Daily News Roundup
NOTABLE QUOTES
Jim Hoft co-founder of Gateway Pundit: Exit polling on Tuesday showed Americans have had enough. 73% of voters were dissatisfied or angry about the destruction of the country – so they voted Democrat?
Rajan Laad contributor to American Thinker: Biden signed Executive Order 14019 back in March asking all 600 federal agencies to “consider ways to expand citizens’ opportunities to register to vote and to obtain information about, and participate in, the electoral process.” The details of what was actually done remain unclear. Perhaps Democrat voters were surgically mobilized? Perhaps voter identification rules were relaxed? We will never know because Biden refused to share details about its coordinated efforts to engage in a federal takeover of the administration of elections. This concealment makes it very suspicious.
Revolver.news: It’s way too early to say what will happen, but is a House with 230 Republicans an illusion? Did the GOP place too many eggs in the Latino basket? Not a lot of Latinos in Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Michigan? Or is it a steal?
Victoria Marshall contributor to The Federalist: Don’t let Democrats or the corporate media fool you. Before the 2020 election, election results in America were published on election night. This push to turn Election Day into “election week” is a brazen attempt by Democrats to ensure elections result in their favor. If the United States is one of the most technologically-advanced countries in the world, it should be able to count all its votes on Election Day.
Scott Johnson co-founder of Powerline Blog: What happened to the red wave? It was buried in an open grave. It began and ended in Florida.
Mary Chastain contributor to Legal Insurrection: The results from Tuesday might put America back to where she was on Monday…almost. The Red Wave did not happen.
Robert Spencer contributor to Frontpage Magazine: The night was, however, undeniably filled with disappointments. None of the COVID tyrants and Leftist ideologues who are destroying their once-great cities and states lost their elections.
Jim Hoft co-founder of Gateway Pundit: Republicans believed they would have a great midterm. They forgot that America is now under the control of the Communists.
Steve Hilton is a Fox News host: Democrats will see midterm results as green light for far-left extremist agenda.
Mark Wauck’s Substack blog: I’m appalled. Appalled at my country. I thought I had grown out of it, but I guess that lurking in the back of my mind was the assumption that, if confronted with the truth of what’s going on, the Common Man will ultimately decide for common sense. Last night was a particularly nasty wake-up call, flying in the face of even liberal polling.
Anders Hagstrom reporter with for Fox News Digital: “GOP Source tells me after tonight, with Trump candidates underperforming and DeSantis winning by double digits, 2024 is a “free for all,” wrote RealClearPolitics reporter Phil Wegmann. “‘Everybody in the water. If you want to take on Trump, he’s never been weaker.'”
Alain Grootaers’ Substack called Unconvenient opinion from Europe: “You Will Own Nothing and you Will Be Happy”, they once told us in a video at the WEF. The first part of that slogan is getting close. Allow me to have my doubts about the second part. Transcommunism is knocking at the door. Better not open.
GLOBALISM (GREAT RESET) & TRANSHUMANISM (HUMANS 2.0) ARE INEXTRICABLY LINKED
Grootaers: Transcommunism is coming.
Even the United Nations – apart from being an internationally very interesting New York talking shop for privileged people – turns out to be mostly an impotent mastodon where the original goal of Never Again War and Hunger is still a cynical illusion after 77 years. Today, we see the ‘Never let a good crisis go to waste’ reappearing in all kinds of bizarre initiatives: the best-known statement on this is of course that of WEF leader Klaus Schwab, who saw in the Covid crisis and the reactions to it not death, economic misery and an attack on fundamental human rights, but rather as he stated ‘a narrow window of opportunity’ to roll out the scenarios that have been ready since a few years and about which the man is very frank, by the way. You can read it all in his book The Great Reset. Now, the mainstream press is always a bit gun-shy about the WEF and very much underestimates the influence the ‘little club’ has on government leaders and policy. Anyone who comments on this is quickly dismissed as a conspiracy thinker. It is nothing more than an informal meeting of world leaders, influencers, NGOs and captains of industry, the specialised financial press said as recently as this spring. That now appears to be slightly different.

2022 ELECTION POST MORTEM
Marshall: The Left’s ‘Red Mirage’ Narrative Is Nothing More Than A Cover For Election-Rigging
On the eve of Election Day, when a red wave is expected to sweep the country, Democrats and their allies in the corporate press ramped up their propaganda campaign to normalize delayed election results. Prepare for a “red mirage,” they warned. It was a coordinated effort across corporate media. Headlines ranged from “Why The 2022 Midterm Election Results Might Not Be Known Right Away” (CBS News) to “Be patient: this election is probably going to go on awhile” (NPR) to “We won’t know all the midterm results on election night. That’s normal” (Vox) and finally this kicker from ABC: “Early election night results might not indicate final tallies (and why that’s ok).” Note ABC News’ framing, which posits that while early election night results might point to a red wave (as polls overwhelmingly suggest), it will all be a “mirage” as Democrats will catch up to (and surpass) their opponents once mail-in and absentee ballots are calculated in the coming days. Isabella Murray writes: . . .
Ring: The Partisan Rigging of the 2022 Election
In a society that retains trust in its institutions, the most authoritative source for news and information would probably be the publicly funded media property that is supposed to adhere to the highest standards of journalistic objectivity. Here in America, that would have been PBS. Except it isn’t. The American media, by and large, along with Silicon Valley’s social media communications oligopolies, are doing everything they can to deny American voters the opportunity to politically realign their nation. It’s always useful for conservatives to watch the legacy networks, starting with PBS, to fully appreciate the level of bias that pervades their “news” organizations. While watching them all the time might quickly become intolerable, return periodically to be reminded: The political content on these networks serve the interests of the Democratic Party. These days, and for at least the past year, PBS anchor Judy Woodruff, along with every PBS reporter, repeats the term “election denier” dozens of times during every daily news broadcast. They repeat it without irony, without hesitation or qualification. […] The media’s role in rigging elections to favor Democrats cannot easily be overstated, but it’s far from the only way in which elections in America are rigged. We’re all familiar with the way laws were ignored in swing states by partisan election officials. Depending on which state these violations occurred, they included ballot drop boxes, ballot harvesting, mailed ballots, changes in procedures governing ballot custody and ballot verification, same day registration, waiving voter ID requirements, and more. […] Democratic Party power will diminish as a result of this election. But if not for a rigged system that is rotten to the core, they would be handed a ticket to well-deserved oblivion.

Johnson: AFTER LAST NIGHT
I offer just a few comments — ranging from personal self-evaluation to national results to the local Minnesota scene — on the fiasco this time. Here are my thoughts more or less in the order they occur to me with the results of a few races still in doubt: • I was pessimistic as usual, but I prefer to think of my pessimism as the higher realism. • I expected the worst and hoped for the best, but I had no ken that the elections could have played out as poorly for Republicans as they have. • I regret having served up optimistic “tea leaves” over the past week. I was deluded. I was misled most of all by the polls served up by Robert Cahaly’s Trafalgar Group. They were not reliable indicators of what was to come. I think Cahaly was in good company in his errors, but I thought his recent record distinguished him from the pack. He has reverted to the professional polling norm, if not worse. I would like to know why. • What happened to the red wave?

Robinson: Mike Lindell Was Right About Voting Machines
My fellow Americans — as the stories about electronic voting machines “going down” or “glitching” or “malfunctioning” roll in from across America again on Election Day, I really don’t know whether to laugh or cry. One day I’m a “conspiracy theorist” — and the next day, most of America wakes up to the reality that electronic voting machines are a very bad idea. The situation is so absurd that even the frauds at Fox News have been forced to cover it!

Brown: Republican Voters Deserve Answers and Accountability
There’s no way to sugarcoat it — Republicans got bamboozled in the midterms. All the polls that we reported showing Republican candidates surging in the final weeks of their campaigns, the race ratings from the Cook Political Report, and the overconfident statements from GOP leaders were all significantly overly optimistic about what we all watched play out on Tuesday night. […] Those promising great success in order to consolidate power, in a drapes-measuring move, hoping to land a leadership position in a new Republican majority may be the worst offenders who owe the Republican electorate the most answers. Among them are the leadership of the Republican National Committee, including Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel, the chairs of the National Republican Congressional Committee — Rep. Tom Emmer (R-MN) — and National Republican Senatorial Committee — Sen. Rick Scott (R-FL), and the House Republican Leader — Rep. Kevin McCarthy (R-CA). […] So what gives?
Spencer: Red Ripple
The establishment media was setting us all up to accept a steal, proclaiming that on Tuesday evening, there might be a “Red Mirage,” that is, the appearance of overwhelming Republican victories that would later be overturned by bogus mail-in ballots, as soon as those who fix elections knew how many they needed. As it turned out, either the shenanigans are now so baked into the system that no prolonged period of fiddling with the totals is needed, or massive numbers of Americans actually like the way things are going under the misrule of Old Joe Biden’s handlers. To be sure, not all the news was bad for those who don’t want to see the United States become an authoritarian third-world hellhole.

Shurk: The Establishment Is Trying to Divide and Conquer MAGA
Consider the Republican Party’s consensus issues before Donald Trump descended the golden escalator and changed everything. By and large, Republican politicians defended the endless wars in Afghanistan and Iraq without question. They ignored the harms of illegal immigration as a taboo issue equated with racism. And they dismissed discussion of revitalizing American industry and manufacturing as unrealistic in a globalist system where cheap slave labor is plentiful overseas. Republicans touted free trade, strong defense, and conservative values. In practice, however, respect for free trade amounted to enormous international trade deals that often benefited multinational corporations and foreign financial titans at the expense of local American companies and their blue-collar workforces. […] This paradigm — in which the Republican Party claimed to stand for things they actually stood against — worked swimmingly until an outsider named Donald J. Trump came along, started asking troubling questions very publicly, and ended up jolting millions of Americans wide awake. Trump dismantled globalism’s secret interests by rejecting the Republican Party’s sacred cows. He chose Main Street over Wall Street, American industry over offshoring, American citizens over open borders, middle-class wealth over multinational profits, and American security over endless foreign wars. By doing so, he brought manufacturing jobs home, stymied illegal immigration, increased take-home pay and savings, and made America energy-independent.
In defending America and Americans’ direct interests and rejecting the globalist interests of a select planetary few, he shattered the D.C. Uniparty’s illusion of political disagreement and its shared commitment to a deeply un-American status quo. In the process, he . . .

Hoft: BLOOD MOON BLOODBATH… Democrats Steal Midterms, Communism Comes Home to America… Crime, Inflation, Record Gas Prices, War, Open Borders and Corruption WIN BIG
In a normal time, in a normal country, voters would reject record gas prices, record inflation, record crime rates, war and corruption. But not today. Once again, Democrats proved they can survive anything as long as they have their fraud. Americans reject every single dish the Democrats served. Yet, Democrats shocked Americans on Tuesday to win the US Senate, steal battleground states, and possibly keep the US Congress in Nancy Pelosi’s control, . . . […] Republicans dominated in states like Florida and Ohio, states Democrats have not yet stolen with their mail-in ballots, bloated voter rolls, ballot trafficking and manufacturing operations.
CHINA: AMERICA’S MORTAL ENEMY
Allen-EbrahimianPossible interference from Beijing looms over elections
Democratic countries are sounding the alarm about Chinese government efforts to illicitly influence their elections. The big picture: Governments, including Russia and the U.S., have long-documented histories of interfering with or attempting to influence the elections of other countries. Recent campaigns indicate that China is now getting into the game as well. Driving the news: U.S. federal officials warned state and local officials in September that China likely is aiming to meddle in congressional races to “hinder candidates perceived to be particularly adversarial to Beijing.”

BIDEN/HARRIS/OBAMA REGIME: TRANSFORMING AMERICA
Jeffrey: Biden Vows to Legalize Nationwide Killing of Unborn Babies
. . . last Sunday in New York, the man who cited his recognition of God-given rights in explaining his opposition to the confirmation of Judge Robert Bork to the Supreme Court declared once again that he intends to sign legislation declaring a nationwide right to abort unborn babies. “Look, here’s the bottom line: If Republicans gain control of Congress and pass a nationwide ban on abortion, I will veto it,” said Biden. “And if we elect — they give me two more Democrats in the Senate and we keep control of the House, we’re going to codify Roe v. Wade in January and make it the law of the land.” This is Biden’s commitment: to sign a law that legalizes the mass killing of innocent human beings.
Mangiaracina: Biden press secretary on persecution of pro-lifers: ‘Just not something I’m going to comment on’
“Former President Donald Trump said the radical Democrats are locking up pro-life activists, persecuting their political opponents. Just what is your White House response?” a reporter asked Jean-Pierre. “Clearly that’s not true. I’m not gonna say more than that. It’s just not true. It’s false. It’s a lie. It’s not true. So I’m going to move on.” The reporter continued, . . .

JUDICIARY
Gerstein & Cheney: Judge tosses Vindman’s suit against Trump allies
Alexander Vindman, the former National Security Council aide who helped trigger the first impeachment of former President Donald Trump, suffered a legal setback Tuesday as a federal judge tossed out a lawsuit in which Vindman accused several top Trump allies of conspiring to violate his civil rights.
U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg said Vindman’s allegations that he was smeared by the former president’s son Donald Trump Jr., adviser and attorney Rudy Giuliani, former Deputy White House Communications Director Julia Hahn and former deputy chief of staff Dan Scavino did not give Vindman a legal basis to sue the foursome under the Ku Klux Klan Act of 1871.

CLIMATE EMERGENCY: IT’S POLITICAL
(REPARATIONS) Kent: U.N. Tells Rich Countries to Pay $2 Trillion a Year for Climate ‘Justice’
An annual transfer of funds from rich to poor countries, starting at around $2 trillion by 2030 and rising thereafter, is needed for climate “justice” according to a U.N.-backed report released Tuesday. China has been specifically excluded from the demand for reparations, which includes taxes for fossil fuel companies on their global “carbon profits,” even as the Communist state’s greenhouse gas emissions now exceed the entire rest of the developed world combined. The first one trillion dollars alone should come from rich countries, investors and multilateral development banks, declared the analysis commissioned by Britain and Egypt, hosts respectively of the 2021 U.N. climate summit in Glasgow and this week’s COP27 event in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt. A further $1.4 trillion must then originate domestically from private and public sources, said the report seen by AFP.
Clark: Climate Expert Bjorn Lomborg Debunks Lancet’s Climate Doom Report: ‘Deliberately Deceptive’
A climate expert exposed an extreme report for hyping the supposed dangers of climate change just two days before the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP27) began in Egypt. “The climate crisis is killing us. #COP27 must deliver a down-payment on climate solutions that match the scale of the problem,” UN Secretary-General António Guterres tweeted Oct. 25, promoting a doom-peddling report on climate change from The Lancet. But Hoover Institution visiting fellow and climate expert Dr. Bjorn Lomborg tore apart The Lancet’s “deliberately deceptive” climate report in a Nov. 4 Wall Street Journal op-ed.
THE DEMOCRAT LED WAR ON CHILDREN: MUTILATION, CHILD SACRIFICE, SEXUALIZATION
Breckenridge: No, Manufacturing Children In A Petri Dish Isn’t A Reproductive Righ
Only an estimated 7 percent of lab-created children are born alive. An Illinois bill would cement treating children as objects. Illinois state Rep. Margaret Croke recently introduced House Bill 5779, a bill to legally secure a right “to make autonomous decisions about one’s own reproductive health, including the fundamental right to use or refuse reproductive health care.” This bill seeks to codify an individual right to rent wombs and manufacture children in artificial conditions, as well as to discard or hold in freezers an unlimited number of embryos. The bill would add to the state’s new law concerning “the fundamental right of an individual who becomes pregnant to continue the pregnancy and give birth to a child, or to have an abortion, and to make autonomous decisions about how to exercise that right.” Croke is also a co-author of a previously introduced bill that would force health insurance companies to subsidize surrogacy and other forms of assisted reproductive technology. Croke highlighted HB779 in her September newsletter immediately after announcing the birth of her daughter. While welcoming a new child into one’s family is certainly a cause for celebration, it’s hard to ignore the irony of juxtaposing a birth announcement with a bill that would legalize the killing of children.

Shank: New Children’s Book, ‘She Is She,’ Teaches the Traditional Identity of Girlhood
She is She, a kid’s book that emphasizes the beauty of being a girl, will fill the shelves in December and counteract the “progressive” LGTBQ+ agenda that has caused parents and school boards to argue over whether children should be exposed to gender identity ideology. Bethany and Ryan Bomberger, co-founders of the Radiance Foundation – a faith-based, educational nonprofit organization — wrote She is She to highlight the key components of being a female “in a world desperate to erase women altogether.”

AMATO: California Is So Bad, Hollywood Liberals Are Turning To A Republican To Protect Their Money
What’s gotten into California? All major newspapers in the state have done something remarkable: They endorsed Republican Lanhee Chen for controller, a highly influential role of chief fiscal officer for the state. Controller is likely the only state official who can put a check on California’s one party-monopoly by exposing government waste and demanding accountability — an important reminder of the importance of state offices. Newspapers up and down the famously liberal state, from the San Francisco Chronicle to the San Diego Tribune, have endorsed Chen.
Deese: Epstein victim Giuffre says she may have been mistaken in accusing Dershowitz
Giuffre’s 2019 lawsuit accused Dershowitz of defaming her when he denied her claim, and Dershowitz had countersued her. Both parties said they would agree not to sue each other again and waived their right to appeal. A joint statement announcing the settlement was released on Tuesday, with Giuffre saying that despite her long history of trafficking allegations against Dershowitz by proxy to Epstein, she cited her youth and the traumatic environment for mistaking the law professor, according to the New York Times, which obtained the letter and confirmed its authenticity through Dershowitz’s legal counsel.
Goldsberry: Home Depot workers in Philadelphia reject union
Workers at a Home Depot in Philadelphia voted 165-to-51 against establishing a union Saturday. If the vote on the petition had been successful, the National Labor Relations Board says 274 employees would have been represented by Home Depot Workers United, according to the Associated Press. It also would have been the first storewide labor union for the home improvement store chain, which has a total of 500,000 employees across its 2,316 stores in North America.
Bunyon: Earth’s population will hit EIGHT BILLION next week: Key milestone for humanity as life expectancy increases… with headcount already triple the 2.5 billion of 1950
The UN Population Division said that the population will continue to grow in the decades to come, with life expectancy set to increase to an average of 77.2 years by 2050. By November 15, the number of humans on Earth will grow to eight billion, more than three times higher than the 2.5 billion global headcount in 1950. […] In 2021, the average fertility rate was 2.3 children per woman over her lifetime, down from about five in 1950, according to the UN, which projects that number to fall to 2.1 by 2050. ‘We’ve reached a stage in the world where the majority of countries and the majority of people in this world are living in a country that is below replacement fertility,’ or roughly 2.1 children per woman, says Miss Snow. ‘Eight billion people, it is a momentous milestone for humanity,’ Miss Kanem said, praising an increase in life expectancy and fewer maternal and child deaths. ‘Yet, I realize this moment might not be celebrated by all. Some express concerns that our world is overpopulated. I am here to say clearly that the sheer number of human lives is not a cause for fear,’ she added. So, are there too many of us for Earth to sustain? Many experts say that this is the wrong question. Instead of the fear of overpopulation, we should focus on the overconsumption of the planet’s resources by the wealthiest among us.

Hoft: Brazilian Leaders and Military Reportedly Planning to Release Evidence of a Corrupted Election This Week
The report will show that the election was stolen from Bolsonaro. The Brazilian leaders are working with the military on uncovering the election issues with the corrupted election that took place only days ago. One of the Justices, Alexandre Moraes, is a real monster. He is threatening to imprison people for protesting a rigged election.
Milliere: France Sliding toward Barbarity and Chaos
October 15. The corpse of a 12-year-old girl hidden in a big plastic box is discovered on a sidewalk in the eastern part of Paris. The victim’s name was Lola. She was the daughter of the caretakers of the building where the murder took place. Witnesses, fingerprints and images from surveillance cameras quickly lead police to arrest a woman. She confessed but said she had absolutely no remorse. The details she gave, confirmed by the autopsy, are that she gagged Lola with tape, undressed her, tied her to a chair, raped her with objects, partially cut her throat, put the blood in a bottle and drank it, smoked a cigarette, then finished slitting Lola’s throat and beheaded her. The woman stabbed the corpse multiple times before placing it in a plastic box, and took it down to the street. The woman, a 24-year-old Algerian named Dahbia B., came to France on a student visa but did not leave after it expired in 2018. She had already been arrested by the police this August, ordered to leave France — and then released. She should not have been in France in the first place. Had she been deported, and if the French police and department of justice had done their job, Lola would still be with us. […] Illegal immigrants in France are the perpetrators of nearly half of crimes committed in the country, according to the recently published L’ordre nécessaire (“The Necessary Order”), by Didier Lallement, former chief of the Paris Police. Approximately 48% of all crimes committed in Paris in 2021, he notes, were committed by illegal immigrants. Murders almost as gruesome as Lola’s — most of which are committed by illegal immigrants — are committed nearly every day.

AP: Sandinistas complete their political domination of Nicaragua
Coming into Sunday’s elections, the party of President Daniel Ortega already controlled 141 of Nicaragua’s municipalities. But having outlawed the country’s main opposition parties and jailed dozens of opposition figures, the field was clear for the Sandinistas’ sweep. They appeared to achieve de facto single-party status, wresting control of the last 12 municipalities that had been in the hands of other parties, though those groups were considered collaborationist by much of the exiled opposition.
