[…]  “It’s a video of moms and dads speaking at school board meetings,” Jordan said, questioning why Nadler and the Democrats wouldn’t allow it in. Nadler tried to shut it out saying it violated the protocol of giving 48 hours’ notice. Jordan made the point that this wasn’t a rule.

Margolis: Merrick Garland Debunks Democrat ‘Insurrection’ Claims About Capitol Riot

Louie Gohmert (R-Texas) if any of the individuals who have been arrested for participating in the riot have been charged with “insurrection,” Garland told him “I don’t believe so.” “Has any defendant involved in the January 6th events been charged with insurrection?” Gohmert asked.
“I don’t believe so,” Garland responded. “Well, that is the word most used by Democrats here on Capitol Hill about January 6th, but no one has been charged with it that we could find, either,” Gohmert pointed out.

Sundance: Representative Thomas Massie Questions AG Merrick Garland About FBI Agents and Informants Participating and Agitating in January 6, DC Protest
Within the questioning, Massie presented Garland with a picture of Ray Epps, a former leader with the Arizona chapter of Oath Keepers attempting to agitate the crowd. Massie also played a video [also below], highlighting how Ray Epps was one of the key people trying to stir up trouble and create an agitated mob response. Ray Epps is an interesting possibility, because he was never arrested or charged by the FBI. As pointed out by Sean Davis on Twitter, “At one point, the FBI had his picture up on its page of people it wanted to question (Photograph 16). Not only was he not arrested, his picture was quietly removed from the FBI “Capitol Violence” page.”

Perhaps it was no coincidence that this past Sunday our pastor delivered a sermon on the Biblical Ten Commandments (Exodus; 20 1-17) focusing on number 6; “Do not Murder.”  This triggered a troubling thought regarding the deliberate denial of permission for physicians to prescribe inexpensive therapeutics like HCQ and ivermectin as off-label treatments for COVID.  These drugs have been widely and safely used in places like India both as a prophylactic and an early treatment protocol for COVID.  India achieved far fewer hospitalizations and deaths than in countries banning their use.  Do the deaths resulting from this questionable ban possibly fit the definition of murder? Does any culpability apply to the esteemed Dr. Fauci or other senior leaders of the medical establishment responsible for imposing the restrictive rules that have resulted in many thousands of potentially avoidable deaths? Does any guilt apply to the media or reputable medical journals that knowingly spread false information about the above therapeutics so they would not be allowed?   What about the contribution of big pharma CEOs who may have knowingly withheld information about harmful vax side effects like myocarditis, mini-strokes, deaths, and more?  Is there any guilt due for suppressing evidence about the decreasing effectiveness of their vaccines against the now-dominant Delta variant?  We know the current vaccines target only the original Alpha variant’s spike protein and ignore the other parts of the virus that can also cause harm.

What the British are saying is they are now finding the vaccine interferes with your body’s innate ability after infection to produce antibodies against not just the spike protein but other pieces of the virus. Specifically, vaccinated people don’t seem to be producing antibodies to the nucleocapsid protein, the shell of the virus, which are a crucial part of the response in unvaccinated people. This means vaccinated people will be far more vulnerable to mutations in the spike protein EVEN AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN INFECTED AND RECOVERED ONCE (or more than once, probably). It also means the virus is likely to select for mutations that go in exactly that direction, because those will essentially give it an enormous vulnerable population to infect.

Joe Biden wants you to vaccinate your kids from COVID. Just how desperate is he to make sure it happens? According to Biden, “families will be able to sleep easier at night knowing their kids are protected” from COVID.According to the plan, the Department of Health and Human Services will “conduct a national public education campaign to reach parents and guardians with accurate and culturally responsive information about the vaccine and the risks that COVID-19 poses to children.” The Biden administration is also partnering with over a hundred children’s hospital systems nationwide “to set up vaccination sites in November and through the end of the calendar year.” The Biden administration also plans to “work with states and local partners to make vaccination sites available at schools and other trusted community-based sites across the country.” At schools? Well, that’s interesting. Do you know who typically doesn’t spend all day in schools? Parents. This concerns me.

China’s National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) reportedly ordered mine operators to “produce as much coal as possible.” CNN noted on Wednesday that China made an effort to scale back coal production this year to placate climate change activists, but those desultory efforts simply evaporated in the face of rolling blackouts that interfered with the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) industrial goals. China’s power grid remains heavily dependent on coal and its international Belt and Road infrastructure program has littered the Third World with more coal-burning plants. China added over three times as much coal-fired generator capacity in 2020 as the rest of the world combined.

Liebermann: Latest US military hypersonic test fails
The US suffered a setback in the race with China and Russia to develop hypersonic weapons when its latest test failed, the Pentagon said in a statement Thursday. A booster stack, which is the rocket used to accelerate the projectile to hypersonic speeds, failed and the test of the projectile, the hypersonic glide body, could not proceed, the statement said. Because the rocket failed the Pentagon was not able to test the hypersonic glide body, which is the key component needed to develop a hypersonic weapon.

No one is more responsible for the military disaster in Afghanistan than Austin except for the man who gave him his orders. United States, written by Justice David Josiah Brewer (143 U.S. 457-458, 465-471, 36 L ed 226): “This is a religious people. This is historically true.
