The new rule will permit boys and men who maintain a fiction, that they possess a gender other than their birth gender, not only to compete on girls’ and women’s teams but also to use their bathrooms and locker rooms. In practical terms, the Biden administration is about to codify a “statutory right” for boys and men to enter girls’ and women’s bathrooms, locker rooms, and sports teams nationwide with the full backing of federal law and law enforcement. Every deviant out there who wants to sexually assault a girl or a woman is about to acquire an ally in the Department of Education and the Department of Justice. California Takes a Big Step Towards Legalizing Shoplifting

If California isn’t already the nation’s shoplifting leader, it soon will be if State Senator Dave Cortese’s SB 553 becomes law, according to some retailers. The bill just passed the state Senate and now moves over to the Assembly. Ostensibly aimed at curbing workplace violence — a nice way of saying “criminals who come in to steal stuff and create the conditions for violence” — California Retailers Association chief Rachel Michelin described the bill in harsh terms. “It says no employee can approach someone who is shoplifting. So even if someone is trained on how to deter someone from doing that, now they’re not allowed to approach someone. So, what does that mean?” “We are opening up the door to allow people to walk into stores, steal and walk out,” she said.

Brown: Harrowing video shows Syrian refugee stabbing kids in French playground, including tot in stroller

Chilling video footage caught a Syrian refugee repeatedly stabbing screaming adults and kids in a French playground Thursday — including at least one toddler in a stroller. A 90-second clip shared online shows the man repeatedly running at people in the picturesque Alpine town of Annecy, injuring at least six people, including four kids under age 5 left fighting for their lives. Police later blamed a 31-year-old Syrian national with legal refugee status in France for the attack that President Emmanuel Macron called “an act of absolute cowardice.”
