Harriet Hageman defeated Rep, Liz Cheney in last night Wyoming primary: “Wyoming has spoken on behalf of everyone who understands that our government is a government of, by, and for the people… While it may not be easy, we can dislodge entrenched politicians who believe they’ve risen above the people they are supposed to serve.”

Rajan Laad contributor to American Thinker: A good concession speech is one where losing candidates congratulates the winner, accepts defeat, respects the voters and their choice, thanks their team and family, and wishes everyone well. Humility and graciousness are the key to it all. It always helps if the speech ends with a call to unity. Cheney’s speech was smug, sanctimonious, and passive-aggressive. She revealed herself to be a sore loser.

Victoria Marshall contributor to The Federalist: Cheney didn’t sacrifice anything by going after Trump and losing her House seat. With media contracts, book deals, and plum positions in the military-industrial complex, she’ll continually be met with thunderous applause by the D.C. establishment that’s grown increasingly detached from Americans. She’s no martyr.

Russell Kirk contributor to The Imaginative Conservative: Are there men and women in America today possessed of virtue sufficient to withstand and repel the forces of disorder? Or have we, as a people, grown too fond of creature-comforts and a fancied security to venture our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor in any cause at all? “The superior man thinks always of virtue,” Confucius told his disciples; “the common man thinks of comfort.” Such considerations in recent years have raised up again that old word “virtue,” which in the first half of this century had sunk almost out of sight.

Joseph Pearce is a senior contributor to The Imaginative Conservative: True civilization is a culture animated by the transcendental trinity of the good, the true, and the beautiful. The authentic presence of goodness is love and its manifestation in virtue; the authentic presence of truth is to be seen in the culture’s conformity to reason, properly understood as an engagement with the objective reality beyond the confines of egocentric subjectivism; the authentic presence of the beautiful is a reverence for the beauty of Creation and creativity, properly perceived in the outpouring of gratitude which is the fruit of humility. A society informed and animated by such a culture is truly civilized.

Charles Brandt contributor to The Federalist explains one of the dangers in the Democrat’s Supreme Court Tenure Establishment and Retirement Modernization (TERM) Act: Further compounding its delegitimizing effect, the TERM Act would turn presidential elections into existential contests for control of the Supreme Court and the direction of American case law. Because the bill guarantees two Supreme Court nominations per presidential term, candidates and parties would surely campaign on a pool of favored jurists from whom to pick. They may even preemptively select two nominees to curry the favor of certain voters. And with the selection of justices fused into electoral politics, the voting public would see them as politicians in black robes, indistinguishable from the heads of departments, agencies, or commissions.

Joe Allen contributor to Singularity: Artificial intelligence is pulling new vaccines out of the Platonic realm. Automated labs are on standby, prepared to crank out alien strands of mRNA and pack them into toxic nanoparticles. A billion empty syringes are waiting on shelves. This is not science fiction. These jabs will be on the market before you can say “boostah.” Google. Moderna. Microsoft. They’re all racing to the edge. This is corporate transhumanism in all its avaricious glory, riding waves of propaganda and channeled by the biosecurity state.

James B. Miegs contributor to City Journal: Today’s economic and geopolitical crises may be an opportunity for climate activists to dial down the catastrophism and focus on policies that actually reduce carbon—without destroying our standard of living. For decades, radicals and even mainstream environmentalists have spoken the language of deprivation.

Margot Cleveland is The Federalist’s senior legal correspondent: No matter the excuse provided for the raid, however, the reality remains that the Biden administration launched an unnecessary grand jury criminal investigation into Trump based on a referral from a partisan archivist. And all Americans of goodwill see the obvious difference in the government’s treatment of Clinton, Obama, and Trump, proving the purpose of the investigation was “to get” Trump and not the documents.

Dr. Patrick Carter, the co-director of the University of Michigan’s Institute for Firearm Injury Prevention: When you think about the field of motor vehicle crash injury prevention, we saw the highest number of motor vehicle crash deaths in this country in the mid-1950s. In the subsequent 50 years, we’ve been able to reduce the number of people who die and or injured in car crashes every year by 70%. And we did that through the application of rigorous research methods and funding by the federal government. And we can do the same thing with firearms. We just haven’t been able to until most recently.

Allen; Jab 2.0 for Humanity 2.0 – Hurtling Down the AI-to-Vaxx Pipeline

In the next few years, a flood of experimental mRNA vaccines—all designed using AI—will flood the pharmaceutical market. Moderna is working on fifteen different concoctions, targeting everything from the common flu and HIV to malaria and dengue fever. If they can drum up enough public anxiety, we’ll soon see two-legged bio-machines lined up around the block to get their injectable updates. “We call mRNA the software of life,” Moderna’s CEO told MIT Sloan. “You can copy and paste the information into a lot of drugs by using the same technology.” In the spirit of biodigital convergence, Moderna has trademarked the name “mRNA OS”—as in “mRNA operating system.” Back in 2017, Moderna’s chief medical officer, Tal Zaks, explained this approach to his TEDx audience: We’ve been living this phenomenal digital and scientific revolution. And I’m here today to tell you that we’re actually hacking the software of life. Using Moderna’s zany jargon, Zaks described the transcription of DNA into mRNA and proteins as an “operating system”: If you think about what it is we’re trying to do, we’ve taken information…and how that information is transmitted in a cell. And we’ve taken our understanding of medicine and how to make drugs. And we’re fusing the two. We think of it as “information therapy.”

Kirk: Virtue: Can It Be Taught?

Are there men and women in America today possessed of virtue sufficient to withstand and repel the forces of disorder? Or have we, as a people, grown too fond of creature-comforts and a fancied security to venture our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor in any cause at all? “The superior man thinks always of virtue,” Confucius told his disciples; “the common man thinks of comfort.” Such considerations in recent years have raised up again that old word “virtue,” which in the first half of this century had sunk almost out of sight. In this essay I shall venture first to offer you a renewed apprehension of what “virtue” means; and then to suggest how far it may be possible to restore an active virtue in our public and our private life. If we lack virtue, we will not long continue to enjoy comfort – not in an age when Giant Ideology and Giant Envy swagger balefully about the world. […]  When we say that a man or a woman is virtuous, what do we mean? Plato declared that there are four chief virtues of the soul: . . .

Kelly: It’s Inevitable: Trump Will Be Indicted

Americans should prepare for the spectacle of Donald Trump pleading not guilty to charges brought by the Biden Justice Department. Few days after federal agents stormed Donald Trump’s castle in Palm Beach last week, Judge Beryl Howell berated a man from Georgia for his involvement in the Capitol protest on January 6, 2021. “Listening without question to political rhetoric that leads to serious offenses, criminal conduct, is not an excuse when you’re standing in a court of law,” Howell told Glen Simon, a Trump supporter who pleaded guilty to disorderly conduct on restricted grounds. “You’ve got to use your common sense and your own sense of who you are and how you’d like to conduct yourself as an American citizen before just blindly doing what a political figure says.” Howell then sentenced Simon to eight months in prison. The “political figure” to whom the judge was referring is President Trump. And Howell is not just any judge; she is the chief judge of the D.C. District Court that is overseeing at least 850 criminal cases related to the Capitol protest. Appointed by Barack Obama in 2010, Howell does not disguise her partisan leanings or her contempt for Trump supporters. […] As evidence mounts that Trump supporters cannot get a fair trial in Washington—surveys of prospective jurors conducted by defense counsel show a heavy bias against January 6 protesters—D.C. District Court judges have denied each change of venue motion. Coverage of the January 6 select committee hearings undoubtedly has amplified that bias, especially for high-profile defendants such as members of the Oath Keepers. The committee has focused on the roles of both the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys, airing videos of their conduct that day and attempting to tie these alleged militias to Donald Trump.

Satamian: Donald Trump Says ‘Temperature Has to be Brought Down’ in First Interview Following FBI Raid

Following the FBI raid of Mar-a-Lago, Trump says he “will do whatever” he can “to help the country.” He told Fox News Digital that the “temperature has to be brought down” while saying the American people are “not going to stand for another scam.” Trump says he asked his representatives to reach out to the Department of Justice to give a helping hand in the midst of shock and anger due to the FBI’s raid. Trump says the records are declassified. “The country is in a very dangerous position. There is tremendous anger, like I’ve never seen before, over all of the scams, and this new one—years of scams and witch hunts, and now this.” He continues: . . . […]  If the DOJ does not want to see more chaos, they should work with Trump and his team to bring the temperature down.

War Room: Boris Epshteyn Confirms President Trump Possesses Footage Of FBI Raid On Mar-a-Lago

Boris Epshteyn, adviser to President Trump, looks at where we stand one week after the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago. “Let’s not lose the fact that when they rolled in there, the DOJ and the FBI requested that the camera be turned off. They demanded that the cameras be turned off. President Trump and his team refused…. They also did not allow the attorneys to observe… So what is the DOJ, what is the FBI, what are they hiding?… To me, this has been a completely corrupt, completely despicable action, and … the American public see it for exactly what it is.”

Kunstler: A Different Sort of Warrant

Former president Trump is not without resources and recourse in all this. Though the news media does not follow it, the Trump v Clinton lawsuit trial continues, and it might not go so well for Mrs. Clinton and her friends…. It should be pretty obvious that the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago was an attempt to seize evidence likely to be used in former President Donald Trump’s civil lawsuit in the Southern Florida Federal District Court against Hillary Clinton and associated defendants in and out of government for the defamation and racketeering operation known as RussiaGate — AND in any future criminal proceedings that might grow out of congressional investigations-to-come against officials past and present in the DOJ and FBI. The idea is to tie up all those documents in a legal dispute about declassification so they can’t be entered in any proceeding. Over the weekend, independent journalist Paul Sperry reported that many of the same FBI officers involved in the Mar-a-Lago raid happen to be subjects of Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation into the origins of RussiaGate. Have some of them already been hauled into grand juries? We don’t know. But, with the Mar-a-Lago caper, it looks like the law enforcement apparatus of the federal government is seeking to suppress evidence of its own long-running criminal enterprise.

Sundance: DOJ Asks Judge to Keep Affidavit for Search Warrant Used Against President Trump Sealed from Public Review

If the search warrant affidavit was revealed to the public, the DOJ Lawfare tribe targeting Trump – within the DOJ National Security Division (DOJ-NSD), could not keep the benefit of selective leaks to their media stenographers.  It would be more difficult to frame the narrative.

Solomon: Boomerang? DOJ admission it over-collected evidence in Trump raid creates new legal drama

Three passports, Privileged documents. A file on a presidential pardon. As evidence surfaces about what FBI agents seized during the raid of former President Donald Trump’s estate in Mar-O-Lago, new questions about the real focus of the investigation and new avenues for legal challenges are bubbling to the surface. The Justice Department informed Trump’s team Monday that agents gathered the former president’s passports and are obligated to return them, and that officials are also reviewing seized materials that may be covered by various privileges, multiple sources told Just the News. […]  Kevin Brock, who served as FBI assistant director for intelligence under former Director Robert Mueller, said the new revelations raise legitimate questions about over-collection of evidence that could lead to significant legal challenges. […] “They were engaged in a fishing expedition, and the warrant itself wasn’t about classified information, though it mentioned it,” Fitton told Just the News. “It talked about all sort of other documents. It basically gave the FBI carte blanche to anything they wanted from the Trump home.

Cleveland: Records Suggest A Backbench Bureaucrat’s Partisan Grievance Spurred The FBI’s Nakedly Political Raid On Trump

Last week’s raid on Trump’s Mar-a-Lago home represented the culmination of a criminal investigation pushed by a partisan bureaucrat who called January 6, 2021, the “absolute worst” day of his life. And while since last Monday, the country has focused on the FBI’s raid of Trump’s personal residence, seeing that as the crossing of the Rubicon, the die was cast this spring when the DOJ went to the grand jury about Trump’s presidential records. […]  But the presidential records were never the concern; nor were the documents with classified markings, which remained secured along with the Trump family. The goal was always to get Trump, which is why NARA referred the matter to the DOJ, which then used a grand jury to investigate the former president of the United States. And once the grand jury began the case, under the apparent auspices of a violation of the Presidential Records Act — if the sources are believed — the DOJ teed up the possibility of an “Obstruction of Justice” charge for anything less than full cooperation in the mind of the FBI. Whether Trump’s lawyer signed a declaration that inaccurately claimed Trump had no documents marked as classified is unknown. If so, it would appear an obstruction charge will be forthcoming, but then so will a fight over whether Trump’s lawyer meant Trump had not retained any “classified” documents since they had all been declassified and the marking just not fixed. Or maybe that’s all the declaration stated — that Trump did not possess any classified documents. An Espionage Act charge . . .

Widburg: Tucker’s back from vacation and breathing fire about the Mar-a-Lago raid

The monologue began with Tucker noting that the Democrat party mouthpieces in the media kept offering new theories about the basis for the search as the old ones collapsed before actual logic. Tucker carefully explained how ridiculous each excuse was. I would have liked Tucker to have mentioned Trump’s plenary power to declassify documents, but it turned out that Tucker was saving his air time for something more important. What Tucker did was something brave, important, and necessary: He called out the Biden administration’s open, illegal, and unconstitutional war against, not only Trump but anyone connected with Trump. Giving extra power to that narrative, Tucker brought the receipts, reciting chapter and verse about the way in which Trump’s lawyers, colleagues, and employees have been harassed, humiliated, and persecuted through the Department of “Justice.”

Horowitz: How is this DOJ witch hunt against congressional conservatives not unconstitutional?

The seizure of Rep. Scott Perry’s personal cell phone by the FBI is likely unconstitutional. Now that I just gave a constitutional opinion contrary to the view of the government, does that make me a criminal, and will they come to arrest me? Welcome to the Fourth Reich. On Tuesday, Rep. Perry announced that three FBI agents had seized his cell phone. While information concerning their warrant is unknown at this point, the media is speculating that it has to do with accusations of the January 6 Committee that Perry was involved in the so-called conspiracy to overturn the election results and advocate for an alternate slate of electors from Pennsylvania. But where is the commission of a crime? […]  Keep in mind that Perry is the member of Congress who last year filed articles of impeachment against Attorney General Merrick Garland, the ultimate boss of the FBI, who signed the warrant for the Trump raid. This is exactly the sort of conflict of interest in law enforcement that our Founders wanted to avoid. They particularly feared the collusion between the law enforcement officials of the executive branch and the magistrates, a fear that we are witnessing in real life with magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart, a former Jeffrey Epstein lawyer who hated Trump and approved the warrant against Trump. The Supreme Court explains this exact problem in the 1966 Johnson case as follows: . . .

(From 10/20/2010) Donvan: President Bill Clinton Lost Nuclear Codes While in Office, New Book Claims

When you’re President of the United States, you can lose a vote, you can lose popular support, and you can lose a round of golf. But you’re never, ever supposed to lose the biscuit. That’s what they call the card the president is meant to keep close at hand, bearing the codes that he has to have in order to launch a nuclear attack. And for several months during the Clinton administration, a former top military officer says they lost the biscuit. Gen. Hugh Shelton, who served under Clinton as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, tells the story in his just-published memoir, “Without Hesitation: The Odyssey of an American Warrior.” “At one point during the Clinton administration,” Shelton writes, “the codes were actually missing for months. […] That’s a big deal — a gargantuan deal.”

Malone, MD, MS: Sounding the Alarm: Normalizing the Jab with Lies

Today, a reader sent me a link to the article below, which clearly shows that the pre-clinical phase of these combination vaccines has been concluded and APPROVED by the FDA. Enrollment for the clinical trials is about to begin. Clinical trials for ‘entirely new’ mRNA flu vaccines launching soon. Will they work better? Based on COVID-19 ‘messenger’ RNA or mRNA vaccines, the new flu vaccines could better protect people from multiple types of flu. First up for testing: older people. […]  Colorado (UC Health) already has an “mRNA vaccine for influenza” clinical trial that is already enrolling, and this one is about about to enroll. What does this mean? This means that these mRNA combo vaccines are again being given status as a “vaccine,” and not a gene therapy product. Otherwise, pre-clinical development would have taken much, much longer. That the use of pseudouridine has been given the green light again, without further preclinical testing on safety. That the length of time the mRNA . . . It appears that the FDA also did not require more testing of the nano lipid particles for safety, reproductive toxicity and bio-distribution in an animal model. This assumption is again based on . . . This also implies that there have been no further pre-clinical studies regarding the spike protein as a toxin in the combination flu/COVID-19 mRNA vaccine candidate. With this doozy of truth bomb, I set out to discover just what clinical trials are currently enrolling.

Liberty Counsel: FDA expands EUA for Monkeypox shot for children

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) expanded the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) this week for the JYNNEOS Monkeypox shot to include “high-risk” children under 18, even though there have been no clinical trials on that age group, it is a sexually transmitted disease (STD) among homosexual and bisexual men, and there have been no deaths in the United States. However, there are significant adverse effects from the Moneypox shot. Apparently, under the expanded EUA, health care providers can now administer the Bavarian Nordic’s JYNNEOS “vaccine” through an alternative method of injection. This type of intradermal injection (between layers of the skin rather than below the skin) will increase available doses from 441,000 to more than 2.2 million.

Kelly: Pfizer, FDA, CDC Hid Proven Harms to Male Sperm Quality, Testes Function, from mRNA Vaccine Ingredients

As we know, those who questioned or challenged the “safe and effective” assurances were dismissed as  “anti-vaxxers” and accused of wanting to kill others, especially the elderly. Raleigh: In Its Rage, China Just Offered A Sneak Peak Of Its Plans For Striking Taiwan

China’s response to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s recent visit to Taiwan gives a glimpse of what future conflicts could look like. ast week, the Chinese People’s Liberation Army (PLA) declared an end to its live-fire military exercises. An enraged Beijing kicked off the drills in response to U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s visit to Taiwan during her recent trip to Asia. The exercises presented a rare window for the outside world to examine the PLA’s strength, offered clues to how Beijing plans to take over Taiwan militarily, and served as a reminder that Beijing has consistently matched its rhetoric with actions. All branches of the PLA, from the army, navy, and air force, to logistical units, participated in the week-long drills. They encircled Taiwan, which effectively imposed a blockade on the island. The PLA showed off its fighting power by deploying fighter jets and bombers in the sky and destroyers, submarines, and aircraft carriers in the ocean. The PLA also launched ballistic missiles over Taiwan, five of which, according to the Japanese Ministry of Defense, landed in Japanese-controlled water for the first time. Taiwan’s military also accused Beijing of sustained cyberattacks on Taiwan’s internet service. Many defense experts were shocked at how much progress the Chinese military had made since the last Taiwan strait crisis in 1995-1996 when China staged military exercises after then-House Speaker Newt Gingrich visited Taiwan. […]  China’s military drills have demonstrated its resolve and ability to invade Taiwan, but these exercises also suggest that Beijing is testing new strategies on Taiwan. Rather than an outright invasion, Beijing may first impose a blockade on Taiwan to starve the island’s economy while cutting off the island’s contact with the outside world and preventing economic and military aid from arriving from Taiwan’s allies.

Cortes: Mass Evictions and Foreclosures Loom

Retirees who live in the bucolic Paradise Village retirement community outside of San Diego, CA recently received shocking news. Their recurring bills for rent and other fees will reportedly vault higher by an astounding $1,000 or more per month. Prior to the increase, total costs per apartment started around $3,000 per month. The local Fox affiliate interviewed a daughter of elderly residents who reacted with indignation: “I’m livid. I cannot believe someone would do this. My mom and her husband are 85 years old, on a fixed income.” The management company responded that the huge increases were compelled to “offset the rising cost of food, labor, and supplies.” Unfortunately, this Paradise Valley story is hardly isolated. In fact, prepare for evictions and foreclosures to explode in America in the coming months as a toxic financial one-two punch of crashing real wages combines with sky-high inflation to force millions of Americans out of their homes.

John Solomon: Last year, 51% of IRS audits were people making less than $75K a year says Fair Tax advocate

Steven Hayes, Chairman and President of Fair Tax, discusses recent news of the IRS hiring more than 87,000 new IRS agents and the startling statistics that in 2021, 51% of all IRS audits were of individuals making less than $75,000 a year. Brandt: Democrats’ TERM Act Would Pack The Supreme Court With Politicians In Black Robes

If the non-scaleable fences surrounding the marble courthouse are any indication, the Supreme Court is under heavy fire. Congressional Democrats have now entered the fray with a proposal to subvert the independence of the federal judiciary. They intend to do this by passing the Supreme Court Tenure Establishment and Retirement Modernization (TERM) Act, which was introduced in late July. Their sneaky court-packing scheme endangers the separation of powers and individual liberty. It must be rejected. […]  The statute would immediately relegate conservative Justice Clarence Thomas to senior status, clearing the way for president Biden to elevate another progressive to the bench.

Devore: U.S. Postal Service Just Institutionalized Election Interference With New Mail-In-Ballot Division

Starbucks recently asked the National Labor Relations Board to suspend all pending and ongoing votes to unionize at its U.S. stores due to concerns stemming from mail-in ballots. The franchise’s objections once again raise questions about the credibility of election systems that rely on mail-in ballots.

As with coffee companies, how much more with the American electoral process? With hundreds of millions of dollars of campaign material and increasing numbers of ballots in the mail, postal efficiency and honesty are becoming increasingly vital to free and fair elections. Ostensibly to address some of these concerns, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) announced on July 28 that it was creating the Election and Government Mail Services division. Adrienne E. Marshall, a USPS veteran, was named as the division’s first director, with Marc Elias, the Democrat’s foremost lawfare professional and longtime proponent of elections by mail, tweeting out his approval.

Shurk: Feds’ Routine Tyranny Suggests They Aren’t As Afraid Of The American People As They Should Be

This philosophical divide between the American people and their government is an important one. Should the American people be afraid of the U.S. government? Of course not. Yet a new army of IRS agents that will be used to audit middle-class Americans and a partisan DOJ and FBI that routinely ignore leftist violence while throwing the book at MAGA voters strongly suggest otherwise. Does the federal government still work for American citizens, or have American citizens become nothing more than subjects expected to obey Washington’s bureaucratic regime? For many Americans, the answer to that question is glaringly obvious.

Hoffman: Nearly 200,000 migrants encountered at US southern border in July

Two-thirds of the migrants encountered in July were single adults, but only 74,573 encounters resulted in expulsion under the Title 42 public health order put in place during the Trump administration. Migrants coming from countries such as Venezuela, Nicaragua, and Cuba have increased and are not subject to Title 42 due to the Mexican government’s refusal to take them. The Biden administration has been determined to end Title 42 and rolled back many Trump-era policies including border wall construction and the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP).

Spencer: Biden and Harris Rush to Condemn ‘Hate Crime,’ But ‘Islamophobic’ Killer is…A Muslim

The Left’s view of the world is a series of fictions, fantasies, and delusions. Like all propaganda, this house of cards would collapse in a second if it weren’t constantly shored up with what Leftists claim is “evidence” or “proof” that their insanity — men can be women, Jan. 6 was an insurrection, and the rest — is actually real. And so when four Muslims were shot dead in New Mexico, Old Joe Biden and Kamala Harris rushed to condemn the killings and declare piously that “hate” has no place in America. The “Islamophobia” narrative that Muslims are particular victims of large-scale discrimination and harassment in the U.S. needed shoring up. But when the killer was identified, the whole thing blew up on the putative president and vice president. Not that they’ll ever admit that. Biden’s Twitter wonk tweeted Sunday: […] Syed “appears to have known his victims,” and CAIR revealed that there are “early indications that the alleged killer may have been targeting particular members of the Shia community.” So the killings weren’t “Islamophobia,” but may have been another instance of the Sunni-Shi’ite jihad coming to America.

Saavedra: Biden Admin Launches Federal Investigation Into Southern Baptist Convention, Church Says

President Joe Biden’s (D) administration has reportedly launched an investigation into the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC) over its handling of alleged scandals within the church. The SBC is the largest protestant faith group in the United States and is among the most politically conservative as 64% of the church’s members are Republican, according to a report from Pew Research Center. “The SBC Executive Committee recently became aware that the Department of Justice has initiated an investigation into the Southern Baptist Convention, and that the investigation will include multiple SBC entities,” the church’s executive leadership said in a statement. “Individually and collectively each SBC entity is resolved to fully and completely cooperate with the investigation.”

Greenfield: Why is Biden’s DOJ Investigating Southern Baptist Sex Allegations?

One of the problems with federal authority is the constant overreach. Federal law enforcement was supposed to focus on cases with its purview. How is this within its purview? The Justice Department (DOJ) has opened a federal investigation into the Southern Baptist Convention (SBC), the second-largest Christian domination in the country, following a report that alleged church leaders ignored survivors of sexual abuse. […]  Now maybe this is all above board, but the SBC is conservative-leaning and under AG Garland, the DOJ has become a political machine targeting political opponents.

Fred T.: Boston Children’s Hospital ‘surgical transitions for tots’ division says kids know they’re trans as young as … THE WOMB.

Boston Children’s Hospital is butchering and mutilating kids, and they are urging parents not to question it. […]  In a video out this weekend that’s just the latest outrage from this leftist abattoir, a lunatic with a doctorate in suffering from psychosis (PsyD) claims that children know they are trans “as early as seemingly from the womb.” “They will usually express their gender identity as very young children, some as soon as they can talk,” says Madame Mengele in this video PROMOTING their “services” to parents. “Kids know very, very early.”  She says they take children as young as TWO OR THREE YEARS OLD. She says that like it’s a sell, a brag.

Fairbanks: Boston Children’s Hospital Creates Bizarre Video Promoting ‘Gender Affirming’ Hysterectomies for Kids

Boston Children’s Hospital is facing backlash over a video they created that appears to be promoting “gender affirming hysterectomies” for “transgender” children. The video, featuring Dr. Frances Grimstad, an obstetrician-gynecologist, went viral after being posted by the popular Libs of TikTok Twitter account.

“A gender-affirming hysterectomy is very similar to most hysterectomies that occur,” Grimstad cheerfully stated. “A hysterectomy itself is the removal of the uterus, the cervix, which is the opening of the uterus, and the fallopian tubes, which are attached to the sides of the uterus.”

Nobel: Courage or Experience?

If victory comes for Republicans in the fall, they need to hold those responsible to the severest form of governmental correction. No doubt deep state Obama era holdovers in both agencies are part of the problem. But there are plenty of Biden appointees involved as well. Moreover,  many Republicans are to blame.  A fairly large swath of the party just does not understand that while they played the standard game of political bean bag, the other side was taking their cues from Saul Alinsky and were playing with clubs and knives. Republicans often just don’t seem to recognize who they are fighting. They think this is the Democratic Party of the 1960s. […]  Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) — who prevented Garland from becoming a Supreme Court justice in 2016 when he blocked his nomination — said he was voting to confirm Garland because of “his long reputation as a straight shooter and a legal expert” and that his “left-of-center perspective” was still within the legal mainstream. Along with McConnell (R-Ky.), the Republicans who crossed over were . . . […]  if experience alone is the measure of political wisdom, how do explain the fawning Republican support for the appointment of  Merrick Garland, who promptly turned out to be our most dangerous Attorney General in history?  It would seem that “experience” in Washington means knowing your way around the Swamp.

Arama: The Atlantic Goes Over the Edge in Its Attack on the Rosary

We’ve seen people on the left have a lot of extreme takes to demonize those who think differently or who may not act in line with the liberal narrative. It’s even involved the FBI — with them demonizing patriotic American symbols like the Gadsden flag or the Betsy Ross flag as “extremist.” One of the venues that engage in such takes is The Atlantic. But they went over the edge with their latest effort — claiming that the rosary has become an “extremist symbol.” The article depicts the rosary using bullet holes and erroneously refers to it as a “sacrament.” First, let’s start with the fact that if you don’t even know what the sacraments are, don’t pretend like you’re conveying anything that is at all accurate. There are seven sacraments in the Catholic Church — the rosary is not one of them. […]  Can we talk about what looks like raging anti-Catholic bigotry here? Suggesting that the rosary is a symbol of hate is hateful and ridiculous. […]  Maybe The Atlantic is talking about extremists and the rosary, they’re talking about Joe Biden? Biden . . .

Meige: The Green War on Clean Energy

Ultimately, Lights had to ask herself a painful question: “What if you’d dedicated most of your life to trying to save the planet,” she wrote in Quillette last year, “but then you realized that you may have actually—potentially—made things worse?” It’s a question that more environmentalists should grapple with today. Over the past half-century, their movement has scored world-changing victories in reducing air and water pollution, preserving wilderness, and protecting wildlife. But when it comes to fighting global warming, the issue that most environmentalists now see as the planet’s paramount threat, the green-policy elite has arguably done more harm than good. That claim certainly sounds counterintuitive, but evidence shows that some of the activists’ favored policies—especially the single-minded focus on wind and solar facilities for making electricity—have been marginally effective, at best. Other policies, such as replacing gasoline and diesel fuel with biofuels made from plants, actually increase emissions. One of the environmental movement’s biggest self-described victories has been its long-running war against nuclear power, the only technology that demonstrates the capability to reduce dramatically a nation’s carbon footprint. Today, some green activists are fighting against the next generation of climate-friendly technologies, including advanced nuclear reactors and systems to capture and store the carbon in fossil fuels, or even scrub it from the atmosphere. Call it the green war on clean energy. […]  When Lights studied the debates around energy and climate, she came to the same conclusions that other open-minded environmentalists have reached: that fears of nuclear accidents and waste are wildly overblown; that the advantages of renewable energy have been oversold; and that policies limiting the supply of energy inflict heavy costs on the poor. In 2021, Lights decided to split with her radical green allies, launching Emergency Reactor, a group that advocates for nuclear power and takes a more positive stance toward energy in general. “Wealthy countries need reliable, non-carbon energy, and poorer countries need clean energy to develop,” she writes on the group’s website. […]  What makes nuclear power such a lightning rod for environmentalists?

JAZZ SHAW: Jamie Dimon: Get it through your “thick skulls.” We need natural gas

This week, he asked reporters, “Why can’t we get it through our thick skulls? America boosting oil and gas production is not against climate change.” It may have been a bit grammatically awkward, but you get the point. Like many of us who keep an eye on the energy debate and as someone who is heavily invested in the subject (both figuratively and literally), Dimon realizes that we need an “all of the above” energy policy and will need one for decades to come. (Business Insider) […]  Dimon is correct when he speaks of how natural gas in particular is not incompatible with the carbon emission reduction goals currently being touted by the government. Natural gas is far cleaner than coal and has already done a great deal to reduce emissions in the United States. It’s also massively cheaper than wind and solar energy when those industries aren’t being propped up by huge taxpayer subsidies. (Which just happened again in the “inflation reduction act.”) […] As it turns out, Dimon has been beating this drum since long before Russia invaded Ukraine.

Jazz Shaw: BLM suspends most oil/gas leases in Colorado

Under the direction of the White House, BLM has the ability to block off huge tracts of federal land and impose daunting fines on people for various sins of “land mismanagement.” But they also have the power to shut down the leasing of public land for energy exploration. That’s what they’re doing in Colorado now, putting the brakes on scheduled federal leases to the oil and gas industry. Part of the reason they are citing involves a small, plump bird. […]  If I was framing this story for Twitter it would probably go something like this: Government: We need to produce more energy and reduce prices for you.

Also Government: We’re stopping oil and gas leases in Colorado to save the Gunnison sage-grouse. […]  As we’ve discussed here repeatedly, we are facing an energy crisis in the United States and around the world unlike any seen in the modern era. And government “green energy” policies such as the ones that just passed in the supposed “inflation reduction act” are pushing the oil and gas industry to the brink in terms of viability.

(Fake video) Norton: Fact Check: Did Ron DeSantis Defend FBI Raid Of Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Home?

. . . the video on Twitter of DeSantis defending the search of Mar-a-Lago on Fox News, is not authentic. The clip is edited to make it look like an episode of the Sean Hannity show, when it is, in fact, two videos spliced together. There are some clear signs of manipulation, including footage of Hannity looping back and forth while Trump and DeSantis are talking, and DeSantis freezing in position. The footage of DeSantis also does not look like it is shot in the usual interview style either, instead sat to the side, in a non-studio setting, looking away from the camera. As these telltale signs of digital manipulation suggest, the video from DeSantis is not related to the Trump raid; it is in fact sourced from a . . .

Chaitin: Jim Jordan says 14 FBI whistleblowers have come forward

The congressman, who is the ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, told Fox News host Trey Gowdy the number has risen to 14 after the FBI raid at Trump’s Mar-a-Lago resort. […]  This would appear to be quite a bump from a little more than two months ago, when Jordan told Fox News host Laura Ingraham that, in total, six FBI officials have approached the committee, two related to a controversy surrounding a school boards memo and four related to Jan. 6. At the time, in early June, Jordan sent a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray warning that multiple former FBI officials were coming forward with information suggesting the bureau was “purging” employees with conservative viewpoints. [NOTE: The FBI employees 35,000 people. The number of special agents isn’t separated out.]

Bawer: UK Cops Accuse the Wrong Guys of Wrong-Think

In recent years, alas, the rosy image of English cops has been severely tarnished. It’s now known that for decades, constabularies in many English cities were so scared of being called racists that they ignored the systematic rape of thousands of children by Muslim “grooming gangs.” They’ve also harassed Tommy Robinson, who’s done more than anyone to expose those gangs. And they’ve arrested thousands of ordinary people for expressing politically incorrect opinions online. No fewer than 150,000 law-abiding British citizens now have rap sheets because of their involvement in “non-crime hate incidents.”

One of those citizens is a retired cop named Harry Miller, who between November 2018 and January 2019 composed or shared 31 tweets that were reported to the Humberside Constabulary as “transphobic.” (Example: “Only women have vaginas and only men have penises.”) The post singled out by the cop who visited Miller at work consisted of this re-tweeted bit of verse: . . .

(June 2020- Normalizing deviancy) Report: German Officials Placed Children with Known Paedophiles For 30 Years

A former Chancellor of West Germany, Berlin senators, bureaucrats, and members of the educational establishment have all been implicated in a network “in which paedophile positions were accepted, supported, and defended”, according to a report into the placement of homeless children with known paedophile foster parents by the German government. For over a year, researchers at the University of Hildesheim have undertaken the examination of thousands of files in the Senate Education Administration in Berlin. The 57-page report, which was published this week, found that a “network of actors in the Senate administration and institutions of educational reforms during the home reform of the 1970s tolerated the establishment of shared apartments and foster homes for paedophile men”. A man with a criminal record for child abuse, referred in the report as Fritz H., was able to rape and abuse at least nine children that were given to him as foster children under the government-backed scheme. Despite the extreme warning signs, Berlin youth welfare officers consistently chose him as a foster father to children, who were often six or seven years old.[NOTE: This goes a long way to explaining the sexualization of children taking place in schools across our country and around the world.]

Pullmann: Prosecuting Paivi Rasanen For Quoting The Bible Is Making Her An International Star

Paivi Rasanen must make God laugh. The 27-year member of Finland’s Parliament on trial for tweeting a Bible verse confounds so many pagan slogans. She’s a mother of five children and grandmother of 10 who didn’t need abortion to simultaneously pull off two demanding careers: medicine and politics. An empathetic woman who eagerly shows pictures of grandbabies on her phone and expresses concern for strangers’ travel plans, Paivi (pie-EE-vee) also refuses to subjugate her reason to emotional manipulation. She holds fast to Christian teachings about sex as reserved exclusively for lifelong marriage between one man and one woman, for which she’s been prosecuted and investigated now for three years and will be in court again this November. Her case could affect international law and is a foreboding example of where identity politics policies are quickly heading across the world. “If we break the gender system and if we break the natural marriage system between one man and one woman, then we have dangerous consequences, especially to children,” Paivi told The Federalist in person this summer in Chicago.

Are you fed up? Are you worried that America in rapidly sliding into a neo-Marxist state by the radical left in control of Washington with historically narrow majorities in the U.S. House and Senate and an Executive controlled by unnamed far leftists in place of a clinically incompetent President Biden? They are desperate to keep power and complete their radical progressive agenda that will change America and our liberty forever.

Americans just witnessed the passage of the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 without one Republican vote in the U.S. Senate and House (just as Obamacare was passed in 2010). The IRS  will be hiring 87,000 new agents, many armed, to terrorize American taxpayers.

Americans witnessed the FBI raid at the Trump Mar-A-Lago home and property of President Trump, truly a first in all of American history. We know what that is about.

It is undeniable that the Democrat Party and the administrative state (the executive branches of the DOJ, FBI, IRS, et al) are clear and present dangers to our Republic and our liberty as they increasingly veer further away from the rule of law and the Constitution. What is the solution? At this critical juncture, there is only one action we can all take.

The only viable and timely solution at this critical point is to vote – yes, vote correctly and smartly to retake the U.S. House and Senate on November 8th and to prepare the way to retake the White House in two years. Vote and help everyone you know to vote. Please click the TAKE ACTION link below – we must vote correctly and in great numbers to be sure our votes are counted to diminish the potential for the left to rig and steal the midterms and the 2024 elections as they are clearly intending to do after their success in 2020.
