She plans to indict the former President in the Atlanta courthouse in August. Ms. Willis has put together a list of Georgia-state election crimes to charge him with. Among those, Ga. Code Ann. § 21-2-603 — “conspiracy to commit election fraud.” If all goes well, she will add racketeering to the list; based on something to do with Trump’s collusion with “fake electors.” The first hurdle Willis must confront is of her own making. She will enter the courtroom with the assumption that President Trump’s claims that the 2020 election was “rigged” are false; and have proven to be “baseless.” She treats this assumption as if it were universally accepted fact: Trump is lying. Trump’s “big lie” is fundamental to her case. To support her premise, she may cite the dozens of judges who have tossed the Trump legal team’s lawsuits from their courts, seeing no evidence of fraud in the 2020 election. She is not so likely to draw the court’s attention to the fact that millions of Americans, who are not judges, have seen a plethora of evidence that amounts to nothing short of a calculated coup d’état, coordinated across several states. Such evidence ranges from expert analysis to published graphs showing impossible spikes in Biden votes in three battleground states: Wisconsin, Michigan and Georgia.These fantastic vote spikes were logged in the wee hours of election night when, according to reports, no observers were present, as would be required by law. Under the present delivery schedule, the first F-16s are not due to arrive in Ukraine until at least September, by which time the current Ukrainian counter-offensive will be drawing to a close.
Yet, such is the risk averse nature of the Biden administration in dealing with tyrannical regimes such as Putin’s Russia, that the White House’s primary concern as the mutiny unfolded was to reassure the Kremlin that it had played no role in provoking the uprising.
Such is the White House’s obsession with avoiding direct American involvement in any kind of global conflict prior to next year’s presidential election, that Biden’s default position when faced with any major crisis, whether it concerns Chinese aggression towards Taiwan or Russian war crimes in Ukraine, is to play down the possibility of Washington undertaking any meaningful response.

A new study finds that the mean age when people are diagnosed with “gender dysphoria” has plummeted from 2017 to 2021, and that girls on average experience severe gender confusion at earlier ages compared to boys. Conservatives aren’t buying the lead academic’s explanation for the proliferation of gender aberrance in children and the sex disparity: an average age of 11 for girls compared to 13 for boys, according to the study, authored by Ching-Fang Sun, a psychiatry resident physician at Virginia-Tech’s Carilion Clinic, School of Medicine. […] Sun is no ally of conservatives and feminists opposing radical trans ideology. She tweeted out Monday: “The decreasing mean age of gender dysphoria diagnosis suggests the emergence of a generation embracing gender diversity. It is important for parents to feel comfortable discussing gender-related topics with their children with a non-judgmental stance.”

The latest National Assessment of Educational Progress (NAEP) results released last week were quite distressing. The scores on the reading and math tests administered in October-December 2022 showed the steepest declines ever recorded since the tests were first administered. Peggy Carr, commissioner of the National Center for Educational Statistics (NCES), explains: “The mathematics decline for 13-year-olds was the single largest decline we have observed in the past half a century. The mathematics score for the lowest-performing students has returned to levels last seen in the 1970s, and the reading score for our lowest-performing students was actually lower than it was the very first year these data were collected, in 1971.” It’s worth noting that the result of the NAEP U.S. history and civics test, also taken in 2022, were no better. […] These dismal results beg the question: “Why is this happening?” […] So, what factors other than Covid are dumbing down our students? Teacher union honchos invariably blame a lack of money. But when you look at the numbers, this is a non-starter. According to NCES data, inflation-adjusted per-pupil spending rose from $7,089 in the 1971–72 school year to $17,013 in 2019–20, a whopping 140% increase.

If everyone did it in the same month/months, it would completely derail the entire system and send a clear message.” According to the Department of Education, if your loan remains delinquent for an extended period of time, it may go into default. “For a loan made under the William D. Ford Federal Direct Loan Program or the Federal Family Education Loan Program, you’re considered to be in default if you don’t make your scheduled student loan payments for at least 270 days,” the Education Department says. With Independence Day just around the corner, Bud Light is once again offering a rebate to customers on cases of beer. “Make Your July 4^th Weekend Easy to Enjoy,” the promotional ad reads. “Get up to $15 back via rebate.” Customers can submit up to three rebates for beer that was purchased between June 15 and July 8, totaling $45. Mion: National Archives completes review of JFK assassination documents, 99% publicly available: White House

In a memo released Friday, President Biden revealed that the archivist finished the review in May and that the remaining documents authorized to be declassified had been released to the public. The announcement comes on the day of a previously established deadline to declassify the documents.

The Warren Commission’s report on Kennedy’s assassination was initially sealed until 2039 until Congress passed the JFK Records Act of 1992, directing the National Archives and Records Administration to create a collection of documents on the former president’s assassination.

Averre: Gun battles break out in West Bank as Israel’s military launches huge ‘counterterrorism’ raid killing at least seven Palestinians in militant stronghold

Israel launched what appeared to be a major military operation in the West bank early Monday, deploying hundreds of troops into Palestinian territory and conducting drone strikes on what it said were militant strongholds in and around Jenin. At least seven Palestinians were killed in the strikes with dozens more injured, according to the Palestinian health ministry. ‘There is bombing from the air and an invasion from the ground,’ Mahmoud al-Saadi, director of the Palestinian Red Crescent in Jenin, told AFP. ‘Several houses and sites have been bombed… smoke is rising from everywhere.’ […] Israel has occupied the West Bank since the Six-Day War of 1967. Excluding annexed east Jerusalem, the territory is now home to around 490,000 Israelis who live in settlements considered illegal under international law. The Palestinians, who seek their own independent state, want Israel to withdraw from all land it occupied in the Six-Day War and to dismantle all Jewish settlements. The tensions regularly spill over into localised conflicts, but the scale of operation launched by the Israeli army this morning has not been seen in years.

Last Tuesday, June 27, two police officers in Nanterre, a banlieue (suburb) of Paris, stopped a car whose driver then pulled away, whereupon one of the officers fired at it. His shot killed the driver, Nahel Merzouk, a 17-year-old of Algerian parentage who turned out to have a remarkably long rap sheet for someone of his tender years, including over a dozen arrests. When news of Nahel’s killing spread, swarms of French Muslims – without waiting to obtain further information about the case – took to the streets, setting fire, that night and on the nights that followed, to countless vehicles and bus shelters, plus innumerable buildings, including dozens of schools and city halls and police stations, at first in Paris and its outskirts and later in other French (and even Belgian) municipalities. A library in Metz – recently enlarged for the benefit of Muslim youth “who wanted to work, study, read, and have a haven of peace” – was burned to the ground. So was a transport depot in Aubervilliers. A Holocaust memorial in Nanterre was desecrated, with vandals writing on it that they planned to perpetrate “a new Holocaust.” And the homes of several mayors have been attacked.
