Recently a couple of stories have surfaced that most people are not associating with one another. In Russia, opposition leader Alexei Navalny returned to Moscow after having spent several months in Germany recovering from an attempt on his life by means of the old Soviet method of poisoning. In what was almost certainly at the direction of Vladimir Putin, Navalny was arrested as he stepped off the plane. Meanwhile, here in the United States, Russia’s opponent during the Cold War, the City of Philadelphia took the gun away from 51-year-old Police Detective Jennifer Gugger. Her “crime”? She attended the rally in Washington on January 6th. There was no indication that she was inside the Capitol, simply at the rally. She had some strong posts on social media, especially about Vice President Mike Pence, but not anything that would constitute a direct threat. What do these two seemingly quite different people have in common? They are both dissidents. They both acted as though they had the right to say and do what they said and did. They were both mistaken. In Russia, given its history of totalitarianism, Navalny likely knew what he was getting himself into. In our country, however, where totalitarianism is in its infant stages, it is quite likely that Gugger was caught unawares.

Rampant fraud and abuse occurred statewide at Wisconsin’s nursing homes and other residential care facilities,” according to the Office of Special Counsel’s second interim report filed on March 1 with the Wisconsin Assembly. That conclusion represents but one of the key findings of election irregularities detailed in the nearly 150-page report—a report that also confirms the conclusion of the Racine County Sheriff’s office last fall that fraud occurred at nursing homes in Wisconsin. Special Counsel Michael Gableman, the retired state Supreme Court justice appointed by the Wisconsin Assembly to investigate integrity concerns about the 2020 election, vetted more than 90 nursing homes in five different counties before concluding there was “widespread election fraud at Wisconsin nursing homes in November of 2020.”

Two bills introduced five days apart in the Assembly, the Legislature’s lower house, expose the Democrats’ plan to exploit COVID-19 to seize absolute power. On Feb. 10, four Assembly members introduced AB 1993, a bill that would force anybody with a job — whether full-time employees or independent contractors — to prove they were vaccinated against COVID-19. The bill states its provisions would expire when “the federal Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices determines that COVID-19 vaccinations are no longer necessary for the health and safety of individuals.” Then on Feb. 15, one of the members who introduced that bill proposed AB 2098, which would rescind the medical license of any doctor circulating “misinformation” about COVID-19 or vaccines designed to treat it. […]  Since Democrats hold 75 percent of the Legislature’s seats, and since Newsom used the pandemic to impose emergency restrictions arbitrarily for nearly two years, both AB 1998 and AB 2098 have a serious chance of becoming law.
Not to be outdone, Newsom announced plans Feb. 17 to create “a brand new unit in State Government working full time on” stifling any information contradicting the narrative surrounding COVID+19 and vaccines. Newsom also said he has members of the Department of Health and Human Services “battling in the trenches and on social media trying to push back.”

We’re seeing the highest non-COVID death rates in his business’ history, he said, with numbers so bad that it’s worse than “a one-in-200-year catastrophe.” Now a German health insurer has weighed in, issuing findings that can explain this phenomenon and point to what many have alleged: Authorities have greatly under-reported coronavirus “vaccine” complications. As The Epoch Times reports: The insurer, BKK ProVita, concluded that the rate of vaccine side-effects is several times larger than earlier reports from the Paul-Ehrlich Institute, a German federal agency, according to a letter from the company (pdf). They are believed to be less common during caesareans because the scalpel typically punctures the sac. Babies are protected from bumps inside the sac by amniotic fluid during pregnancy, which also helps to transfer nutrients and water to the child.

Joshua Weil launched his Senate campaign against Republican Marco Rubio in December 2020, touting his status as “a proud father, a high school math teacher, and Florida’s progressive choice for U.S. Senate in 2022.” Employment records from Weil’s time at Orlando’s Orange Youth Academy, however, show that the Democrat’s teaching background may impair his quest for federal office, not strengthen it. According to emails obtained by the Free Beacon, Weil faced a three-day suspension in July 2015 after he “slammed” a student to the ground. The school’s incident report confirms the ordeal, stating Weil “grabbed student by neck, threw to ground, left bruise on student’s head.” In an interview with school officials, Weil described the student as “one of the smaller kids in the class” and acknowledged that he “picked him up by his collar” and “brought him to the ground.” While Weil claimed he only engaged because the student was “slapping and hitting” him, the student said he merely “grabbed Mr. Weil’s arm to speak to him,” according to school records.

Scholz has also announced several other important policy reversals: Berlin has halted the controversial Nord Stream 2 pipeline, which would double shipments of Russian natural gas to Germany by transporting the gas under the Baltic Sea; it has agreed to authorize the transfer of weapons to Ukraine; and it has decided to ban Russian banks from the SWIFT international payment system. The measures represent a complete reversal of Germany’s post-Cold War Russia policy — which focused on pursuing economic ties rather than confronting Moscow — and mark a definitive end to the era of former Chancellor Angela Merkel.

Billionaire investor/activist George Soros has a giant footprint in Ukraine. Similar to his operations in dozens of other nations, he has, over the past couple of decades, poured tens of millions of dollars into Ukrainian non-governmental organizations (NGOs), ostensibly to assist them in transforming their country into a more “open” and “democratic” society. Many of the participants in Kiev’s “EuroMaidan” demonstrations were members of Soros-funded NGOs and/or were trained by the same NGOs in the many workshops and conferences sponsored by Soros’ International Renaissance Foundation (IRF), and his various Open Society institutes and foundations. The IRF, founded and funded by Soros, boasts that it has given “more than any other donor organization” to “democratic transformation” of Ukraine. The International Renaissance Foundation’s Annual Report for 2012, the latest available, states that, “IRF provided UAH 63 million in funding to civil society organizations — more than any other donor organization working in this field in Ukraine.” The “UAH” reference used above refers to the Ukraine Hryvnia, Ukraine’s currency, which is worth about 0.11 $US, or 11 cents in U.S. currency. That translates into roughly $6.7 million that IRF provided to Ukrainian groups in 2012; not a huge sum, by comparison to many other political and social campaigns, but more than merely “significant.” In the cash-starved Ukraine, Soros’s dollars go a long way toward seducing and co-opting all legitimate political opposition into the Soros-approved “progressive” camp. […]  It is not mere coincidence that George Soros and other globalists are invoking the Marshall Plan and Cold War rhetoric today, and citing Putin’s revived Soviet-style militarism, to sell their latest EU-IMF convergence gambit. Ibrahim: Migrants Desecrate More Than 2,000 Churches Just in Greece
According to a new report published by Greece’s Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs, there were 2,339 incidents of church desecrations in the country between 2015 and 2020, when tiny Greece, seen as Europe’s eastern gateway, was flooded with migrants from the Islamic world. Greek City Times wrote regarding the report: “There appears to be a correlation between the increase in illegal migration and the incidents of attacks on Greek Orthodox religious churches and religious spaces during the five year period which occurred during the peak of the migration crisis.” In the most recent year recorded, 2020, there were 385 incidents against Christian churches and buildings, including “vandalism, burglary, theft, sacrilege, necromancy, robbery, placement of explosive devices and other desecrations.” […]  The new report by Greece’s Ministry of Education and Religious Affairs makes one thing clear: Greece has become the latest exemplar of “Islam’s Rule of Numbers” — a rule which posits that the more Muslims grow in numbers, the more practices intrinsic to Islam grow with them, in this instance, the desecration of Christian churches. In Nigeria alone, for example, Muslims have torched or destroyed some 20,000 churches over the last decade.
