The leadership of the FBI have been very clear in saying, the number one threat in the United States is the rise of “Domestic Extremists.” This, they say, is the greatest threat to what they perceive as domestic peace and tranquility. Take them at their word, what does that say about their perspective? Consider… on June 13th of this year, an internal report from the Office of Inspector General painstakingly outlined how the FBI willfully, and with specific intent, facilitated, enabled and supported the ongoing rape, molestation and sexual predication of a known serial rapist, Larry Nassar. The FBI, and specifically FBI Director Christopher Wray, did not immediately rush to the microphones to give a press conference about the devastating findings. The U.S. media were virtually silent to the report. The FBI released a short statement, took no further action and the issue essentially disappeared. Three months later, the rape victims of the FBI activity then testified to congress. Last week the FBI apologized, and some moderate outrage was highlighted by media. “Anti-law enforcement violent extremists – may pose the “greatest threat” domestically this year and likely into 2022″, the narrative continues. Perhaps I am wrong, but the only time I can recall in modern U.S. history that aggressive and illegal federal activity was halted mid-effort, was the example of the Clive Bundy ranch in 2014. Armed citizens . . . […] The FBI are a U.S. version of the Russian “State Police”; and the FBI are deployed -almost exclusively- to attack domestic enemies of those who control government; while they protect the interests of the U.S. Fourth Branch of Government. That is the clear and accurate domestic prism to contextualize their perceived mission: “domestic violent extremists pose the greatest threat” to their objective. Put another way, “We The People”, who fight against government abuse and usurpation, are the FBI’s actual and literal enemy.

Last week, the Biden administration announced that the first group of roughly 36,000 Afghans brought to the U.S. at rapid speed will be resettled across 46 states — including Texas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania. The only areas not receiving Afghans are Hawaii, South Dakota, West Virginia, Wyoming, and Washington, DC. Sullivan: Is the Biden Administration trying Murder Its Opponents?
Imagine a doctor standing at a patient’s bedside. The patient is deathly ill, and will likely die without the aid of that life-support device resting by his bed. “Thank God for these devices, and thank God we don’t have any supply issues in getting large quantities of them,” the doctor thinks to himself. He leans over to administer the life-saving treatment, but then pauses. “Wait a minute… is this Joe Smith? The same Joe Smith who called me a dirtbag at the country club last month and argued with me about mask mandates in our kids’ school?” Now, the question. If the doctor wheels the life-saving device out of the room while citing the fact that someone else might need the device in some other hospital at some unknown time in the future, would that be murder? If the answer to that question is yes, then it is nowhere near approaching hyperbole to suggest that the Biden administration is murdering its opponents by rationing life-saving monoclonal antibody treatments and specifically withholding them from red states due to an apparent grudge. In fact, the only problem with that assertion is that it implies that Biden is murdering only his opponents. […] This is also a feature of Marxism — collective, rather than individual, political punishment by the State for noncompliance. For the Biden administration, there is a dark political victory being sought, which will come at the cost of all these Floridians’ lives. Killing Floridians by denying them readily available life-saving treatments will cause death tolls to rise in Florida, in spite of cases, hospitalizations, and deaths having been on the wane for weeks.

On September 10, the local Detroit TV station WXYZ used its Facebook page to ask families for stories about unvaccinated loved ones lost to COVID “for a story we’re working on.” Pretty clearly, the expectation was that they could present tragic stories of those foolish people who ignored the wisdom of Joe Biden (and the medical, media, and corporate establishments) and suffered the tragic consequences. But that’s not what they got — and they got a LOT, 218,000 comments as this is being written. The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors voted unanimously on Friday evening to settle with the Arizona Senate, agreeing to the appointment by the court of a Special Master to handle questions involving the County’s routers as part of the audit of the 2020 general election. “Under threat of losing hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue sharing, today Maricopa County settled with the State Senate, a victory for election integrity and the Arizona taxpayer,” said Senate President Karen Fann. “The agreement set up a Special Master paid for by the County, who will get the answers to questions the Senate has concerning the routers and splunk logs used in the 2020 Election. Former Congressman John Shadegg will serve as the Special Master working with the computer technology experts.”

President Biden’s farm loan forgiveness program is outrageously unconstitutional. It is a law that would selectively pay off the loans of farmers based on race. A non-white farmer would see his entire loan paid off. His neighbor, who is white, would not qualify for the program. It was predictably challenged in court with predictable results. Every court to reach the question has issued a preliminary injunction, thus barely any money got out the door before it got halted. You may have thought it was over, but it’s not.

The Senate parliamentarian has ruled against a plan from Democratic lawmakers that would include 8 millions green cards going to illegal immigrants as part of their $3.5 trillion spending bill. The parliamentarian, Elizabeth MacDonough, made her ruling Sunday, effectively ending the Democrats’ plan to include immigration reform in what has been billed as a spending package. “The policy changes of this proposal far outweigh the budgetary impact scored to it and it is not appropriate for inclusion in reconciliation,” she wrote in the ruling, making reference to the budget process Democrats are attempting to use with the legislation so as to avoid the Senate filibuster.

With a COVID-19 vaccine for young children expected to become available in the coming months, some school officials are turning their attention to possible state or federal vaccine mandates for students. Pfizer announced it planned to apply for approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for a COVID-19 vaccine for children aged between five and 11 years old in early October. The FDA has said children in clinical trials testing vaccines should be monitored for at least two months for side effects, suggesting that the agency is considering a quicker path to authorize the shot for emergency use than full approval. […] Teachers’ unions have voiced support of the vaccine and mask rules, but some schools have failed to enforce them and have been punished by the state with nonrecognition.

Rosiak: Prosecutor Hid Conflict Of Interest While Thwarting School Board Recall, Parents Allege
A far-left prosecutor thwarted parents’ efforts to recall a school board member without disclosing major conflicts of interest, a court filing charges. Parents in Fairfax County, Virginia collected 5,100 signatures, meeting the threshold for hauling school board member Elaine Tholen into court for alleged neglect of duty, in part for keeping schools closed for a year. Under Virginia rules, it then falls to a prosecutor to argue before a judge that the elected official should be removed. Steve Descano, Fairfax County’s elected prosecutor, recused himself citing conflicts of interest, including that he himself is facing a recall. However, unlike a true recusal, he selected his own replacement: Jim Hingeley, . . . […] Both men attained office with help from billionaire George Soros and have coordinated to use prosecutors’ offices to bring far-left policies to Virginia. […] Hingely misled parents into thinking he would try their case, it said. […] Next month, a similar situation will play out in Loudoun County, which borders Fairfax. Beth Barts, who is facing recall in part for her involvement in a secret Facebook group whose members threatened to “hack” parents and which a sheriff’s investigation found targeted those who wanted schools open, has prosecution fall to commonwealth attorney Buta Biberaj — herself a member of that Facebook group. Biberaj narrowly unseated a Republican incumbent in 2019 after Soros spent an unprecedented $845,000 on her behalf. The incumbent raised $113,000.
