Bovard: This Senate Rule Could Stop Democrats From Confirming Biden’s SCOTUS Nominee
the text of Rule 26 simply requires that, to be considered on the Senate floor, legislation and nominations must be reported by a majority of members physically present. There is no requirement that minority members participate, just that a physical majority of members is present to vote on the matter. While the Judiciary Committee rules state that minority members must be present, the standing rules of the Senate, which govern the Senate floor, “cured” Graham’s violation of the Judiciary Committee’s quorum rules, rendering them unenforceable. However, the provision of Rule 26 that saved Graham in 2020 could now doom a similar Democratic effort in 2022. This is due solely to the fact that the current Senate is tied between 50 Republicans and 50 Democrats. In a 50/50 Senate, committee ratios (the number of Democrats to Republicans) are also tied. This means Senate Democrats on the Judiciary Committee could not, by definition, present a physical majority of members on their own. To meet the requirements of Rule 26, they need Republican help. Should they follow the 2020 actions of Graham and attempt to send the nomination to the Senate’s calendar with only Democrat votes, the nomination would be in violation of Rule 26 and thus ineligible to be moved forward. If, for some reason, the nomination made it to the calendar anyway, it would still be subject to a point of order when the Senate attempted to take up the nomination on a motion to proceed.

I came across a video that the globalists are desperately trying to purge from the internet. By the time you read this article, it will probably be gone. In the video, Fauci explains the normal process of producing a vaccine and the process they undertook to get a ‘vaccine’ for COVID-19. It reveals much.
A brief history first: Patents for the Coronavirus have been around since 1999 with Dr. Ralph Baric. In 2002, the virus was seen as exploitable. On April 25, 2003, the CDC saw an opportunity from a virus that can be easily manipulated or artificially adapted to infect humans (gain of function). They filed a patent on the Coronavirus transmitted to humans, its detection and measuring, a potential gold mine. Since nature is prohibited from being patented, then it must be a manufactured virus. If it is a manufactured virus then it must also be illegal, against international law and treaties as a bioweapon. In 2007, the CDC requested that the application be kept confidential. Between 2003 and 2018, Anthony Fauci, Ralph Baric and the CDC were at the hub of control of the virus, controlling 100% of the cash flow from the coronavirus arms race. In a moment of clarity, between 2012 and 2013 the federal funding for research was halted, but those involved were authorized to keep going. In other words, off-shore the research…fund it through a series of cover organizations. The Gates foundation admits investing $1.75 billion to the COVID vaccine’s development and distribution. Enter the recipient, Wuhan Lab, Wuhan, China.

As reported by Fox News, three police officers were shot in Houston, Texas on Thursday; one officer was shot in the foot, another was shot in the leg, and the third was shot in the arm, all shot by the same suspect. All three officers have since been hospitalized at Memorial Hermann Hospital, in stable condition. The suspect initially fled and holed up in a nearby house, leading to an intense standoff with police. After a firefight led to the 31-year-old suspect being shot in the neck, the suspect surrendered himself.

A Brooklyn teacher appeared to call for violence against police officers in an Instagram post as they mourned the loss of a fellow detective. Christopher Flanigan, who teaches math at Coney Island Prep, posted an overhead shot of thousands of officers outside of St. Patrick’s Cathedral on Friday for the funeral of Det. Jason Rivera, 22, who was shot dead while responding to a domestic call earlier this month. Flanigan captioned the photo in his Instagram story: ‘5/30/20: NYPD SUV drives into a crowd of protestors. Ideal conditions for reciprocity,’ according to the New York Post. He was apparently referencing to an incident . . .

Schnell: New Jersey gym owner who defied COVID closures running for US House seat
Ian Smith, the owner of Atlis Gym in Bellmawr, announced on Twitter on Sunday that he is seeking to oust Rep. Andy Kim (D-N.J.) to represent New Jersey’s third congressional district in Washington. Smith said he will formally unveil his campaign on Thursday. “I am truly excited to have the possibility to serve the people of NJ with a platform focused on liberty, small government, and America First policies,” Smith wrote in a tweet.  The gym owner made headlines throughout the pandemic for refusing to comply with Gov. Phil Murphy’s (D-N.J.) COVID-19 mitigation measures, including a mandate that gyms keep their indoor spaces closed to the public.
