It’s a test of the “independent state legislature doctrine.” That legal position says that state/local courts cannot interfere in the redistricting process—the pickle here for those arguing in favor of the doctrine is that the Tar Heel state passed a law granting local courts the authority to review the maps. If successfully argued, critics warn that the “independent state legislature doctrine” could pave the way for single-party rule. Database latency — a geeky term, but that’s how they did it! A policeman pulls over a speeder. The police computer reports that three hours ago a similar vehicle and person held up a liquor store — so the police are on alert. No database latency. County election managers change the zip code of 31,000 voters on September 3. Ballots go out that week. Those 31,000 are undeliverable. Someone collects those valid ballots. On September 15^th, those addresses are quietly changed back. National Change of Address Database (NCOA) will not pick up those address changes. They didn’t happen because there is no history.

The 31,000 citizens were getting their mail just fine — except for ballots. Ballot addresses were driven by the county mail-in ballot database — the one that was changed, then changed back. Many states send ballots to everyone; the recipient is none the wiser that they never received a mail-in ballot. They may vote in person. Oops! “You already voted!” Ever heard that? Welcome to database latency. Our bad guy pals know they can change voter rolls, take an action, then change them back. Who would know?

Two Chinese H-6 bombers first crossed the air defense zone shortly before 5:50 am and proceeded to repeatedly fly over the KADIZ boundaries off of South Korea’s southern and northeast coasts the Joint Chief of Staff said, according to Seoul based news outlet Yonhap. After leaving South Korea’s KADIZ around 7 a.m., the two Chinese bombers returned some five hours later with Russian warplanes, including 4 TU-95 bombers and 2 SU-35 fighters, and flew over Seoul’s air defense identification zone through the Sea of Japan around 12:20 p.m.

These major companies rely on the government kneecapping the competition, with in this case is the competition of ideas. They have no interest in operating on a level playing field, and when they can’t, the moaning begins.

Current trends in sperm counts, if extrapolated, suggest that, as early as 2050, the species may have trouble reproducing. The median man will have a sperm count of zero, meaning that one half of all men will produce no sperm at all, and the other half will produce so few as to be functionally infertile. Researchers have further corroborated prior information gained on sperm counts in North America, Europe, and Australia, revealing the decline in sperm counts is mirrored in South and Central America, Asia, and Africa too. Declining fertility and the resulting “crisis of masculinity” have become a political issue in the U.S. recently, aided by Fox News host Tucker Carlson’s documentary, The End of Men. The film drew furious responses from the liberal media, who accused Carlson of “ramping fears” and “push[ing] pseudoscience onto impressionable men.” Now, Carlson’s claims look more prescient than pseudoscientific, with a team of researchers from Israel, the US, Denmark, Brazil and Spain analyzing sperm count data from 53 countries, in regions that had not previously been considered in such studies. While sperm count data for North America, Europe, and Oceania had already been subjected to rigorous analysis and discussion, the same was not true for data from Latin America, Asia and Africa. The researchers have been able to show, for the first time, that men in Latin America, Asia, and Africa are also suffering from exactly the same “significant decline” in total sperm counts (TSC) and sperm concentration (SC) as their counterparts in the West. What’s more, the researchers have also shown that the decline in TSC and SC has been accelerating globally since 2000.

That’s how you get Democrat-pliable Republicans such as Mitt Romney and craven Supreme Court justices like Anthony Kennedy to sign on. That’s how you manufacture a public opinion cascade, warning average Americans that they’ll be pummeled with lawsuits and ostracism if they dare think out loud. And that’s how Democrats in Congress are likely in the not-too-distant future — via HR 8404 — to make the case that marriage actually comes with privileges that discriminate against the unmarried. Disagree? You’re a bigot who deserves to be socially ostracized! Self-censorship in the face of such accusations will pave the way, as always.

There was no stocking for Navy Roberts in the 2021 display, either. So obviously these were deliberate moves. I don’t know the personal details of the relationship between the child’s mother, the child, and the Biden family other than what was said in 2021 and in 2022 by Lunden Roberts’ lawyer about how the Biden family – including Joe, Jill, and Hunter – allegedly have had no interaction with the child, but the omission of Navy from the display is awfully tacky all the same, in my opinion. For a family that says they pride themselves on inclusiveness and all that, this is not a very inclusive thing to do. So to recap, Hunter Biden, who has lucrative business interests in foreign countries including China, has said recently that he can’t afford what he’s currently paying for child support. And the First Family, which touted how Americans should “come together” in the spirit of the holidays, can’t even be bothered to include the name of his out-of-wedlock child in their Christmas display. Something is deeply wrong with this picture – both literally and figuratively speaking.
