[…] According to the NSA, there are “levels of privilege” based on how well transgender people are “recognized as their correct gender.” The NSA describes an individual’s delusions of identifying in opposition to biological reality as living with his or her “correct gender.” The NSA also schools readers on sensitivity and frequently flags “problematic” language. For example, “sex change” is “an outdated and often offensive term,” and “homosexual … is not a preferred term” because “Homosexual males typically prefer the term gay and homosexual females typically prefer the term lesbian.” The NSA does not explain how any of this is relevant to national security. Aside from bizarre sex and gender verbiage, the glossary promotes racist rhetoric, such as the term “white fragility,” . . .

Oklahoma district judge nominee Sara Hill apparently lied about her previous pledge to ignore state abortion laws on Cherokee Nation land following the historic Dobbs v. Jackson ruling. Hill, a Cherokee herself, was previously attorney general of the Cherokee Nation. During a Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on Wednesday, Sen. Mike Lee, R-Utah, asked Hill whether she had said that she “had no intent to enforce the law post-Dobbs.” Hill responded by claiming she “never said that.” However, video footage from her time as attorney general demonstrates otherwise. […] Despite Wednesday’s shameful hearing, Biden is not done making diversity nominations. That same day, the president announced five more federal judicial nominees — three of which are “diversity” picks. Nicole Berner, a lesbian and the general counsel of the Service Employees International Union, was nominated for the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. If confirmed, she would be that court’s first openly homosexual judge. Adeel Mangi, nominated for the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, would be the first Muslim-American circuit court judge if confirmed. Nominee Cristal Brisco would be the first black female U.S. district court judge in the Northern District of Indiana.

White House counsel Ed Siskel bragged that the nominees are “four women, two nominees from a state represented by Senate Republicans, and three historic first nominees.”

As of now, it appears that owing either to U.S. insistence or the Israel Defense Forces’ operational preferences, Israel is leaning towards keeping the issue of Hezbollah-controlled Lebanon on the back burner in the hopes of not having to engage Iran’s most powerful proxy force directly. The argument presented on behalf of this approach is that by defeating Hamas completely and reducing Gaza to rubble, Israel will deter Hezbollah from attacking it for the foreseeable future. While reasonable in theory, this view appears to ignore two key aspects of the strategic equation. First, we need to understand what it means that Hamas and its partners/trainers/suppliers/bosses in Iran and Hezbollah-controlled Lebanon planned this war for two years. With two years to prepare, we should assume they gamed all possible scenarios and planned for them, including Israel’s current operation in the Gaza Strip. Israeli commentators like to insist that Hamas was doubtlessly taken by surprise by the ferocity of Israel’s response to their one-day Holocaust. But given their meticulous planning, this assertion is highly unlikely. The second thing we need to consider is the nature of our enemy. Hamas, Hezbollah and the Iranian regime do not care about the societies they control. They are jihadists. In their religious war, all Muslims are obligated to participate. Some are destined to be fighters and martyrs. Some are tasked with serving as human shields. Hamas doesn’t care if Gaza is reduced to rubble if its cause of reducing Israel to rubble is advanced. This brings us to Hezbollah.

Following Israel’s invasion of Lebanon in 1982 to expel the secular Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO), members of the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) were sent to Lebanon to work with the country’s Shiite community to push Israel out of Beirut. In the city of Tyre, Hezbollah, with support from Tehran, employed suicide bombings via car bombs against Israeli forces, leading to shocking and devastating losses. The group later bombed the United Staes embassy and Marine barracks through truck bombs, shocking the international community. As a result of the group’s actions, the US government pulled all military forces out of Lebanon, granting Iran and Hezbollah a political victory. As Lebanon’s Shiite community grew more and more supportive of Hezbollah, the IRCG began expanding its operations in Southern Lebanon, assisting with the group’s official creation in 1985. The newly-created Iran proxy vowed to resist Israeli occupation and champion the rights of Lebanon’s Shiite population.

Some human beings can only learn through pain. Instead of punishing crime, however, the modern American regime supports its increase.

American superstar Pat Boone, whose record sales during his peak period were rivaled only by those of Elvis Presley, is the author who gave Israel what has been called the nation’s “2nd Jewish National Anthem.” Boone wrote the lyrics to the theme by Ernest Gold for Otto Preminger’s 1960 Academy Award-winning epic “Exodus,” starring Paul Newman.
