Such is the power of individual free will when man chooses principle as his guide. Today is a time for the voices of the few to coalesce. What is at stake is nothing less than individual control over one’s life, liberty, property, privacy, and pursuit of happiness. Freedom of speech hangs in the balance, as do freedom of religion, freedom of the press, and the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances. That many of these natural rights were recorded together in America’s First Amendment is not accidental. They are intimately interwoven. To weaken any one, weakens them all.

Pegasus is “no click” targeting spyware that can be deployed against cellular phones, simply by inputting the phone number and transmitting to it. […]In a recent update from the New York Times they stated, “[it] has been used by police and intelligence services to hack the phones of drug kingpins and terrorists, but gained notoriety when it was revealed that governments, like Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Hungary and India, had deployed it against political dissidents, journalists and human rights workers. […] It was also recently revealed the U.S. FBI under Director Chris Wray purchased the Pegasus program for “FBI experiments” and “exploration” into how the spyware program could be used domestically. The FBI was initially reluctant to reveal their ownership of the Pegasus program, however, within FOIA documents related to the potential for domestic surveillance and concerns about fourth amendment constitutional protections, the FBI admitted they retain the capability – but promised it has not been deployed.

[…] Now, stay with me… The FBI is not saying they will not use Pegasus, they simply said they would not use the spyware outside of the legal framework for deployment without legal and valid investigative baselines. Put another way, if there was a court ordered search warrant, Pegasus would be a tool for use in criminal investigations. […] The special counsel appointment essentially means that congressional representatives are under investigation; and search warrants on their phones, text messages, emails, etc could be authorized. Then we overlay using DOJ-NSD defined terms of “national security threat” (that’s why they emphasized insurrection) and we find the pathway to gain legal search warrants on an incoming congressional caucus. Then the possibilities for Pegasus.

Former White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki has lost her battle in court after a federal judge ordered her to testify on the role Democrat President Joe Biden’s administration played in Big Tech’s efforts to censor Americans on social media. Judge Terry Doughty of the Western District of Louisiana issued the ruling on Monday. Psaki’s legal team has been battling to keep her out of the case. However, Doughty denied a motion by Psaki’s attorney asking to block a court order for her testimony. The judge said there is a public interest in “determining whether First Amendment free speech rights have been suppressed.”

Alabama’s Secretary of State-elect Wes Allen has announced that he will withdraw the state from the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC), a voter-roll management system with politically compromised ties. “I made a promise that I would withdraw Alabama from ERIC and I am keeping that promise,” Allen said in a statement. “I have informed them, via certified letter, that upon my inauguration on January 16, 2023, Alabama will immediately and permanently cease to transmit any information regarding any citizen in the State of Alabama to their organization and that we will no longer participate in any aspect of the ERIC program.” […] Additionally, per government watchdog Verity Vote, ERIC doesn’t actually clean states’ voter rolls, but rather inflates them. Though member states are allegedly required to clean their voter rolls, nothing happens. A March 2022 audit by Michigan’s auditor general found the state’s Bureau of Elections failed to sufficiently clean its voter rolls, though Michigan had joined ERIC in 2019. Likewise, the District of Columbia (another ERIC member) has also been sued for its failure to clean its rolls. [Note: AZ SOS Katie Hobbs a Democrat did not withdraw from ERIC. Hmmmm.

Solomon: Arizona GOP nominee sues election officials alleging incompetence impacted outcome of midterms

Arizona’s Republican Attorney General nominee Abe Hamadeh on Tuesday evening sued election officials across the state, alleging that “incompetence and mismanagement” had caused “pervasive errors” in the midterm elections. In a statement, Hamadeh said the Republican National Committee had joined him in filing the 25-page complaint in Maricopa County Superior Court. The suit comes as final unofficial vote tallies showed he lost to Democrat Kris Mayes by about 500 votes. An automatic recount is being launched.

Hoft: Nine-Hour Hearing Held in Delaware County After Officials Took a Detour from Counting Center into a Closed Building for 6 Hours on Election Day

As reported earlier – Pennsylvania election observers filed a complaint against the Delaware County Board of Elections after county officials took a detour on election night with the county’s ballots and v-drives into a closed building for six hours. Poll watchers were prevented from entering the building at the time. The county also deleted 194 voter registrations that were deleted after election day whose ballots were counted. Here are several allegations that were filed in a complaint last week in Delaware County.

Morrissey: Midterm scoreboard: GOP hits 220 in House after CA-22 call

Technically 219, but with the one pledged seat in CO-3, Republicans have hit 220 House seats in the next session of Congress. The painfully slow count in California finally accelerated in one district, the 22rd, representing Bakersfield and its environs. Incumbent Republican David Valadao edged out Democrat challenger Rudy Salas as almost all of the outstanding ballots got tallied. […] For now, the GOP has a seven-seat cushion at 220-213. If they lose the rest of the races, it will only narrow down to a five-seat cushion at 220-215, but it’s far more likely to get to at least 221-214 in the final count and might even finish at 222-213.

WPATH’s funders include the Arcus Foundation (“one of the largest LGBT funders in the world”), the Soros-backed Open Society Foundations, and the Tawani Foundation, headed by transgender billionaire Jennifer Pritzker.
