Saul Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals: Any revolutionary change must be preceded by a passive, affirmative, non-challenging attitude toward change among the mass of our people. They must feel so frustrated, so defeated, so lost, so futureless in the prevailing system that they are willing to let go of the past and chance the future.

Hans von Spakovsky of the Heritage Foundation commented on the Democrat majority U.S. House passage of H.R.1: If you’re a state like Alabama or Texas that has a voter ID law, you might as well forget it, because this federal law would override all state voter ID laws so they’re now unenforceable.

Christopher Jacobs contributor to The Federalist: If Democratic lawmakers support defunding the police, perhaps they can start by defunding the police state established around the People’s House.

Eric Trump in a Newsmax Greg Kelly interview: We would do it in a second again, because what my father did was so transformational. The backbone he has, the spine he has, the fight, the conviction, there’s never been anyone like him in American politics, and there probably will never be one like him again. There’s a good chance we will be on the stage again fighting it out. I don’t think you’ve seen the last of this family.

Dennis Jamison contributor to Canada Free Press: If the American citizens cease to care that the election has been stolen, or begin to question what they have witnessed, it will further legitimize the theft. In such a time as this, all Americans face a choice of whether they refuse to accept the loss of their basic sovereignty over the Land of the Free or whether they will roll over and pretend that the crime did not occur.

Christopher Rufo contributor to City Journal on the shift in acceptance of Critical Race Theory: The “anti-woke” movement is gaining momentum and building an infrastructure to contest this ideology in government, schools, and academia. The critical race theorists’ strategic response—refusing to debate and hoping critics will go away—won’t work. Eventually, the public will recognize their “critical race fragility” for what it is: a prickly refusal to submit one’s ideas to vigorous public debate, often characterized by projection, emotional flagellation, and poor argumentation. Against the critical race theorists, we have begun to marshal investigative reporting, lawsuits, legislation, and parental activism—all in defense of American principles.

President Biden slams Mississippi and Texas governors for reopening their states: The last thing, the last thing we need is Neanderthal thinking that in the meantime everything’s fine, take off your mask. Forget it. It still matters. … And it’s critical — critical, critical, critical — that they follow the science. Wash your hands, hot water, do it frequently. Wear a mask and stay socially distanced. And I know you all know that; I wish the heck some of our elected officials knew it.

Tate Reeves Mississippi’s Republican governor responded to President Biden: President Biden said allowing Mississippians to decide how to protect themselves is ‘Neanderthal thinking.’ Mississippians don’t need handler. As numbers drop, they can assess their choices and listen to experts. I guess I just think we should trust Americans, not insult them.

Candace Owens cheering the news that Texas and Mississippi are ending all COVID-19 restrictions: God Bless Texas and Mississippi. All other red states must follow. Republicans must lead by example. Allow blue states to remain the depressive, impoverished, enslaved hell holes that their communist leaders have created. Freedom-loving Americans will flee.

Travis: Breaking: Trump Confirms He Requested 10,000 National Guard Troops Days Before Capitol Riot
This essentially kills the democrat narrative that President Trump incited the January 6th Capitol riot. President Trump gave a phone interview with Fox News on Sunday night, where he says he personally requested the 10,000 troops. Trump said that his team alerted the Secretary of Defense and warned that the crowd could be much larger than expected, and that the 10,000 troops should be deployed. He alleges that the request was rejected due to bad optics.

VDH: Trumpism—Without Trump?
Six weeks ago, Americans were assured that Donald Trump had left the presidency on January 20, 2021 disgraced and forever ruined politically. […] Yet six weeks later, a Phoenix-like Trump brought a crowd at the annual Conservative Political Action Conference to its feet. His 90-minute blistering broadside against Joe Biden’s radical first 40 days of executive orders and hard-Left appointments enthused thousands. Polls show that while he has lost some support in his party, Trump still wins 75 percent approval in the GOP. So why is a supposedly once-toxic Trump apparently back at center stage?

Prager: Is Your Friend a Liberal or a Leftist? Ask These Questions to Find Out
The great tragedy of our time is that liberals vote left. Virtually every value liberals have held for a century is now held by conservatives and scorned by leftists. Therefore, America, in serious jeopardy of being lost, will be saved when people convince the liberals in their life that the left, not the conservative, is their enemy. This process begins by establishing whether a friend or relative is a liberal or a leftist. If it turns out that he or she is a liberal, it is worth engaging in respectful dialogue on the issues of the day. If the friend or relative is a leftist, you can probably only talk about innocuous subjects such as the weather (though not about global warming) or sports (though not about players taking a knee during the national anthem). If you talk about the great issues of the day with a left-wing friend or relative, that could be the last time you talk to each other. He or she is likely to unfriend you not only on social media but also in life. Leftists generally do not dialogue; they dismiss. Here are questions you might want to pose to friends and relatives to determine—as much for them as for you—whether they are liberal or left.

Bokari: Exclusive: Unreleased Federal Report Concludes ‘No Evidence’ that Free Speech Online ‘Causes Hate Crimes’
Freedom of speech on the internet did not lead to a rise in “hate crimes,” according to a report sent from the U.S. Department of Commerce to Congress in January — a report that has yet to appear on any government website. Breitbart News has obtained a copy of the report, which is published in full below. But sources close to the government say they are baffled as to why it wasn’t released publicly after being sent to Congress. […] “Reports like this are typically made public,” said a source who worked closely with the NTIA on the report. “I don’t know why this report isn’t up on a government website yet. It’s already been submitted to Congress, it’s not a private thing anymore. I suspect the Civil Rights Division might have something to do with it.” According to the source, who formerly worked in the Trump administration, the updated report was bitterly opposed by the Civil Rights Division, which is the part of the DoJ responsible for prosecuting hate crimes. […] The report bluntly states that there is no evidence of a causal relationship between the growth in internet usage and hate crimes, pointing out that there is not even any correlation, as media allegations about a surge in hate crimes over the past five years are not supported by the Justice Department’s crime statistics. From the report: . . . […] the report does not publicly appear on any website. No one in Congress has mentioned it. And the press has not reported on its findings — until now.

Revolver: The GOP’s New Strategy Document Shows Party Leaders Still Don’t Get It
That’s the big takeaway from a newly-released strategy document from the largest Super PAC backing Republican House candidates. The Congressional Leadership Fund spent $140 million in the 2020 cycle, and could very well spend even more in 2022. It will hold enormous sway over what candidates are recruited in next year’s House races, and what their message is. […]. . . according to CLF head Dan Conston in a newly-released memo, the victory came down to one thing: Putting a new, more “diverse” gloss on the tired pre-2016 Republican Party. […] In other words, the secret to GOP success going forward is to completely buy into the globalist left’s toxic ideology reducing people to identity checklists. And of course, when making that checklist, being a woman is better than being a man, and being “of color” is superior to being white. This is toxic and suicidal. It submits entirely to . . .

Brooks: Tensions bubble in House GOP over proxy voting hypocrisy
Reps. Chip Roy and Mike Gallagher are calling out their Republican colleagues for using proxy voting rules in order to get out of voting while being in Orlando, Florida, for the Conservative Political Action Conference, standing in contrast to the predominant GOP stance against proxy voting. “Democrats in particular are destroying the institution by doing this — we don’t meet, we don’t debate, we don’t amend. But even a number of my GOP colleagues are now complicit and have given in to the Democrats recklessness,” Roy, a Texas Republican, said in a statement on Monday, adding that it is an “unconstitutional attack on a functional Congress” and allows “members to avoid their responsibility to meet in D.C. to do their jobs.” House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Democrats implemented vote-by-proxy rules last year in response to the coronavirus pandemic, which prompted heavy criticism from House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy and other powerful Republicans. Republicans unsuccessfully sued over the rule, which they said was unconstitutional, and pointed out instances during which Democrats were absent from the House clearly because of convenience rather than health concerns. […] “Proxy voting is destroying Congress,” Gallagher, a Wisconsin Republican, said in a video posted to Twitter on Monday.

Showalter: China declares homosexuality a mental illness? Where’s Lebron? Where’s Disney?
Dissidents have been warning us for years about the nature of China’s communist totalitarian regime. But unlike a lot of them, the dictatorship also has money and markets. Mistreanu: Study Links Nike, Adidas And Apple To Forced Uighur Labor
Nike, Adidas, Apple, Microsoft and Samsung are among 83 multinationals that have been linked to forced labor by Uighurs in factories across China, according to a new study by the Australian Strategic Policy Institute (ASPI). According to the researchers, Uighurs, a persecuted ethnic minority from China’s western Xinjiang region, have been funneled to work in factories in other provinces under conditions “that strongly suggest forced labour.” The report estimates that more than 80,000 Uighurs were transferred to work in factories across China between 2017 and 2019. The period coincides with China’s campaign of mass internment of ethnic minorities in Xinjiang, which the government says is needed to root out terrorism and separatism.

Bleau: Democrat-Led House Passes H.R.1, Aimed to Federalize U.S. Elections
The Democrat-led House passed the legislation on party lines, 220 to 210. A summary of the bill notes that it “expands voter registration (e.g., automatic and same-day registration) and voting access (e.g., vote-by-mail and early voting)” and imposes limits on removing voters from voter rolls. Republicans have warned that the Democrat legislation would vastly reduce the power of the states to control and operate elections at the local level. “If this bill passes, it puts in all these terrible provisions,” Hans von Spakovsky, manager of the Heritage Foundation’s Election Law Reform Initiative and a senior legal fellow of the Meese Center for Legal and Judicial Studies, said during a January appearance on Breitbart News Daily. “It’s a federal micromanagement of the election process, and everything that folks on the left want to reduce the integrity [and] the security of the election process is in there,” he continued.

Klein: The Dems’ Voting Fraud Encouragement Bill
A blatant power grab. The Democrat-controlled House of Representatives passed the inappropriately named “For the People Act” (H.R.1) on Wednesday evening by the largely party line vote of 221 to 207. It now goes to the Senate. This bill, if enacted into law, will be a gift that keeps on giving to Democrats who care only about staying in power rather than securing the integrity of the electoral process. “This bill makes elections less trustworthy, not more,” said Rep. Dan Crenshaw, R-Texas. […] H.R.1 strips away any semblance of guardrails. Instead, H.R.1 creates multiple paths to election fraud, including the following: Online Registrations: Let’s start with the provision that mandates online voter registration in federal elections, which would also allow registered voters to update their voter registration information online. With no more paper registration forms as backup, this is an invitation for hackers inside and outside the country to run amok. Hacking last year by one of Russia’s premier intelligence agencies of the Pentagon, intelligence agencies, nuclear labs, various cabinet department, and Fortune 500 companies should provide a clear warning that even highly secure systems are vulnerable. States’ voting registration databases will be easy pickings. Same Day Registrations: States must offer . . . Felon Voters: H.R.1 prevents states from . . . Unlimited Mail-In Voting and Vote Harvesting: H.R.1 opens the floodgates to . . . No Proof of Voter Identification Required: H.R.1 requires states to accept….

Holmquist: The Brave New World of Children’s Propaganda
The other day I was sent an Instagram video of a little boy having story time on his mother’s lap. The little boy was precious, the time spent on his mother’s lap special, but the choice of reading material was… “woke.” The selected story was The GayBCs by M. L. Web. “A is for Ally,” repeated the little boy, “B is for Bi, C is for Coming Out, D is for Drag.” His mother praises him after he finishes the book, asking, “Are you a ‘woke’ toddler?” Parroting her words, the little tot proudly proclaims, “I’m ‘woke.’” Such “woke” reading selections are par for the course as educators, politicians, and society at large seek to lead children through our world’s challenges. The recent release of Renaissance Learning’s “What Kids are Reading” report underscores that educators and authors are now seeking to teach young children about “social equity issues, climate change,” and other political trends. As such, the report promotes “woke” titles like Black Brother, Black Brother, which deals with inequitable treatment people with different skin colors, and other books dealing with charged political issues such as immigration and gender identity, including Come On In: 15 Stories About Immigration and Finding Home and Trans Mission: My Quest to a Beard.
Judging by these examples, it seems the “woke” steamroller is actively coming for the next generation. […] Aldous Huxley offers some insight in his 1958 title Brave New World Revisited: . . . […] As the video above shows, some parents are eager for their children to receive such propaganda. Others, however, are not. How do those who find themselves in this latter camp proceed? Can we combat such propaganda and ensure that it doesn’t settle in our children’s minds?

Chalk: Will They Come for the Homeschoolers?
Perhaps I was wrong. Just a few weeks ago, right after the presidential inauguration, one of my wife’s close friends, another parent in our homeschooling co-op, expressed her fear that homeschooling is likely to come under greater scrutiny with the new administration. I shook my head in dissent. Sure, I acknowledged, there are some, particularly on the Left, who are suspicious and critical of homeschooling. But ours is a strong movement with political clout, I assured her, with millions of American kids currently being taught at home. It would be foolish, and unnecessarily provocative, to target homeschoolers right now. Then, earlier this month lawyer and prominent author Jill Filipovic—whose articles have appeared in The Washington Post, The New York Times, and The Guardian, among others—launched a polemical frontal assault on what she terms “pro-life, pro-family homeschooling advocates.”

Davidson: Teachers Unions Want To Stay Home Forever, And Democrats’ COVID Bill E-Rate Expansion Would Help Them Do It At Your Expense
As millions of relief dollars designated to assist school reopenings are still sitting untouched nearly a year after Congress passed stimulus legislation, congressional Democrats are seeking to provide $7.6 billion over the next 10 years toward a program that prioritizes the interests of teachers unions and the districts that bow to them over getting students back into classrooms now. Beginning on page 210 of the massive COVID spending bill, Democrats included a provision to grant more funding for a scandal-filled, already bureaucratically resourced program called E-Rate. In its current state, E-Rate gives schools a discount on telecommunication services to better serve their classrooms. The latest legislation, however, expands E-Rate to provide funding and resources to schools incentivizing virtual learning as a majority of students around the nation approach nearly a year of no or limited in-person learning.

Rufo: Critical Race Fragility
The critical race theorists are feeling the heat. Over the past decade, they have had remarkable success in perpetuating the concepts of systemic racism, unconscious bias, white privilege, and white fragility in American institutions, beginning with universities and moving on to schools, government agencies, and multinational corporations. Their campaign began mostly without opposition, as most conservatives were either ignorant of what was happening or dismissed it as a campus fad. That changed last year. The intellectual movements around the so-called Intellectual Dark Web, Quillette magazine, and the 1776 Unites coalition of dissident black scholars had laid down a theoretical case against critical race theory (CRT). President Trump elevated the debate into the mainstream, denouncing CRT by name at the National Archives, signing an executive order banning CRT-based training programs from the federal government, and sparring on the topic during a televised presidential debate. Since then, investigative journalists, including me, have reported on the negative impact of CRT in government, schools, and corporations; states such as New Hampshire, Arkansas, Iowa, West Virginia, and Oklahoma have introduced legislation seeking to ban CRT programs that promote the concepts of race essentialism, collective guilt, and race-based harassment in public institutions. This shift in momentum against the new racial orthodoxy, which has now grown beyond America’s borders to England, France, Italy, Hungary, and Brazil, has rattled the American Left. Their first argument against this change is . . .

Boose: Have You Tried Not Being White?
The pervasive myth of our time is that the Left desires equality. Critical race theory teaches that white people are a class enemy. Are you now, or have you ever been, a white person? I ask this not out of personal curiosity but for the betterment of American society. Everyone with a sense of justice knows that the greatest threat our country faces comes from its own white population. This message now saturates our culture. We hear it from the president’s bully pulpit. It is everywhere in the media and it is an increasingly inescapable feature of school and workplace life. […] The actual words in the expression “try to be less white” are not important. It is reducible to a simple command to obey. One could just as well say “stop being white” or “whites are not human” or “do what you are told, whitey.” To say the truth aloud, however, is to give away the game. The critical pervasive myth of our time is that the Left desires equality. If this notion were seriously challenged, if enough people stopped believing it, their rule would become intolerable overnight, and their entire system of social control would start to collapse. We find ourselves in a curious situation.

Alter: 108 illegal immigrants test positive for coronavirus after being released by border patrol
Many of the migrants have said that they intend to travel to states such as Maryland and New Jersey, however. An employee working at the bus terminal has said that they cannot force migrants to show the results of their coronavirus tests before boarding the busses. Migrants who tested positive for the virus indicated that they were not given any documentation of their positive tests, and were simply told by officials to wait in separate lines at the bus terminal.

Lee: 3 Dozen Cases of Spontaneous Miscarriages, Stillbirths Occurring After COVID-19 Vaccination
Thirty-four cases of pregnant women experiencing spontaneous miscarriages or stillbirths after receiving a COVID-19 vaccine have been submitted to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). […] Reports made to VAERS do not necessarily mean that a vaccine may have caused the event or reaction. Miscarriages are labeled as spontaneous abortions or abortions in the reporting system. […] “As an obstetrician-gynecologist, it is a concern,” Cole told The Epoch Times. “We’re [now] throwing science and the scientific medicine method out the window and jeopardizing pregnancies and future pregnancies.”
“It concerns me that the CDC says that there are no studies, but it’s okay to get it and you don’t even need to discuss it with your doctor,” Cole added. “I mean this is the opposite of everything that the scientific models and methods, and standard of care has been for a century.”

Horowitz: The big lie behind the panic over COVID ‘variants’ exposed
It was the most unprecedentedly destructive decision in the history of human civilization. Officials decided to lock down a society and treat every human being like a leper until a vaccine was introduced, regardless of whether those interventions helped one iota in slowing the virus. Well, the vaccine is here, so it’s game over, right? Wrong. “Variants” are the new 15 days years to flatten the curve. Except the premise is built on a lie. “The US is at risk of losing all its recent gains in the battle against Covid-19 as highly contagious variants take advantage of Americans getting lax with safety measures,” read the opening line of a fresh new piece of panic porn from CNN on Tuesday. Never mind the fact that the mask mandates have not been lifted one iota in states like California and have been intensified at the federal level, but of course, we already know masks don’t work. It’s the perfect narrative. What more can they do to keep people under their control . . . […] You know what does help and has not been proven any weaker against any variant – yet the government will not promote it? Cheap drugs and natural supplements – from hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin to doxycycline, vitamin D, zinc, quercetin and even aspirin and melatonin. Many of these treatments naturally boost the immune system and/or prevent viral RNA from replicating itself. They work for all sorts of RNA viruses, not just COVID, so the variants will not change this equation.

‘Hard to explain’: Scientists struggle to figure out plunging COVID cases
It is by far the most sustained drop the country has seen since the pandemic began, made all the more astonishing by the fact the drop began almost immediately after the end of the holidays. Public health officials had issued dire warnings that holiday get-togethers, increased travel and more face-to-face contact among Americans would lead to runaway transmission and death rates. Yet Monday’s roughly 53,500 new cases represented a 75% drop from the 213,239 cases observed on Christmas Eve. […] “If the current trends continue, then I could see things opening up sooner than projected [due to] a combination of many things — not one specific strategy.” [ NOTE: Biden admin can’t allow a sustained drop & reopening of our country. Hence, our southern border is being opened to virus infected illegal aliens: After Border Patrol release, asylum-seekers test positive for Covid in Brownsville, Texas A number of migrants seeking asylum and released by Border Patrol have tested positive to Covid-19 tests in Brownsville, Texas. Some plan to continue their journey to other cities and states.

McGowan: Covid death data fraud
I’ve had enough. The media continues to report what they consider the death toll from the Wuhan Virus, despite the fact that it is fiction and defies basic tenets of scientific integrity. Back in October Senator Hirono repeated, again, the “over 200,00” deaths statistic. This is a lie. I’ll explain why, but first let me tell you what qualifies me to know it’s a lie. […] Over the 30+ years that I spent managing aspects of death investigation I was always determined to uncover every piece of information that would lead to the filing of an accurate death certificate. That brings me to the big lie. Death certificates are pretty uniform in their structure and they call for strict accuracy in listing the relevant details. There are five critical lines on a death certificate, each having its own contribution to the final conclusion. The first (top) line is . . .

While a senator may insist a bill be read on the chamber floor, the formality is usually skipped through unanimous consent, according to The Hill.
