these young people.” […] “A quality education is the gateway to prosperity,” and that “prosperity” is a dream “that can be realized by anyone regardless of race or social standing,” are among TakeCharge’s “core principles.”

Abelson: The Gestapo is Back in Berlin: 600 Arrests, 1 Dead, Women and Children Beaten in the Street at Berlin Anti-Lockdown Protest
Over 600 protestors were arrested in Berlin on Sunday, one man died of a heart attack after being interrogated by police. The far-left Berlin government had banned the anti-lockdown protests in Berlin, despite permitting 80,000 largely unmasked people at a gay pride march the week before. Tens of thousands of freedom-loving citizens showed up on Sunday all the same to exercise their constitutional right to protest. But the 2,250 riot police officers apparently had orders to crack down on people seeking freedom from Covid lockdowns. […] A video showed police apparently punching a sitting young boy of about 10 in the face, after dragging his mother away: . . .

Arama: ‘Woke’ US Women’s Soccer Is Broken Badly as Another Stunning Loss Seals Their Fate
Generally going into the Olympics, Americans are usually pretty enthused to root on the American athletes. But this year, not only was enthusiasm lacking with the absence of an audience for the events, Americans felt split in their support for U.S. athletes who were representing us but weren’t being supportive of the country. The viewing audience for the Olympics has cratered, in part, because of those politics. The Olympics previously forbid political displays. Indeed, that was supposed to be the whole idea behind the Olympics, to meet on the field of sport in fair competition, without politics. Now they’re allowing it and it’s coming back to bite them. Perhaps the team or athlete that has gotten the most negative reaction from Americans has been U.S. women’s soccer. They are ranked number one in the world so they’re naturally expected to win, . . .

The Right Scoop: Transgender weightlifter OUT of Olympics in first ten minutes!
New Zealand’s Laurel Hubbard made history on Monday by becoming the first openly transgender athlete to compete at an Olympic Games, but she suffered disappointment with an early exit from the women’s +87 kg final after three no lifts in the snatch. […] He he he he he….I’m so glad he’s out of the competition and no women lost to this gender fraud. Serves him right. But I still blame the Olympics for allowing him to unfairly compete against women in the first place, which is why I haven’t watched a single moment of the Olympics. And won’t.
