The former president wrote that the Atlanta Braves — another MLB team — and the Florida State Seminoles — a college university mascot — have not changed their monikers, yet Cleveland decided to do so over concerns of sensitivity regarding Native Americans.

FBI Raids Beverly Hills Area Safe Deposit Boxes Fishing for Illegal Contraband, Then Confiscate all Contents Saying Owners Need To Prove Contents are Legal Property
This story is almost unbelievable, but unfortunately it is very real. The FBI suspected a safe deposit box company named U.S. Private Vaults was participating in money laundering. The feds gained a search warrant with very specific limitations (which they abruptly violated), to look at the legal contents of some boxes. However, the judge said no content could be removed unless the FBI specifically could prove the content was illegal. The feds ignored the search warrant parameters and just started busting open the boxes, confiscating $86 million in cash, jewelry, rare coins and precious metals. When the owners went to court the FBI said the contents smelled like marijuana – ergo the owners had to prove how they came into legal possession of the items. The issues are not resolved, but at least a few judges are rightly looking at this as a clear violation of the 4th amendment…..

In 2008, Bauer worked with the Barack Obama campaign and the DNC not so much to “create a narrative” regarding Obama as to sustain the narrative Obama had already created. Beginning with his keynote speech at the 2004 Democratic Convention, Obama repeatedly told the story of his parents’ “improbable love.” Obama biographer David Remnick called the use of this multicultural love story Obama’s “signature appeal.” To help preserve the integrity of that appeal, Bauer fended off requests to see Obama’s long form birth certificate. The tenacity of his and Obama’s resistance to sharing that document created the impression they had something to hide. Democrat Philip Berg certainly thought so. A former Pennsylvania deputy attorney general and a lifetime member of the NAACP, Berg initiated the first serious suit to see the certificate in August 2008.

Those 10 seats are the difference between the current Democrat majority led by Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and a Republican majority able to block Joe Biden’s radical left-wing agenda. Republicans last decade were disorganized and unprepared for Democrats’ sue-to-blue campaign. That’s why Republicans finally took action and in 2017 formed NRRT to be the GOP’s hub for coordinating a national redistricting strategy.

Following a nine-day ordeal in which she was refused treatment for COVID-19 and pneumonia, and effectively separated from her family, Janet Aldrich has been released from hospital. For nine days, 78-year-old Aldrich was denied the care she requested for her life-threatening health conditions, even being forcibly placed into isolation after revealing to medics that she hadn’t (and wouldn’t) receive an experimental COVID-19 shot. Aldrich was admitted to Lahey Hospital and Medical Center in Burlington, Massachusetts, on September 5 after developing pneumonia in both of her lungs. Upon arrival at the hospital, Aldrich clarified her wishes not to be put onto a ventilator, but after testing positive for COVID-19, doctors insisted she use mechanical ventilation, telling her she could be dead within 24 hours if not. […] Aldrich’s sister, Patricia Lefebvre, told conservative commentator and radio host Jeff Kuhner that after Aldrich revealed she would not take a COVID shot, “the entire staff has been extremely hostile to us, they will not listen to us, and they will not take our requests to put her on a medication regime.” […] After continuing to refuse the hospital’s recommendation of going on a ventilator, subsequently being placed into isolation where she was unable to see her family or be monitored by anyone other than hospital staff, Aldrich was eventually discharged from Lahey on September 14 with the understanding that she would soon die; however, her health is now improving. Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez donned an elegant gown with the slogan “Tax the Rich” painted on the back at the Met Gala in New York, where guests selected by Vogue’s Anna Wintour ponied up around $35,000 a pop for tickets. The scene was reminiscent of Tom Wolfe’s “radical chic” — though rather than being guests of the well-heeled in Park Avenue duplexes, today’s revolutionaries own luxury condos and drive around in government-subsidized electric cars that most Americans could never afford. My first question, though, is: Who doesn’t want to “tax the rich”? Judging from my social-media feed, there seems to be a growing segment of people under the impression that the wealthy pay little or nothing in taxes. When you ask Americans if they support a wealth tax, a majority support the idea. One recent poll found that 80% of voters were annoyed that corporations and the wealthy don’t pay their “fair share.” Polls rarely ask these people what a “fair share” looks like.

On the other hand, as will be discussed shortly, diversity can be a weakness and even danger, especially the way it is being promulgated and enforced today. And the categorizing hides the fact that there is no majority ethnocultural group in America. There are so many groups that each one is a minority. Much mischief has resulted from the categorizing.
