But wait, there’s more! The coolant quotas get even more stringent next year. Moreover, other new EPA rules are directed at those who service air conditioners. Some of these pertain to the types of containers in which refrigerants can be housed and transported. And all of which are going to impose additional costs that will need to be passed on to the consumer. […] Thomas Lifson adds: This looks to me like war on the South, the bastion of conservatism and the GOP. If an when air conditioning is no longer available, the huge outflow of Californians, New Yorkers, and Illinoisians to Florida and Texas, among other states, will be halted and even reversed.

We recently discussed a federal judge enjoining the new Illinois law banning “assault weapons.” Now a gun shop in Naperville, Illinois has made it to the Supreme Court in seeking injunctive relief and Justice Amy Coney Barrett has given the proponents of the law until Monday to respond to the request.

On Tuesday afternoon, Barrett issued the order to the city of Naperville in Illinois after Robert Bevis, owner of Law Weapons & Supply, challenged two bans. First, he is challenging the Protect Illinois Communities Act (PICA) that was the subject of the earlier injunction. As the geography narrows before us, it is important to remember the stakes and avoid the distractions. As a consequence, the baseline must be reaffirmed. It is critical to understand that both the DNC and RNC are private corporations with no affiliation to government. It is a difficult shift in thinking, but the party system in U.S. politics revolves around two distinct private corporations, two clubs that feed from the same corporate trough and position for influence and affluence within a political dynamic they control. The priority for both clubs, Republican and Democrat, is NOT politically or culturally ideological. In the modern era, the corporate priority first begins with a battle over who controls each corporation. As long as there is no challenge, the clubs operate without issue. However, when there is a battle for control of the corporation, a battle that will ultimately determine the financial outcome, the internal battle becomes the priority. 2024 is going to be the election season when we see this corporate battle explode inside in the Republican group. Decades of entrenched power are at stake, and there has been four years of counter positioning and backroom discussion leading up to this moment. “This bill helps more Americans have access to the care they need, from the doctor they choose, at a price they can afford,” Webster said when he reintroduced the legislation late last month. Our economy can’t keep up. The money printing can’t be substituted for low productivity [sic]. So I think the whole financial lie is going to come home to roost just in time to prevent us from embarking on stupidity overseas. The other thing is that our armed forces are in terrible condition. The army is in no position to fight the Russians. I don’t think the British army is, either. I think everybody in Europe is aware of that, privately.

In 2015, as major New York bank filed suspicious activity reports flagging transactions related to several firms tied to Hunter Biden and his business partners. The reports led to a criminal investigation of Devon Archer, one of Hunter Biden’s closest business partners and fellow Burisma board member.
In May 2016, Archer was indicted in federal court on charges he fleeced an Indian tribe through a bond scheme. He eventually was convicted in 2018.

While the Hunter info is interesting, what’s really significant is that Luft told the DOJ that an FBI insider was “selling sealed U.S. law enforcement information to Chinese individuals”—and the DOJ didn’t care. Now, though, Congressman Comer’s House Oversight Committee has been investigating Luft’s claims:

In a March 2 interview with Maria Bartiromo on Fox, Comer referred to Luft as “the straw that broke the camel’s back.” He said that after word got out of Luft’s arrest, “we’ve had three people that were involved in the Hunter Biden shady business schemes that have communicated with my committee staff.”

The reason Luft’s information mattered so much is that it helped explain the money Hunter Biden was bringing in, As Robert Henoch, Luft’s lawyer said, “Congress has the Biden bank records but it doesn’t know the reason for the payments. Now it does. The information that the whistleblower Dr. Luft gave the DOJ four years ago is the missing link for the reason behind the China-Biden money transfers. Clearly, this is explosive stuff.” (Emphasis added.) […] It’s currently unknown whether he met with foul play or voluntarily dropped out of sight. However, what is well established is that since that fateful interview with the FBI in March 2019, Luft has made powerful enemies in both Chinese and American intelligence and, of course, in the Biden syndicate.

That’s actually the argument that this ridiculous judge bought. Further, it is now apparently acceptable for a man to get naked in front of little girls as long as the degenerates at the front desk of an establishment give him permission to enter the woman’s locker room. Does that really sound like a smart standard for society to be setting? Imagine how that policy could be used by abusers, but also understand that it doesn’t even have to be used in that way for these policies to be dangerous. The mere presence of a naked man in front of children is harmful and disgusting.

The fightback is on four fronts: a) banning gender-transitioning surgeries and treatments for minors; b) banning age-inappropriate curricula, transition coaching, and events like drag queen story hour, often thrust on minors without parental consent; c) preventing males from using women’s bathrooms and locker rooms; and d) ending the invasion of girls’ and women’s sports by males identifying as females. At least 16 states have passed or are developing laws to stop the targeting of children for transitioning. […] Champion swimmer Riley Gaines is speaking against this indoctrination and tyranny, not just about the loss of her records to Thomas, when she says: “We are watching the denial of the most basic of truths. There were twenty journals, five laptops, a suicide note, yearbooks, cellphones and various notes written by Hale, 28, that were seized from the house she shared with her parents. There have been press reports that the authorities consider the manifesto to be “astronomically dangerous.” They may be unsettling and even dangerous, but the question is the right of the authorities to keep such evidence from the public and the press. The government can always declare information to be too “dangerous” to release for a variety of reasons. However, we have a system that defaults to disclosures and public access.

Barnes, who has previously helped with ballot signature verification in Orlando, Fla., told Just the News on Friday that election workers aren’t given “enough time” to check if signatures are matching. Phoenix police have identified the man they arrested Thursday in connection with the death of 29-year-old Lauren Heike, who was found in a desert area in the northeastern part of the city. Zion William Teasley, 22, was charged on suspicion of first-degree murder in the stabbing death of Heike, according to Phoenix police. Heike was hiking April 28 on a desert trail near East Libby Street and North 65th Place before being killed, . . .[…] Teasley told investigators he grew up Christian and was struggling with his sexuality and worried about the “salvation of his soul due to his thoughts,” court documents detail. A real estate investor who was recently the victim of squatters is using his experience to help other landlords avoid court through a little-known Florida statute. “I’m more than happy to be the harbinger for other people to be able to find solutions to this kind of terrible, terrible situation that people get into,” Sam told Fox News. “If I can help even one person, then it’s worth it for me.” After recruiting a local news station to cover his situation in February, Sam received a tip that he could avoid the court system to evict the illegal occupants by using a Florida statute that allows police to remove them if he signs an affidavit claiming they are squatters. After the method remedied his situation, Sam has been spreading the word to help other Florida landlords.
