Greta Thunberg spoke to the House Oversight Committee on Thursday: When Greta rants, people listen. Presidents, prime ministers, kings, queens, media moguls, Bill and Melinda Gates…they tremble at her presence! How did a teenage zealot with a ninth-grade education and no experience in meteorology, climatology, astrophysics, or geological history gain such profound knowledge and power?

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.): If you want more people to get vaccinated, Joe Biden should go on national TV, take his mask off and burn it.

Acting Associate Attorney General Matthew Colangelo announces the first of its kind Environmental Crime Victim Assistance Program: Victims of environmental crime have long been an underserved and often overlooked type of victim in our criminal justice system.

Heritage’s Action Statement blasts Sen. Townsend (R-AZ): Today, Arizona Senator Kelly Townsend voted against SB1485, a bill which she had already voted for twice, in a short-sighted attempt to draw attention to other election bills which failed to pass out of committee. While there is still work to be done on election reform in the state, it should not come at the expense of current legislation that would improve Arizona’s early vote-by-mail system, safeguard against potential fraud, and save taxpayer dollars. Sen. Michelle Ugenti-Rita, the bill’s sponsor, and other legislators have been working tirelessly to pass a number of bills that would strengthen the integrity of Arizona’s elections and improve voter trust in the system. No conservative should oppose these bills.

Levine: The Most Important Races in the Upcoming Election and Dr. King’s Dream
The most important races in the current election cycle might not be the ones you expect. They are not the most high-profile. In fact, these races are for offices that do not come with a paycheck, and there are more of them nationwide than for any other elected office. Yet the impact of these races is significant because the constituency most directly affected is children. Yes, the single most important vote you are likely to cast in this election cycle is for school board member. We have reached a point in American life where school board elections will affect not only your children and family, but also your community and, ultimately, the future of the country.

Kelly: Senate Republicans Just Handed Matches to Arsonist
Republicans aren’t just flat-footed in opposition, they are complicit in empowering this destructive regime. One of the most fateful decisions of Donald Trump’s presidency happened just weeks after Inauguration Day. In March 2017, Republican lawmakers joined Democrats to demand Jeff Sessions, a former Senate colleague and Trump’s new attorney general, recuse himself from anything related to the investigation into alleged Russian election collusion. . . . Sessions’ recusal put the Justice Department safely back in the hands of anti-Trump operatives just as their malfeasance was being exposed by Representative Devin Nunes (R-Calif.). […] A few months later, Republicans fiercely backed the appointment of a . . . And with that, any hope of cleaning house at a Justice Department teeming with Obama henchmen was gone. Republicans, perhaps intentionally, blew a once-in-a-generation opportunity to fumigate a wholly corrupt law enforcement agency . . . […] And they’re doing it again—but this time, it’s worse. On Wednesday, 48 Republican senators . . .

Congressman Biggs: Fighting Against the Democrats’ Radical Agenda
What if the open borders policy of the Biden oligarchy isn’t just about drafting newly amnestied illegal migrants into the Democrat Party? We all know that the Democrats have nothing in the way of policy that appeals to most Americans. Democrats are no longer lurching leftward, they are sprinting to the pillars of Leftist-Marxism to embrace them. They want to obliterate individuality, particularly individual rights, in favor of a collectivist ideal. They want to kill off private property rights in favor of government ownership. They permit their big-tech partners to censor speech and thought that the Left finds intolerable. They seek to remove what Americans consider God-given rights: the right of conscience, expression, assembly, and gun ownership. They have even begun encroaching on the . . .

Sundance: Weekly Reminder, She’s Running
In the annals of modern political history the one constant in an ever-changing universe is the entrenched tone-deafness of the establishment republican class. Actually, it is not so much they are tone-deaf, as it is they just don’t care. The reminder this week is that Nikki Haley intends to run for President in 2024. {Go Deep} (Via The Hill) Nikki Haley will headline the Iowa Republican Party’s most prominent gathering of the year, a move that’s likely to fuel speculation about a potential 2024 presidential bid.

Pavlich: Mom Rips School District for Keeping Kids in Masks
A fed up Georgia mother recently took her local school board to task and demanded it end mask mandates for children.
“Every month, I come here and I hear the same thing: social, emotional health. If you truly mean that, you would end the mask requirement tonight. Tonight. This is not March 2020 anymore. We have three vaccines, every adult in the state of Georgia that wants that vaccine is eligible to get it right now and every one of us knows that young children are not affected by this virus. They’re not and that’s a blessing,” she said. “But as the adults, what have we done with that blessing? We’ve shoved it to the side and we’ve said, ‘We don’t care. You’re still going to wear a mask on your face every day. Five and six year olds. You still can’t play together on the playground like normal children. Seven and eight year olds. We don’t care. We’re still going to force you to carry a burden that was never yours to carry.’ Shame on us!”

Rosiak: Ohio State Board of Education Sued for Allegedly Banning Criticism of ‘1619 Project’
Daniel Regenold said the state board banned citizens from speaking during the public comment period of its meetings if they disagreed with critical race theory or the schools’ racial equity policies, alleging that the move violated his 1st and 14th Amendment rights. The board president has acknowledged creating and enforcing such a policy, even though it was never put to a vote, the lawsuit said. Critics have been “barred from having access to the public forum created… for public comments or testimony… based solely upon [their] anticipated statements or testimony,” the lawsuit said.

Cochran: China’s Espionage Assault on the United States
In an earlier article, I discussed the meaning behind the “China Dream” of “rejuvenating” China as a great power – which essentially means supplanting the United States to create an authoritarian, China-centric global system (What Does China Want? Xi Jinping’s “China Dream” . In pursuit this objective, China uses all of its instruments of national power, to include a broad range of sophisticated intelligence capabilities, to target the United States. (1) James Andrew Lewis, Senior Vice President and Director of the Technology Policy Program at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, has characterized the United States as being engaged “in a massive, undeclared espionage battle with China, by China’s choice.” […] China, from a counterintelligence perspective, in many ways, represents the broadest, most challenging, most significant threat we face as a country….

Regan: The Left’s Orwellian Perversion of Language
Lies and propaganda are now the mainstay of leftist communications. A twenty-first century reincarnation of George Orwell’s 1984 Newspeak is one of their primary mechanisms utilized to prevent critical thought and debate while expanding power by “reimagining” (their word du jour) language: . . .[…]
Whether operating in academia, the media, social justice movements, or the Democrat party, the left has stifled free speech and intimidated Americans into submission (as we’ve seen in corporate America and professional sports) through its cancel culture and lies (Russia collusion, Russian bounties, Russian disinformation). It’s achieving its goals through the perversion of language to control society. This is nothing new. […] Here is a partial list of words and phrases that have been butchered by the left to retain — and gain — power: Immigration The most recent dystopian dictate from Biden/Harris is the order to Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Customs and Border Patrol to cease using the terms “alien,” “illegal alien,” and “assimilation.” Those words will be replaced with “noncitizen or migrant,” “undocumented,” and “integration,” respectively. CBP’s head explained, “We enforce our nation’s laws while also maintaining the dignity of every individual with whom we interact. The words we use matter and will serve to further confer that dignity to those in our custody.” No, they do not enforce our nation’s laws. If they did, our borders would be closed rather than having tens of thousands of illegal immigrants crossing it. And while words matter, the majority of those flocking into the country don’t speak English, so this Orwellian decree is meant for U.S. consumption, not the “dignity” of illegal aliens. This is reminiscent of the insanity of the Obama administration . .. […] Spending Bills In order to ram through trillions in spending and tax increases, Biden and the Democrats have redefined the words . . .[…] Systemic Racism/Anti-Racism Every day whites are accused of being racist for something they did or did not do. America and its police are . . . Domestic Politics . . . Foreign Policy . . .
