Dominion is suing Fox News for $1.6 billion for defamation after becoming a target of alleged conspiracy theories regarding its voting machines being hacked and flipping election results. Marshall: Doctors Sue FDA For Prohibiting Ivermectin To Treat Covid-19

A group of doctors is suing the Food and Drug Administration and the Department of Health and Human Services for their various attempts at preventing ivermectin from being prescribed to treat Covid-19. Plaintiffs Robert L. Apter, Mary Talley Bowden, and Paul E. Marik argued the FDA tried to prohibit them from prescribing the drug, even though they have successfully used it in treating patients with the coronavirus. “The FDA generally cannot ban particular uses of human drugs once they are otherwise approved and admitted to the market, even if such use differs from the labeling — commonly referred to as ‘off-label’ use,” the lawsuit argues. “The FDA also cannot advise whether a patient should take an approved drug for a particular purpose.” […] “This was a coordinated campaign amongst the agencies to limit the use of ivermectin,” Pierre Kory, president and chief medical officer of the FLCCC, told The Federalist. “Multiple actions taken by the CDC and FDA, as well as the media over a two-week period were triggered by the release of data showing that there were 90,000 prescriptions being filled for ivermectin by the middle of August.”

According to The Beltway Report, a letter written by Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, made a criminal referral against Monro-Leighton, who admitted that she “just wanted to get attention.” She also admitted that an anonymous letter she sent to then-Sen. Kamala Harris describing a graphic sexual assault by Kavanaugh and a friend was not written by her, despite her original claim of being “Jane Doe from Oceanside, California.”

Analyzing what military demographics would be in 2040, the panelists concluded that men are not the top priority. In fact, all the “diverse” points of view on the panel agreed that the military will have to move beyond the American man and embrace the feminization of the armed forces. In its coverage of the conference, the Military Times relies heavily on the opinions of Lindsay Cohn, an associate professor of national security affairs at the Naval War College. Cohn believes that drug use and felony convictions will continue to reduce the male population’s eligibility for military service: one in seven American men commit felonies, which means that they are generally prohibited from serving in the military. And since women have higher rates of college education, they will continue to qualify for the officer ranks at a greater rate than men. A rational American citizen may see this set of circumstances as an emergency, but experts like Cohn and the Military Times relish this new reality as it moves the needle toward the military’s gender diversity goals.

And why wouldn’t he? His government is swimming in American cash. Americans have spent more than $100 billion on aid to Ukraine.
