But the facts are that over 80 percent of Youngkin’s supporters are also Trump supporters and if primary elections were held in the Republican Party now, Trump would win all of them. Rabid Democrats such as former Labor Secretary Robert Reich have claimed that Trump is now politically dead: The Democrats have driven the silver stake through his heart, even if it means arming more traditional Bush-McCain-Romney Republicans, whose distinction from the Democrats is frequently blurred, with Trump policy they have so far conveniently evaded. Zachary: How Tennessee’s Lawmakers Are Defending Their People From Joe Biden’s Tyranny
Tennesseans will not stand for Biden’s unconstitutional orders. That is why in the early morning hours of Oct. 30, Tennessee became one of the first states in the nation to pass a comprehensive COVID-19 protection bill pushing back against federal overreach and human rights abuses by the Biden administration.
The Tennessee Republican supermajority passed legislation banning government and private businesses from requiring proof of COVID vaccination for any reason. This includes an employer taking any adverse action against an employee, which includes but is not limited to a loss of employment, promotions, privileges, or rights. We exempted federal contractors who have binding agreements with the federal government. Tennessee parents have voiced serious concerns over the “mature minor” doctrine, which currently permits health care providers to administer the COVID-19 vaccine to unemancipated minors without parental consent. We have ensured health care providers must get written consent from a legal guardian before vaccinating a child. We prohibited governmental entities and public schools from requiring masks, except for in severe conditions. We also removed the authority to . . .  […]  The General Assembly preserved a medical doctor’s right to prescribe what is best for his or her patient in the treatment of COVID-19 and now all hospitals in Tennessee are required to allow a loved one to visit a patient dying from COVID-19.

President Biden was dealt a major blow on Saturday after a U.S. federal court temporarily blocked the vaccine and testing mandate on private employers, but the commander in chief’s plan for forced vaccination may also run up against another challenge. Sen. Roger Marshall (R-KS) is leading the charge to undermine the mandate through the power of the purse. In a letter to Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, Marshall called the vaccine mandate “wrong—morally, legally, and constitutionally.” “Accordingly, we will oppose all efforts to implement and enforce it with every tool at our disposal, including our votes on spending measures considered by the Senate,” he said. While the Republican expressed support for the Covid vaccines, the decision whether to receive it ought to be personal, not forced, he argued.

With mail-in ballots still pending, Republicans are poised to sweep all four of Pennsylvania’s statewide judicial elections. They also made gains in municipal races. In the collar counties surrounding Philadelphia, voters echoed the same dissatisfaction with Democrats that was displayed in the surprising results in neighboring New Jersey.

A woke California teacher is under fire after listing a question on a high school history test that asked students to identify ‘A group of idiots’ – with the answer choices being ‘KKK,’ ‘all of Florida,’ ‘Fox News’ or ‘Texans.’ The unidentified teacher at Whitney High School in Rocklin quickly came under attack after a parent shared a screenshot of the test question to social media. ‘We all have different beliefs,’ Jessa Krissovich told Fox 40. ‘This is the United States and we all come from different backgrounds and everybody should be okay with who they are.’  […]  Another parent, who asked to remain anonymous, told Fox 40 that one-sided political comments, mostly against the Republican Party, are a common occurrence with this social science teacher.

Conradson: North Carolina High School SUSPENDS 15 Year Old Female Student For Reporting Sexual Assault in Girls Restroom – School Accused Teenager of Filing a False Report Even AFTER Male Student Confessed to Police and Was Charged
Last month, a 15-year-old student in Charlotte, North Carolina confided in her school’s administrators that a classmate had sexually assaulted her in the girl’s restroom. She claimed that the unnamed male student had been following her into the bathroom, groping her without consent and that he had been doing so “for weeks” before she was able to work up the nerve to come forward. But instead of intervening or protecting her, the woke administrators at the Hawthorne Academy of Health Sciences inexplicably called her a liar and suspended her for “filing a false report,” even though the police had already charged the male student with two counts of sexual battery and even coaxed a confession out of him. Fox46 Interviewed the teen victim about the incident: . . . […]  Shortly after the school was notified of the incidents, the victim’s mother was informed by Hawthorne’s assistant principal – Nina Adams – that they had found no evidence of a sexual assault, and instead accused her daughter of filing a false report based on lies. When the mother confronted Adams with the fact that the police had gotten a confession to the assaults from the male student, she brazenly replied “unfortunately, the police department has nothing to do with the school system.”

Tietz: Principal At Fairfax County High School Told Mom Who Exposed Pornographic Books That Parents Aren’t Allowed In The District’s Libraries
A Fairfax County, Virginia, mother told the Daily Caller News Foundation that the principal at her son’s school told her that parents are not allowed to check out books at its library. On Oct. 27, Stacy Langton, a mother of six kids, went to Fairfax High School (FHS) to pick up one of her sons for an appointment, she told the DCNF. While she was at the school, she and her son decided to look for the book, “All Boys Aren’t Blue,” by George M. Johnson, which depicts the author’s experience of sodomy and sexual assault by his older cousin, according to Langton. Langton previously spoke out at a Sept. 23 Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) school board meeting, where she went viral for her calling out the contents of  “Lawn Boy” by Jonathan Evison and “Gender Queer” by Maia Kobabe, which she said contained child pornography and pedophilia available to young teenagers in the district’s libraries.
On Nov. 3, she missed a call from the school’s principal, Maureen Keck, who called her again the next day. Keck said it had been brought to her attention that Langton was on campus on Oct. 27 and had checked out “All Boys Aren’t Blue,” which the principal claimed was against the rules, Langton told the DCNF.

Iran’s stockpile of hard currency has skyrocketed during the Biden administration, rising from just $4 billion at the end of 2020 when sanctions were at their height, to more than $31 billion by the end of 2021, according to projections by the International Monetary Fund. The Biden administration’s decision to pursue diplomacy with Iran and unwind the Trump administration’s sanctions has helped the country recover from its cash shortage, according to the IMF’s projections. The group says Iran’s cash reserves will top $31 billion by the end of the year and increase up to $42.9 billion by the end of 2022. This number could be even higher if the United States reenters the 2015 nuclear deal and removes all sanctions imposed by the Trump administration. Iran had $122 billion in cash reserves in 2018, when the Trump administration began to tighten the economic noose on Iran. That number dropped to $4 billion by the end of 2020, during the height of the former administration’s “maximum pressure” campaign.

Those stranded include children, siblings and parents of US service members, as well as more than 100 extended family members. The Pentagon does not have a ‘good accounting’ of how many family members of DOD civilians remain trapped in Afghanistan since the last US flight left Kabul airport at the end of August, NBC News reported  ‘The federal government has turned their backs on them. If we abandon the family members of our service men and women in Afghanistan, they will certainly be slaughtered by the Taliban,’ Texas Rep. Michael McCaul said.
