Polybius a Greek historian explains how a democracy degenerates into tyranny: So when [the rich] begin to hanker after office, and find that they cannot achieve it through their own efforts or on their merits, they begin to seduce and corrupt the people in every possible way, and thus ruin their estates. The result is that through their senseless craving for prominence they stimulate among the masses both an appetite for bribes and the habit of receiving them, and then the rule of democracy is transformed into government by violence and strong-arm methods. By this time the people have become accustomed to feed at the expense of others, and their prospects of winning a livelihood depend upon the property of their neighbors, and as soon as they find a leader who is sufficiently ambitious and daring . . . they introduce a regime based on violence.

Joe Allen contributor to The Federalist: If technocrats are given total access to our detailed data imprints, just imagine the power that targeted messaging could exert on a person, or an entire population. They don’t call it the “Google God” for nothing.

Ashe Schow contributor to The Daily Wire questions the latest move by the Democrat Party to rename segregation as affinity group: America decided decades ago that segregation was bad, so why do Democrats want to bring it back?

Daniel Greenfield contributor to Frontpage Magazine skewers Biden for waiving intellectual property rights for the coronavirus vaccine to help China: I’m no fan of the pharmaceutical industry, but major companies made a deal with the Trump administration to pull off a moonshot that Biden is now going to hand over to China.

Brian C. Joondeph, MD contributor to American Thinker: The CDC director said their data, “suggests that vaccinated people do not carry the virus” yet vaccinated people are still distanced and masked. Is the CDC about public health or just another political arm of the ruling class, like the FBI and DOJ?

Dr. Patrick Moore Greenpeace co-founder mocks scientists holding a funeral for an Oregon glacier: “Ridiculous, a requiem for melting ice. Glaciers are not alive. Now some trees will be able to grow where the glacier had rendered the land lifeless. There is nothing “good” about glaciers except perhaps their scenic appeal. When they advance they gouge massive scars in the landscape, destroying all life before them. Would the ‘greens’ prefer that the glaciers were advancing into what is forest and farmland today? Or do they think glaciers can just freeze in time and never shrink or advance again? Given the choice between advancing versus retreating I say let them melt in peace to expose new land for greening. Our CO2 emissions will accelerate the greening so the Earth will be more bountiful as it was before this Pleistocene Ice Age set in 2.5 million years ago, ending 250 million years of a much warmer climate during which life flourished from pole-to-pole.”

Clear Energy Alliance tweeted: When scientists do such emotional, irrational things like holding funerals for glaciers, you know that person is now practicing political science.

Chang: Microwaving the White House: Enemies Are Now Sonic Attacking Americans from American Soil
Unidentified parties have in recent years been directing sonic attacks on U.S. officials on American soil. One such attack even occurred on the grounds of the White House. We should not be surprised. Failure to impose costs on known sonic attackers — the Cuban and Chinese regimes — almost certainly emboldened the perpetrators to think they could harm Americans in America. Two attacks, both from American soil, have involved National Security Council officials, one on the White House’s south lawn, the Ellipse, last November and another after Thanksgiving in 2019 in Arlington, Virginia.
The earlier attack involved a White House staffer walking her dog. The pet “started seizing up,” and then she too suffered “a high-pitched ringing in her ears, an intense headache, and a tingling on the side of her face. […] At the moment, only individuals have been targeted. What, however, is to stop another escalation? “If we do nothing,” Richard Fisher of the International Assessment and Strategy Center told Gatestone, “then China or Russia will deploy these devices for large-scale use on the eve of a major military conflict.” Think of the possibilities. “Imagine microwave weapon trucks on the bluffs overlooking the Pentagon,” Fisher, a leading China military expert, said.

(H/T DS) )The Election Wizard: BREAKING: Michigan lawsuit claims to have ‘cracked’ Dominion election code
Last month, Michigan constitutional attorney Matthew DePerno released his much anticipated Michigan Elections Forensics Report. […] Today, DePerno released another expert exhibit, which claims to have cracked the Dominion code. In court filings, DePerno alleges his expert, Jeff Lenberg, conducted tests that “replicate the vote tally errors” seen in Antrim county. DePerno asserts these errors run counter to the “human error” narrative.

Episode 924 – Trust Busting the Aristocracy … Josh Hawley and Rudy Giuliani Expose Corruption of Big Tech and the Uniparty (w/ Josh Hawley, Rudy Giuliani, Matthew S. DePerno)
Stephen K. Bannon went off on the “disgusting hypocrites,” and “completely revolting” compromised Biden regime going after Rudy Giuliani. Giuliani returned to War Room, Wednesday, and announced a major bombshell. The feds started spying on Giuliani the very same day he became President Trump’s attorney in May 2018. Before his appearance, Bannon gave his support […] Matthew DePerno, constitutional attorney in Michigan, revealed the forensic evidence shows Dominion voting machines had an unauthorized implant installed to circumvent its own security features. DePerno said forensic images obtained in December 2020 show machines were connected to the internet, and evidence of “even remnants of foreign connections.” “We’re the only case in the country […] Rudy Giuliani revealed the federal government secured a covert warrant to spy on him the exact same day he became President Donald Trump’s attorney. Giuliani told War Room, Wednesday, the secret warrant was secured on May 1, 2018 — meaning the government had access to the President’s most personal and sacrosanct communications with his lawyer […] Sen. Josh Hawley says America is becoming the aristocracy the Founders warned against, and must act quickly to reassert our Constitution. Hawley said Facebook extending President Trump’s ban is a “case study” in monopoly. They aren’t worried about the 74 million (plus) Trump voters, because they have no competition. “This board isn’t independent of Facebook,” […]

Sundance: DOJ Attempts to Get Involved in Arizona Ballot Audit – As Predicted DOJ Civil Rights Division Cites Lawfare Activists and Media Reports as Evidence of Concern
Everyone knew this was coming…. The Feds are attempting to get involved in the Maricopa County ballot audit. The DOJ Civil Rights Division has sent a letter [pdf available here] to the Arizona State Senate claiming their review of Lawfare statements and media reports may show evidence of auditing issues that violate federal laws. Last week a group of Lawfare activists [SEE HERE], including New York University Law School – which leads to Andrew Weissmann, asked the DOJ to get involved. The ridiculous letter from the Biden DOJ goes on to cite media reports from the Washington Post as evidence to justify their involvement. Remember, previously the DOJ narrative was that each state makes up its own election rules. Now the DOJ is saying, falsely, that Arizona might be breaking federal laws.

Billingsley: Faucism in Theory and Practice
Anthony Fauci is hailed as the nation’s leading expert on infectious diseases. In reality, he’s the nation’s leading white coat supremacist and a “deep state fraud.” […] Margaret Brennan might also have asked Fauci where he earned his Ph.D. in biochemistry or molecular biology. As it happens, Fauci’s bio shows no advanced degrees in those disciplines, so strictly speaking he is not a virologist. That could account for the way he goes “back and forth” on just about every aspect of the pandemic. In the early going, he favored prophecies based on computer models, and scientific statements were hard to find. Fauci earned a medical degree in 1966 and two years later was hired on with the National Institutes of Health. In the 1990s Nobel laureate Kary Mullis, Ph.D. in biochemistry from UC Berkeley and inventor of the polymerase chain reaction (PCR), said Fauci “doesn’t understand electron microscopy and he doesn’t understand medicine. He should not be in a position like he’s in.” […] Fauci is a powerful politician who never has to face the voters.

Toameh: Arabs Warn West: Do Not Let Iran Fool You
Arabs are growing increasingly concerned about Iran’s sinister intentions and deception as the Iranians and representatives of Germany, France, Britain, Russia, and China continue their negotiations in Vienna about reviving the 2015 Iran nuclear deal, which the Trump administration abandoned in 2018.
The deal, known as the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), is ostensibly aimed at preventing Iran from developing nuclear weapons. Under the JCPOA, Iran agreed to eliminate its stockpile of medium-enriched uranium, cut its stockpile of low-enriched uranium by 98%, and reduce by about two-thirds the number of uranium gas centrifuges for 13 years. After the deal expires in a few years, however, Iran may build as many nuclear weapons as it wants. In that sense, the JCPOA deal was a runway to a full-blown nuclear weapons program. On May 8, 2019, Trump announced the US withdrawal from the JCPOA, which Iran had been secretly violating, and Iran has been repeatedly violating the terms of the accord ever since. The Iranians appear optimistic that the talks will bring the US back to the deal, saying a “new understanding” seems to be taking shape.

VDH: Are Americans Becoming Sovietized?
What ultimately ended the nihilist Soviet system? Was it not that Russians finally tired of the Kremlin’s lies and hypocrisies that permeated every facet of their falsified lives? Here are 10 symptoms of Sovietism. Ask yourself whether we are headed down this same road to perdition. 1) There was no escape from ideological indoctrination—anywhere. TV commercials, a job in the bureaucracy, or military assignment all hinged not so much on merit, expertise, or past achievement. What mattered was loud enthusiasm for the Soviet system. Wokeness is becoming our new Soviet-like state religion. Careerists assert . . .
2) The Soviets fused their press with the government. Pravda or “Truth” was the official megaphone of state-sanctioned lies. Journalists simply regurgitated the talking points of their Party partners. In 2017, . . .

Greenfield: Biden Offers Vaccines Developed by Trump as Free Gift to China
Now they won’t even have to hack anything. Beijing Biden’s gonna give it away to them. The Department of Justice on Tuesday accused two Chinese nationals, who it said were working on behalf of the Chinese government, of stealing trade secrets and hacking into computer systems of firms working on the Covid-19 vaccine. According to the 11-count indictment, . . . Now the hacks are coming from the inside. […] The only country able to rapidly roll out production fast enough to take advantage of the waiver is the People’s Republic of China. China’s vaccine program has been a miserable failure . . .

DeVore: Critical Race Theory Illuminates Democrats’ Master Plan To End Honest Elections In America
Those defending the traditional American view of elections—free, open, and by secret ballot—don’t recognize the nature of the opposition. How rights are viewed—individual or collective—explains today’s sharp disagreement over the rules for running elections, both in Congress and in states considering election integrity bills. Democrats—specifically the dominant extremist variety—view rights through the collective lens of race. Critical race theory (CRT), based in Marxism, is essential to understanding their objectives. CRT holds that personage is irrelevant and the immutable trait of race is paramount. Thus, by definition, all politics are “identity politics,” as declared by University of California at Berkeley School of Law professors Ian Haney-Lopez and Cheryl I. Harris, the co-founders of critical race studies at UCLA School of Law, during a roundtable last October on CRT and the 2020 election.

Balch: Toward a National Liberation Movement
The goal isn’t civil war, it’s the redemption of our republic from alien servitude and inching obliteration. […] The goal isn’t civil war, it’s redemption of our republic from alien servitude and inching obliteration. What we want is what happened to most of the colonial empires during the middle of the 20th century, a collapse of overlord confidence and peaceful transfer of power back to “the natives”—us. Faced with a morally empowered resistance, drawing clear lines, and sparing no feelings, we can peel away the regime’s collaborators and, by isolating its core, break it. Alas, our rulers have no physical homeland to which to retreat, making ousting them harder. On the other hand, their inanity ensures that there will be a long train of discrediting events on their watch. This kind of nationalist movement is not presented as an alternative to winning elections and finding strong leaders at the federal and state levels. But it’s an indispensable supplement.

Joondeph,M.D.: The Incredible Vanishing Flu
Seasonal influenza, also known as “the flu,” visits America every year, similar to tornados, thunderstorms, heat waves, and snowstorms. As tracked by the CDC, over the past decade symptomatic flu cases ranged from 9 to 45 million cases per year in the US. Hospitalizations varied from 140 to 810 thousand, and deaths from 12 to 61 thousand, depending on the particular year, strain of influenza, and effectiveness of the vaccine. This year, “flu activity is unusually low at this time” according to CDC surveillance. Since late September 2020, they recorded only about 2000 cases, a minute fraction of the tens of millions of cases in past years. Hospitalizations this flu season are minimal with only 224 confirmed influenza hospitalizations from September 2020 to mid-April 202, nowhere near the hundreds of thousands of hospitalizations in past seasons. Deaths are harder to measure since the CDC conveniently changed how deaths are characterized this past year. Instead of pneumonia, influenza, and COVID being in separate categories, now it’s called PIC, lumping the three entities together.[…] Could “the mere presence of the corona virus” suppress flu cases? As in the big tough Chinese alpha male coronavirus scaring away the metrosexual beta male influenza virus? Has social justice and wokeness penetrated viral capsids? Perhaps that makes sense to CNN anchors. I’ll throw out an idea, namely . . .
